After much deliberation, I finally chose the Wings Hotel for my trip to Guangzhou. The location is absolutely fantastic, right next to Beijing Road, just a few minutes' walk away. Although the hotel is on the main road, it's surprisingly quiet – not a bustling, noisy street at all. It's super convenient for taxis, and the subway is also just a few minutes away. As for the hotel itself, it's clean and hygienic, with pristine bedding. They even upgraded our room for free! The breakfast spread is generous and available until 10 AM, which is perfect for late risers. What really stood out was the exceptional service. Everyone was so polite and courteous, especially the friendly front desk staff who greeted us warmly every time we entered or left – it was genuinely heartwarming. I'll definitely choose this place again next time. And when it comes to safety, there's absolutely nothing to worry about; it's surrounded by district, city, and provincial government buildings, giving you a complete sense of security!

Location: Great location, just a minute's walk from the subway.
Cleanliness: Although it's an older hotel, it's very clean.
Environment: The breakfast attendant was exceptionally friendly. It's on a high floor and the soundproofing is good.
Service: The front desk service was excellent, and they even gave me a complimentary upgrade.

This stay truly exceeded my expectations, so I absolutely have to write a detailed review praising it! First, let's talk about the location and overall environment. The hotel's location is super convenient; finding food and getting a taxi around here is a breeze. The overall style is modern, minimalist, and clean. From the lobby to the room, everything feels fresh and tidy, completely devoid of that stuffy feeling old hotels sometimes have.

The room details really impressed me! I booked a twin room, and as soon as I walked in, it felt incredibly spacious. The wooden floors were so clean they reflected light, and the bedding was soft and white, looking very inviting. The mattresses on both beds were just right – not too soft, not too firm – and I didn't feel any discomfort on my back at all. The pillows were also fluffy. As someone who usually has trouble sleeping in new places, I actually slept straight through the night! The soundproofing is excellent too; I couldn't hear any noise from the hallway, which really boosted my sleep quality. The combination of sheer and blackout curtains by the window was perfect; the morning sun filtering through was so gentle, and when closed, the blackout curtains created a completely dark environment – perfect for sleeping in.

Room amenities were also very comprehensive. The desk and chair looked comfortable, making it convenient for work or makeup. The TV signal was stable, so I had a great time binge-watching shows in the room at night. The small sofa and round table by the window were a thoughtful touch, perfect for friends to chat and have tea. The entire room layout felt neither cramped nor cluttered, and there was ample storage space for luggage and personal belongings.

I really have to rave about the bathroom design! It featured a wet/dry separation, with the shower and toilet areas separate, so there was no worry about wetting the entire bathroom when showering. The tiles were sparkling clean, and the shower had excellent water pressure; hot water came quickly and steadily, making showering a truly delightful experience. The toiletries on the shelf were also thoughtful, not those cheap bulk dispensers, which made me feel much more at ease using them. Plenty of toilet paper and a trash can were provided next to the toilet. The towels on the rack were neatly folded, soft to the touch, and completely odor-free. The sink area was spacious, equipped with a hairdryer and toiletries, and the mirror was clear enough for any girl to do her makeup.

The biggest surprise was the hotel's facilities! The public area had self-service washing machines, and they were Leader brand, equipped with a drying function. This is incredibly convenient for guests staying longer; business travelers can wash and dry their clothes directly, avoiding having to take a pile of dirty laundry home – a huge plus! The lobby also had a delivery drop-off point, so there was no need to worry about mistaken deliveries or having to go down to pick them up myself – truly hassle-free. The facilities are excellent and comprehensive. The rooms are spacious, clean, and tidy.

Now, about the service. From check-in, the front desk staff were incredibly friendly. The check-in process was quick, and they thoughtfully introduced us to the hotel's facilities and the surrounding area. Throughout my stay, the cleaning staff I encountered were also very polite, greeting me in the hallway, and they cleaned the room promptly. Every time I returned to the room, it was spotless, with even the smallest details neatly arranged.

Overall, my feeling is that this is a hotel that pays extreme attention to detail. From the hardware facilities to the service attitude, you can feel the genuine care. Whether for business or leisure travel, this place will provide you with a comfortable and reassuring experience, and the value for money is truly exceptional! I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to all friends visiting – you won't be disappointed!

Right downstairs from the hotel, there's a Hakka restaurant. For breakfast, you can enjoy soup with rice noodles, giving off a wonderfully local vibe. Need to do laundry at night? There's a free self-service laundry room with dryers, so your clothes come out perfectly dry. The room has a new mattress, so I slept soundly, and the hot water was plentiful, making showers a breeze with no interruptions. The large TV screen was clear, perfect for catching up on shows without any issues. Want to go to Beijing Road or Canton Tower? It's just 5 metro stops directly there, and Dongshankou Station is right at the doorstep. When it rained and I didn't have an umbrella, the front desk lent me one and even reminded me to return it after the rain stopped. The service was consistently fast, accurate, and reliable. Next time I'm in Guangzhou, I'll definitely choose this place again! ✨🏨🧳☔️

The location is great, right next to Guangzhou Avenue. There are places to eat and drink not far downstairs, and it's about a 10-15 minute walk to the subway, or you can cycle there. Free parking is available, but if you stay over 12 hours, they charge 7 yuan per hour.

The front desk service could use some improvement. I had a 2 PM checkout and specifically asked them not to call so early, but they still called at 1 PM. That was a bit annoying; I've never experienced that at other hotels.

The hotel we stayed in during this trip was really great! Totally exceeded expectations! The rooms are spacious and have floor-to-ceiling windows. It is very close to Chimelong Zoo, which saves a lot of time and transportation costs, and it is also convenient to come back and rest after playing. The room was impeccably clean, the bed was neat and soft, the bathroom had no peculiar smell, and all toiletries were available. The price is very reasonable and the cost performance is very good. Hotels of the same price are simply incomparable. The receptionist at the front desk was also very enthusiastic and recommended us a lot of local food and travel guides. Living here, there are several large residential areas nearby and the food and drinks downstairs are absolutely excellent depending on your taste. Next time I come to Chimelong, I will definitely choose this one again. I highly recommend it to everyone!
