I stayed at this hotel for a business trip, and the overall experience far exceeded my expectations. The hotel's location is excellent; it's a ten-minute walk to my partner company, and there are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making it incredibly convenient for commuting and errands.

The room layout is simple and practical, with ample natural light and excellent soundproofing that completely blocks out outside noise. The bedding was clean and soft, the bathroom facilities were spotless and odor-free, and the toiletries were of high quality. The high-speed WiFi was stable and smooth, perfectly meeting my mobile office needs, and the desk height and chair comfort were well-suited for long hours of work.

The front desk service was efficient and professional, with quick check-in and check-out procedures, meaning no waiting at all. Housekeeping was prompt, actively refilling drinking water and consumables daily. The hotel offers outstanding value for money, making it an excellent choice for both short business stays and longer work trips. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next business trip.

This is arguably Shanghai's most iconic hotel, a true landmark of the city, and definitely worth staying at. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, and the front desk and bellhop staff provide excellent service, truly reflecting the grandeur of a long-established luxury hotel. The front desk even upgraded me to a deluxe king room for free, offering beautiful views from the window. The location is superb; it's close to Nanjing Road, the Shanghai Museum, the Shanghai History Museum, and Xintiandi. Just across the street is People's Park, formerly the racecourse, and there are several subway entrances nearby, making transportation incredibly convenient. As a guest, you can purchase butterfly pastry gift boxes without waiting in line, and they'll even deliver them to your room. Seeing the long queues outside in the rain for these pastries really made me appreciate the value of staying here even more. I'd also recommend Xindexiang Urban Canteen behind the hotel for its great value and delicious food. My only suggestion for the hotel would be to diversify their pastry selection; six packs of butterfly pastries in one gift box is a bit much. It would be better to offer a mix of other pastries. The historical exhibition hall on the hotel's second floor is also worth a visit.

The room is huge, with a rocking horse, slide, trampoline, and tent – kids will love it! All the furniture corners are padded with foam, there are bed rails, and the bathtub even has rubber ducks and anti-slip slippers for children. They've really thought of everything! The only minor issue was the air conditioning; it was too hot when we first entered, making it feel a bit stuffy, but opening the window helped a lot. Overall, it's excellent, and for families traveling with children, Jinjiang Hotel is definitely a top choice!

The Shanghai Jianguo Hotel is a well-established four-star hotel located in the heart of Xujiahui's commercial district. Its biggest advantage is its extremely convenient location, close to the subway and shopping areas, making getting around and shopping incredibly easy. The hotel offers consistent and standardized service, with clean and comfortable rooms, though some facilities feel a bit traditional and the decor is somewhat outdated. Overall, it provides a practical and reliable accommodation experience at a lower price than international five-star hotels in the same area. It's highly recommended for business travelers and leisure guests who prioritize convenient transportation and value for money.

This retro hotel is full of charm and boasts an excellent location right in the city center, opposite People's Square. What first struck me was how the hotel has preserved the nearly century-old architectural style of old Shanghai. The lobby, restaurant, and cafe are fantastic spots for photos. For someone who loves nostalgia like me, the rooms are absolutely perfect. Looking out at Nanjing West Road (with the bustling Huanghe Road just behind it) while enjoying a cup of coffee offers a unique flavor. 

Secondly, the front desk retains the unique charm of old Shanghai with its more seasoned staff. They handle interactions with international guests with ease. A special thanks to Tony Yang at the front desk; his calm and humorous demeanor, along with his very authentic recommendations for local food, attractions, and even transportation routes, made me feel incredibly welcome. My fondness for Shanghai instantly soared (I hope the hotel continues to feature such distinctive, senior staff). 

As I had an early flight the next day, the hotel's concierge thoughtfully booked a car to the airport for me. They even helped with my luggage all the way to the car before waving goodbye. Oh, a quick tip: you can scan a QR code in the room to buy freshly baked butterfly pastries from the International Hotel without queuing. They make a great gift for family back home.

The Jinjiang International Hotel in Lingang is a reliable choice for business travelers in the Lingang area. Its prime location next to the Lingang New Area Administrative Committee and several key industrial parks, coupled with convenient access to Pudong Airport, significantly boosts business travel efficiency.

The hotel boasts a modern and grand design, with a spacious and bright lobby. Guest rooms offer ample space, a simple yet practical design, and come fully equipped with business amenities such as a desk and high-speed internet. The comfortable bedding ensures a good night's rest. Staff are professional and courteous, making check-in efficient and responding promptly to business needs.

Dining options are excellent, with a rich breakfast buffet catering to both Western and Chinese palates. The Chinese restaurant consistently delivers quality dishes, suitable for casual business meals or banquets. The hotel also features comprehensive meeting facilities, making it an ideal venue for small to medium-sized conferences.

Overall, the hotel excels in its facilities and service. While the surrounding commercial area is still developing, its core strengths perfectly align with business travelers' key needs for 'efficiency, professionalism, and comfort,' making it the top choice for business stays in the Lingang region.

First off, the location is excellent. It's right next to Metro Zhaojiabang Road Exit 4, just 2.5 km from the Huangpu River, and Zhongshan Hospital is only a few minutes' walk away. Secondly, the room was incredibly spacious, with excellent amenities and comfortable bedding. Despite being close to the road, the room was well soundproofed and quiet. Downstairs, within just a short walk, you'll find restaurants, fruit shops, and supermarkets, making it incredibly convenient. I would definitely consider staying here again; it's highly recommended.

On May 3, my husband, daughter and I, a family of three, stayed overnight at the Longbai Hotel, which we had longed for. We booked a package on Ctrip.com to experience the hotel where the national leaders stayed. The beautiful lawn and the small garden behind the lobby are good places to rest. The hotel waiter Gu Wentao was hospitable and upgraded two rooms for us. The king-size bed room has a balcony with a view of the lawn. The waiters in the Chinese restaurant on the second floor were hospitable and the chef cooked local dishes for us. In order to leave a good memory, we took pictures of the layout of the room when the national leaders visited, including the small and exquisite telephone. The breakfast was nutritious and varied, which was also good. All five-star reviews.

For our joint birthday and wedding anniversary celebration, we chose the Jinjiang in Zhujiajiao. I had messaged the hotel through Trip.com beforehand, hoping for a small surprise, but unfortunately, I didn't receive a reply. Upon check-in, we received a room upgrade. I'm not sure if it was due to our two-night stay, a belated surprise, or perhaps, as my husband speculated, because the villa was easier to maintain. Compared to hotels that offer more thoughtful and proactive 'soft services' (customer care), their attention to detail in this aspect felt a bit lacking, which was a real shame. The villa itself was truly magnificent, boasting unbeatable water views and incredibly spacious interiors. The bedding was very comfortable, and the breakfast impressively highlighted local specialties. However, the faucets could be a notch higher in quality, and we wished they were more securely fixed to the countertop. Many thanks to Jackson, our buggy driver, who escorted us to our room on the first day and provided a detailed and enthusiastic introduction.

My child was taking an exam nearby, so I didn't want to get up too early. I booked this hotel based on the distance. The overall feeling was average, the facilities were old, and the service telephones in the room were not accessible. Finally, I contacted the hotel through Ctrip for consultation. This price is probably completely bound to the location. The price-performance ratio is not high, and the facilities and services are not as good as many 3⭐ hotels in cities

The hotel is very nice, excellent service, clean, good-smelling and bright. Breakfasts are quite good, wide range of different food. A bit far away from metro station, but railway park make the walk nice. Also conference hall are really comfortable too, good equipped.

I stayed at the Xinhai Jinjiang Hotel for two days and had a great experience. Upon check-in, Front Desk Manager Li efficiently assisted me with a personal matter, showing remarkable dedication and professionalism. Front desk staff Miss He was also exceptionally warm, friendly, and highly efficient, making the check-in process very swift. The hotel boasts an excellent location, being very close to the subway station. Overall, I highly recommend it!

I went to Beijing on a business trip and stayed with friends. It was a bit pricey but the price was OK. It is really worth recommending. I had seen it nearby before and it was my first time staying there and it felt different.

I left the hotel for a week and forgot to comment for the first time. The receptionist Li Chaoran was warm, the reception was timely, and the process was professional. As soon as I got off the plane, I made people feel at home and I was very happy.
The housekeeping department cleaned up the room and was clean and refreshing. It was very good for our personal items. The needs of the guests were in place for the first time and were considerate. We were very happy to stay for 6 nights.
The security guard at the gate is attentive and always helps us open and close the door, so that you can warm your heart in winter.
Finally, Li Chaoran received the store after leaving the store. I also said that there is a beginning and a end. The leaders should give praise and rewards, because their sticking to their posts can make us feel warm.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the Bell Tower, Drum Tower, and Muslim Quarter. There's a subway station right outside the entrance, making transportation incredibly convenient. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and the room was clean and tidy. The floor staff were also very polite and had a great service attitude. The facilities are comprehensive, including free swimming and a gym, plus a laundry room. The East-meets-West buffet breakfast was also delicious. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again on my next visit to Xi'an.

The room is very large. The double bed is really big and can sleep 4 people. The room is heated enough to make you sweat. I went to the Chinese restaurant with my family to celebrate New Year's Eve. The dishes tasted good. The front desk, concierge, housekeeping, and catering staff were enthusiastic.
The bed was very comfortable and the pillow was a bit soft.
The closed circuit of the TV in room 2550 was loose, the screen was seriously snowy, the kettle could not be disconnected automatically, the hair dryer plug was difficult to plug into the socket, the bathroom makeup mirror might be broken and removed, and there were 2 screw holes on the wall.
