I booked this for a foreign client. It was the Mid-Autumn Festival and a weekend, so many hotels didn't have full availability. My client needed to stay for several days, and changing rooms mid-stay would have been a hassle. Luckily, I found availability at the International Hotel. The only downside is that it's a bit far from the Bund. However, the hotel service was good, and the front desk staff were very friendly! There are small performances daily, and you'll find quite a few foreign guests here!

The Metro Line 13 station is right across the street, making it safe and convenient for getting around. The 360-degree revolving restaurant on the 41st/42nd floor offers a comfortable, elegant, and cozy atmosphere, and the night view is absolutely stunning – truly magnificent! We ordered a set menu for four, and the freshly roasted duck, prepared three ways, was one of the most delicious we've ever tasted. Every dish was a culinary delight. We've traveled to several countries, and this dinner at Jinjiang was definitely the most delicious we've had. We'll certainly stay here again next time we're back in China/Shanghai. In fact, some friends are already booking a stay at Jinjiang next week based on my recommendation. The facilities are comprehensive, though perhaps not super new, which is understandable given the hotel is over thirty years old. The service was absolutely fantastic. I really love this hotel.

I booked this hotel specifically for its history and location. Overall, the property is fairly well-maintained, the doormen are very professional, and room service is prompt. However, I must share the most frustrating experience I've ever had at the Jinjiang Hotel. We arrived at the front desk around 12:00 PM with a reservation for a Deluxe King Room in the Jinbei Building. As I gave my name to the male staff member at the front desk and he was looking up our reservation, I asked if we could extend our stay for three nights and whether we could be assigned a higher-floor room with a garden view. He replied that there was a garden-view room on the 3rd floor checking out, but it hadn't been cleaned yet. I said we were heading out and not in a hurry to check in, though the 3rd floor was a bit too low. He then said we would just have to wait and see later. I said that was fine. Immediately after, however, a mother and daughter arrived to check in and were assisted by another staff member nearby. When the mother similarly requested a garden-view room, that staff member checked and immediately said there was one on the 5th floor. Since we were in a rush to visit an exhibition and weren't in a real hurry to check in, and since we had just arrived and didn't want to make an awkward scene, we just stored our luggage and went out. When we returned to the hotel at 5:00 PM, I was given a so-called 7th-floor garden-view room, 711, which had a tiny protruding window—I'll let the hotel staff judge that for themselves. In reality, the room I was given did not match the pictures shown for that room type on Trip.com. That male desk agent was definitely not an intern.

As a workaholic who still had to work overtime during the National Day holiday, I prioritized this hotel because it was affordable and close to my office, making my commute convenient. Plus, its downtown location was very handy.

I booked a king room, and this time I finally remembered to book one with breakfast. The breakfast was good, and there weren't many people, so no waiting. The breakfast area was spacious. For this location and price point, the breakfast was quite substantial, offering both Western and Chinese options.

I'm a regular guest, and I'll definitely be back again if I need a place to stay.

My overall experience at the Shanghai Tiancheng Hotel was excellent, and I'd like to share my genuine feedback. The hotel boasts a superb location, being close to Dapuqiao Metro Station on Line 9, making travel incredibly convenient. It's very near Xintiandi, Tianzifang, and the Huaihai Road commercial area. Plus, there are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby, making it ideal for both business trips and city sightseeing.

The hotel staff were warm and attentive. The front desk handled check-in and check-out efficiently, and they were friendly and polite. Any requests were addressed promptly, and the service was meticulous and thoughtful. The guest rooms were clean and tidy, spacious, with comfortable bedding and well-maintained bathroom facilities. The environment was spotless, ensuring a comfortable and reassuring stay.

The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of dishes, offering a good mix of Chinese and Western options. Hot dishes, pastries, and beverages were all available and tasty, satisfying different dining preferences. My overall experience exceeded expectations, and it offered great value for money. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Shanghai.

Compared to other hotels in Lingang, Jinjiang is doing exceptionally well, striving for excellence even with high foot traffic! The service is great, I had a very comfortable stay, and the breakfast was superb! The hotel lobby is also beautiful, and the apartment was very cozy, even better than my previous stay at the InterContinental. There are very few dining options nearby, so you're limited to the hotel. Xianyan restaurant is delicious, though they don't offer room service. The cakes in the lobby are also tasty; next time, I'll definitely try their butterfly pastries and afternoon tea. Oh, and there was also a Mid-Autumn Festival activity where we made mooncakes and got to eat them! There's also the Children's Garden nearby, and the swimming pool is perfect for little ones with its warm water. I'll definitely come back again.

The hotel's location is excellent. It's incredibly convenient, just two subway transfers from Hongqiao Railway Station, right outside the exit. The area has all sorts of amenities. The hotel service was great; it was raining in Shanghai during my stay, and there were staff at the entrance putting covers on umbrellas. An attendant guided guests in the elevator. The room was clean and comfortable, and check-in was smooth. Overall, I had a very good experience! Thumbs up!

Just a small suggestion: the Wi-Fi signal in the room seemed a bit weak. It took several tries to connect. I hope this can be improved upon for an even better stay!

It was a huge disappointment. I had high hopes but it quickly vanished right when I stepped foot into the lobby seeing a guy smoking, yes, in the hotel lobby! Okay that’s not really the hotel’s fault. I checked in, got the key and got into my room, Immediately I noticed that the thermal stat didn’t work. Sweating desperately I called the desk and a tech showed up quickly, I thought thank god, but the tech told me that only he can adjust himself it at the background, and I’m not allowed to adjust the temperature in my room. I couldn’t believe my ears, but had to agreed to his offer of lowering the temperature by 2 degrees to 22 degrees Celsius, which is like 72 Fahrenheit? Long story short, my room temperature was 26 C or 80 degree F all the time. That’s enough for me.

We chose the CITIC Pacific Zhujiajiao Jinjiang Hotel for our short weekend getaway, and our two-night stay exceeded expectations. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Zhujiajiao Ancient Town, making it super convenient for sightseeing and dining. It's a quiet oasis amidst the hustle and bustle, with a tranquil environment perfect for escaping the city and relaxing.

We booked a deluxe twin room, which was spacious and bright. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a very restful sleep. The room was clean and tidy, facilities were well-maintained, and toiletries were complete. The overall decor was simple yet elegant. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth. The staff were polite and enthusiastic, responded promptly, and provided thoughtful and detailed service.

The hotel's surroundings are very pleasant, perfect for leisurely strolls. After exploring the ancient town, it was nice to return to the hotel to rest, enjoying a slow and relaxing pace that was truly stress-relieving. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and getting a taxi is also very convenient. The overall value for money is excellent, making it suitable for both friends gathering or a short leisure trip.

The two-day stay was very pleasant and trouble-free. We successfully escaped the city's hustle and bustle and truly relaxed. If we visit Zhujiajiao again, we'll definitely prioritize this hotel, and I highly recommend it to friends looking for a short getaway nearby!

This was my first time staying at the Longemont Hotel with my child, and I have to commend it, especially the service-mindedness of Manager Ling from the lobby. I had requested a crib for my two-year-old in advance, and Manager Ling, noticing that a crib might be a bit cramped for the child during check-in, very thoughtfully upgraded us to an Executive Room, giving my child much more space to move around. I'm truly grateful for that. The hotel environment is lovely, set back from the road, making it very quiet. It's lush with trees and has a flat, open lawn, truly an urban oasis. As it's an older hotel, the facilities are a bit dated, but the cleanliness is well-maintained, and the staff are very polite.

A very satisfying stay. The room was spacious and the bedding was comfortable, truly five-star quality. The location is excellent, and the value for money is outstanding. Downstairs, there's a free hot spring and swimming pool for two people per room. The only downside is that it's right next to Line 13, so the soundproofing isn't great and it can be a bit noisy. I highly recommend the beer garden downstairs; their sea cucumber and sea urchin rice is incredibly delicious and great value. The grilled pork belly is also very tasty.

The location is good and the lobby is impressive. However, the room facilities are a bit dated. The air conditioning panel was broken, and the room door was a bit difficult to close, requiring some force, possibly due to a slight misalignment.

I was very satisfied with my stay here. The front desk staff were gentle and friendly, and check-in was very efficient, so I didn't have to wait in a long line. They patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions about local transportation and parking, and responded quickly to any requests I had. Check-out was also simple and quick. The overall service was professional and appropriate, making for a comfortable stay. The room environment was also clean and tidy. This is my first choice for travel accommodation and I highly recommend it to everyone.

The lady at the front desk specifically gave me a newly renovated room, which is a huge improvement from the old ones. The lighting, in particular, is much brighter; the old rooms were always too dim, making it very unsuitable for us night owls to read or work.

The hotel is a bit old, but the location is excellent! It's surrounded by snack stalls, and there are many small alleyways in Xi'an with 1-yuan skewers. Plus, they have their own parking lot, which is a huge bonus. The service was also very good.

The hotel was generally very nice and convenient, not far from the highway exit and very close to the Olympic Sports Center (about a ten-minute drive). Even the river-view rooms had great views, and the rooms were quite spacious. The environment was really nice, but it's a prime location. I went on New Year's Eve, and it was incredibly crowded. I wanted to try the breakfast, but unfortunately, I was too late to get up, so I won't comment on that (I think a small open-air balcony would be nice; I highly recommend it). The only drawback was that the facilities had some minor issues. I drove there right after work, already exhausted, and wanted to rest before going out for dinner and entertainment. However, the bedside socket was faulty, and it took about 40-50 minutes to check and repair it. It was really frustrating. This is the bare minimum for a hotel; any room problems should be addressed beforehand. I don't know if the previous guests didn't report it or what, but this kind of basic mistake shouldn't be made. Furthermore, no staff member apologized at all. The only apology was from the repairman who said something like ”sorry to bother you.” No one from the front desk or the housekeeper inquired about our well-being. I just wanted to ask, ”Where is the apology?” My first stay wasn't great. When checking in, I asked if I could have a late check-out. The receptionist, Ms. Zheng, was very kind and let us check out at 2 PM. Considering it was New Year's Day, being able to check out at 2 PM was still a huge relief. The concierge was also very helpful; he even helped me with my luggage, although I only had two backpacks, and explained how to use the lighting controls.

In short, the price wasn't really good value for money. Without the receptionist and concierge, I would have given this hotel a bad review. It's unbelievable that such a large hotel isn't as good value as hotels costing 200-300 yuan these days; it's ridiculous.
