前段時間，我在[酒店名稱]的住宿經歷，實在令人失望。

辦理入住時，前台工作人員業務不熟練，手續辦理過程十分緩慢，後面排起了長隊。等了近半小時，才拿到房卡。

進入房間，一股異味撲面而來。仔細查看，發現衞生間角落有污漬，垃圾桶也未清理乾淨。向客服反映後，維修人員許久才到，處理也不徹底，異味依舊存在。

到了晚上，本想好好休息，卻被走廊裏客人的喧鬧聲和房門開關的碰撞聲吵得難以入睡。隔音效果差，讓我整晚都輾轉反側。

第二天去餐廳吃早餐，食物種類稀少，且部分已經涼了。咖啡的味道淡如白水，麪包也乾巴巴的。

在使用健身房的器材時，我發現部分器材損壞，卻沒有及時維修或標識停用。向工作人員反饋，對方態度敷衍，沒有給出解決方案。

退房時，同樣遇到了問題，工作人員核算費用時出現錯誤，又耽誤了不少時間。
