The hotel's service was exceptional, truly making me feel at home. Every staff member, from the front desk to concierges, housekeeping, and F&B, was incredibly attentive to every detail. The hotel's environment and facilities are also outstanding. Despite the bad weather, I thoroughly enjoyed the panoramic night view of the Huangpu River. The breakfast selection was also vast, offering a wide array of both Western and Chinese options. Without a doubt, I'll be staying here again on my next trip to Shanghai.

The hotel stay was great, though it's quite high up with the lobby on the 38th floor. The room service was excellent! They noticed I didn't have a mouse pad and even brought one up for me. I've stayed in so many hotels, and this is the only one that's ever been so considerate about a small detail like a mouse pad.

This stay truly exceeded my expectations. The hotel environment was incredibly comfortable, and the room was clean, tidy, and had fantastic natural light. Just being in there felt relaxing and reassuring. What truly impressed me was the service; from check-in to check-out, it was attentive and thoughtful throughout. The staff were gentle, accommodating, efficient, and never intrusive. You could feel their dedication and professionalism in every interaction. If I ever come back to this area, this will definitely be my top choice. I genuinely recommend it to everyone!

I booked this hotel last minute for a business trip, and it exceeded my expectations by a long shot. The hotel has definitely been around for a few years, and its decor is a bit old-fashioned, with facilities that aren't exactly cutting-edge. You can tell there's some wear and tear in the hallways and rooms, but overall, it's pretty well-maintained and doesn't feel run down.

The room itself was spotlessly clean, no odd smells, and the bedding was fresh and soft. The pillows were just the right height, making for a very comfortable sleep. The air conditioning worked perfectly for both heating and cooling, and the hot water came out quickly with good pressure, which was great for showers. The internet was stable too, so no lag whether I was working or streaming shows. The soundproofing isn't amazing, but it wasn't noisy at night, so it didn't really disturb my rest.

The staff were all really friendly and helpful. Check-in was quick, and they patiently answered all my questions. The cleaning staff were also very polite and greeted me proactively. The location is convenient for getting around, with plenty of places to eat and easy access to taxis. For its area, it offers excellent value for money.

While it's not a new hotel and doesn't have a luxurious feel, it wins on cleanliness, quietness, practicality, and excellent service. I felt secure and comfortable during my stay. It's perfectly adequate for business trips and everyday stays, and I'd definitely choose to stay here again if I have the chance.

This five-star hotel offers incredible value for money! The rooms are clean and tidy, with excellent facilities, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The price for a hotel of this caliber is surprisingly affordable, making it an absolute steal. The buffet breakfast is extensive and delicious. Its location is fantastic, right next to Uniwalk shopping mall, Bay Glory, and Bao'an Library, putting entertainment, dining, and shopping all within easy reach. I highly recommend staying at the JW Marriott Hotel Shenzhen Qianhai for a true five-star experience in both service and amenities.

The service was exceptional, right from the moment I stepped into the hotel. My initial anxiety quickly turned into warmth, relaxation, and happiness, all thanks to Malik's thoughtful service 🫶🏻. A perfect 10/10!

(Facilities:) This is one of the most luxurious hotels I've ever stayed in 👍🏻.

(Dining:) They offer a wide selection of Chinese, Japanese, Indian, and Western cuisines. The food is incredibly fresh, and the restaurant is spacious, though it can get very busy, sometimes requiring a wait.

It was a truly perfect stay. Next time I'm in Dubai, JW will definitely be my first choice. A special thank you to Malik for his outstanding service; he upgraded my room and arranged a late check-out for me. I'm incredibly satisfied with his service and will definitely seek him out again on my next visit ❤️❤️❤️.

One of the amazing stays I made in Dubai, I actually celebrated my husband’s birthday along with my business trip, I requested the hotel for special arrangements and I am really grateful for their support and nice arrangements.
Overall I really enjoyed my stay and for sure I will recommend this hotel for all: as the hotel is luxury, JW kitchen’s food is so delicious, the location is amazing next to one of the best malls in Dubai, connected to Dubai Marina where you can find a number or restaurants and cafes and you will also be able to take a boat/ yacht trips.
Thanks to all the staff at the hotel as all were friendly and respectful.
