Thank you for for good service, I am putting 5 stars for that. But in comments adding a few things that would be great to add: 
1) Temperature in the elevators and hall is freezing. As a girl coming  from outside summer hot weather in the dress with a kid , it’s really uncomfortable . I was shivering all the way till I got my keys for 20 minutes of all the journey to 38floor for check in and further 
2) please buy proper hair dryer, current one is super old and cheap. It’s 3 star  cheap Chinese hotel experience. Proper professional hairdryer costs n china 120-190 rmb, but would improve experience of guest with long hair A LOT.
3) thank you for Modern and good coffee machine, please add zero calories sweeteners in the room (equal or similar). You have it at the breakfast, but we can’t run to breakfast in Panama as we wake up and have cup of coffee.

The room was spacious and offered a fantastic river view. This is a hotel I'd definitely consider staying at again; my kids had a great time. The Chinese restaurant had delicious food, and the scallion oil noodles for breakfast were also very good. My whole family loved the hotel's view and service. A small suggestion would be to improve odor control in the rooms, and the air conditioning regulator wasn't very responsive. Housekeeping brought a dehumidifier later, which helped a bit, but it still affected the overall comfort. Overall, we were very satisfied with our two-night stay. Mandy was incredibly thoughtful, thank you! 🙏

I chose JW Marriott after a thorough search for a hotel with kids' facilities for a relaxing weekend getaway with my child, and it truly exceeded my expectations! The hotel is located in the heart of Shanghai Fish, with ample parking and incredibly enthusiastic staff who helped with luggage and directions. Check-in was quick, and the front desk even upgraded us to a lake-view king room for free, which was a pleasant surprise! The lobby is very spacious, and there's a magnificent thousand-year-old ancient tree in the center.

The hotel has a pink indoor sandbox for kids, outdoor slides and play equipment, outdoor and indoor pools, and a small kids' club (suitable for toddlers). Unexpectedly, there were many families with children over the weekend, but it never felt crowded, making for an excellent and comfortable experience.

The outdoor pool was a lot of fun; the weather was perfect for it, and there's a water slide that kept my child entertained. Plus, there are free flamingo floats for photos!

The room was spacious with a corner sofa, perfect for enjoying the lake view with a coffee. There were also 4 complimentary coffee capsules in the room; if you like lattes, you'll need to bring your own milk. The bathtub was huge, and my child loved taking a bath in the evening!

We had the hotel's buffet dinner that night, featuring crayfish, oysters, foie gras, steak, sashimi, and BBQ. The quality was good, though the variety was a bit limited. The garlic crayfish was delicious! However, the sweet shrimp at the sashimi station was always gone every time I went to get some... (｡•ˇ‸ˇ•｡) I don't understand why they can't replenish it like the salmon and tuna. Towards the end, I witnessed a shocking scene: a child used a spoon they had licked to scoop chocolate sauce from the chocolate fountain in the fruit area... and their parents were standing right there. It was unbelievable. I hope the hotel can have a staff member supervise that area. I had planned to take my child there, but it immediately put me off...

Also, I'd like to suggest that the hotel promptly maintain the children's arcade facilities. Some of the shooting games were out of order. Additionally, the game tokens are a bit expensive; 20 yuan for 21 tokens is odd – I don't understand the single leftover token. And the games themselves are a bit pricey •ᴗ•💧

Even though we only stayed for one night, it felt very fulfilling. There are also many attractions near the hotel, such as the Fengxian Museum, a lake park, and a science fiction museum. My child didn't want to leave, so we'll definitely be back next time!

A truly satisfying stay! The JW Marriott Hotel Shenzhen is indeed a top-tier hotel. The lobby exudes a light luxury and grand atmosphere, and the public areas are spotlessly clean. The staff at check-in were very professional and explained everything meticulously. The room layout was well-designed, the furnishings were exquisite, and the cleanliness was meticulously maintained—even the corners were sparkling clean. The mattress had just the right firmness, ensuring a sound sleep until morning. During my leisure time, strolling around the hotel was very pleasant, offering a tranquil and comfortable environment. The guest relations team proactively checked on our experience, and any issues were addressed promptly. The hotel restaurants offered a wide variety of dishes with fresh ingredients. Overall, the experience was comfortable and relaxing, making it perfectly suitable for both short stays and longer trips. I genuinely recommend it to anyone traveling.

Another stay that exceeded my expectations.

To be honest, I'm not particularly fond of Shenzhen; the pace is suffocatingly fast, and the crowds make you question everything. But the moment I stepped into the JW Marriott Hotel Shenzhen Qianhai, all my discomfort vanished.

Cassie, who had contacted me in advance to confirm my special requests for check-in, appeared at the front desk at just the right time. She assisted with the check-in process with a lovely smile—it's truly rare to see such genuine smiles in Shenzhen 💖.

Now, about the hotel's hygiene, facilities, and linens: as someone who's a bit of a clean freak, no visible hygiene issues mean no issues at all 😂. The room's V&B luxury bathroom with a double vanity is perfect for couples. The shower and bathtub are arranged together, ensuring perfect wet/dry separation. The fluffy, pristine towel set deserves special praise; I haven't had such an experience in a long time. The bedding, besides being white and soft, also had a subtle pattern, instantly elevating its class and matching the hotel's positioning.

This trip was to see Xiao Mei's live performance at the Wanyou Space opposite, which was a 5-minute walk – truly the best choice. The hotel is next to the Bao'an District Culture and Sports Center, and not far from the seaside. Next time, if I have more time, I'll definitely explore the bookstore and watch the sunset.

Finally, I must mention the complimentary breakfast specially offered by Cassie; it's truly worth trying and absolutely worth the money.

This hotel was originally just a one-night stopover, but the overall facilities, lounge, and room type turned out to be a pleasant surprise. In China, you probably won't find a JW Marriott at this price again.

The hotel is located on a rocky beach in Dadonghai, without sand, but offering a different experience: mudflats foraging and swimming in the sea (there's a recessed, shallow area on the rocky beach in front of the hotel that's safer at low tide). The overall sea view isn't bad at all; one side offers a view of the curved Dadonghai beach, while the other faces the lighthouse.

The hotel facilities are quite comprehensive, with a long family pool and a shallow children's pool. Armbands and full-body swimming life jackets are provided free of charge, and there are even cylindrical holders for shoes. There are numerous lifeguards, strategically placed so that every blind spot of one lifeguard is covered by another. This is completely different from the setup at other five-star hotels in Sanya, and the pool closes at 10 PM, which received unanimous praise from my family. The outdoor open-air children's playground is similar; for younger children, the playground staff will even follow behind to supervise, truly demonstrating JW's high standards.

We booked an executive sea-view room in the East Wing, a room type that directly faces the sunrise over Rabbit Tail Ridge. Plus, it has a huge balcony, instantly eliminating any feeling of a small room.

Since we only stayed for one day, we couldn't experience many of the dining options. However, seeing the hotel selling egg pancakes for 15 RMB and refreshing Qingshubiang for 20 RMB, I immediately felt that the prices were accessible to the general public. The executive lounge's food could only be described as average Marriott quality (I suspect this might be due to the hotel's price point), but it's one of the few resort hotels that even has an executive lounge. The breakfast experience was excellent, with stewed soups, JW noodles, numerous egg preparations, fermented grain vinegar, sour noodles, Hou'an noodles, and various fresh juices. Among the three hotels we stayed at in Sanya, this was the lowest-priced hotel, yet it had the highest breakfast standards.

The service was excellent overall. Whether it was the lounge attendant helping us with a last-minute room change (and getting us a room with a large balcony), or the front desk staff running out to find the mini-train because my child wanted to ride it when it was almost closing time, or the proactive luggage service and reminders from our butler Una, it all truly met the high standards of a luxury five-star hotel!

Some suggestions:
1. The open space on the large balcony could really benefit from some decorations and lounge chairs; I think it would enhance the resort feel.
2. Stronger signage is needed from the East Wing to the West Wing breakfast area. It's quite hard to find since you have to take an elevator.

Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. Aside from the lack of a sandy beach, this is a high-standard, high-value-for-money resort hotel!

I have to give a perfect 10 to our butler, QQ Tang (Grape) 🍇, for our stay at the JW Marriott Haitang Bay! Her service was attentive and thoughtful throughout, responding quickly to all our requests and handling everything perfectly. The attention to detail was exceptional. She was professional and warm without being intrusive, which made for an excellent experience. The entire check-in process was smooth and comfortable. I truly appreciate her service and wholeheartedly give this a full five-star review. I'll definitely look for her again next time! Grape-flavored QQ Tang 🍇🍇🍇
