My stay at Marriott was absolutely perfect this time. The lobby was grand and elegant, with a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The front desk staff were welcoming and professional, making check-in efficient and quick. They also thoughtfully informed me about the hotel's facilities and service hours.

The room was spacious and tidy, with attention to detail evident in every aspect. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom was clean, the amenities were of high quality, and the smart devices were easy to operate. Breakfast offered a rich variety, with both Chinese and Western options, and the ingredients were fresh and delicious.

What truly stood out was the hotel's incredibly warm service; the staff were always responsive to requests and very attentive. The gym, pool, and other facilities were excellent and well-maintained. Both the hardware and service were top-notch, far exceeding my expectations. Marriott will definitely be my first choice for my next trip!

The hotel stay was great, though it's quite high up with the lobby on the 38th floor. The room service was excellent! They noticed I didn't have a mouse pad and even brought one up for me. I've stayed in so many hotels, and this is the only one that's ever been so considerate about a small detail like a mouse pad.

On a rare business trip to Fengxian, I decisively chose the JW Marriott Hotel Shanghai Oriental Beauty Valley, and the experience exceeded my expectations! The breakfast selection was incredibly rich, with both Chinese and Western options being on point: the freshly baked croissants and egg tarts were incredibly fragrant, and the hot dishes like bean curd rolls and shredded pork with pickled cabbage were very authentic – exactly the standard a hotel breakfast should be. The gym was an even bigger surprise, equipped with a full set of MATRIX equipment, including treadmills, elliptical machines, and upright bikes. Working out while overlooking the lake through the floor-to-ceiling windows really helped alleviate some of the fatigue from my business trip. Overall, both the service and environment were excellent. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Fengxian!

My stay at the JW Marriott Hotel Shenzhen Bao'an was an exceptional experience. The room design was elegant and grand, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering expansive views of the Shenzhen cityscape. The room was spacious and well-laid out, with attention to detail that spoke to its quality and thoughtfulness. The guest services team was also impressive; the dining options were exquisite and varied, and the ambiance was quiet and comfortable, perfect for relaxation or light work.

The service, in particular, was impeccable – professional yet attentive, with quick responses that made me feel truly at home. The bedding was soft and comfortable, making for a quiet and pleasant overall stay. Whether for business travel or a leisure vacation, this hotel is a highly recommended choice.

I booked a family room, which came with a two-meter king-size bed and a one-meter single bed. The king-size bed was very comfortable, but the single bed was rock-hard, like sleeping on a wooden board; it was impossible to sleep on. In the middle of the night, it was so uncomfortable that I had to ask for an extra duvet to put on top of it before I could finally fall asleep. We didn't request an extra bed; the room we booked was supposed to have two beds. Shouldn't the mattresses on both beds be equally comfortable? This was very disappointing. We would rather have a slightly smaller room than compromise on a comfortable mattress. Apart from that, everything else was great.

I had such an amazing stay at the JW Marriott Hotel Sanya Dadonghai Bay. The location is honestly perfect — everything you need is right there. You can simply walk down to the beach, enjoy water activities, and explore so many restaurants nearby. It’s the kind of place where you never feel isolated because there’s always something happening around you.

One of the things I loved most is that the hotel is connected to the Shanhaitian Resort Sanya, Autograph Collection. If you’re staying at JW Marriott, you can also enjoy their pools and facilities, which really adds to the whole experience.

The hotel itself has so much to offer, especially for families. There are daily kids’ activities, and my son was never bored — there was always something fun planned. The playground is huge and honestly looks futuristic, like something out of a movie. It’s such a dream space for children. They also have a beautiful swimming pool, which makes it even more enjoyable to spend your days there.

I also visited Casa Corona Beach Club, and it was such a vibe. The atmosphere, the food, and the whole setting made it a really memorable experience.

The spa was another highlight — so relaxing and exactly what you need when you’re trying to unwind and take care of yourself. On top of that, the service throughout the hotel was incredible. The staff really made everything feel smooth, welcoming, and special.

It’s honestly just a great place to be with your family. I would highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a beautiful beachfront stay with lots of activities, especially if you’re traveling with kids. It truly has everything — location, experiences, and comfort.

Our dedicated butler, Harry, provided exceptional service. He was incredibly responsive to all our questions and even arranged a complimentary late check-out for us – big thumbs up! Knowing it was our birthday, he thoughtfully prepared a cake, which was such a wonderful touch.

The hotel offers a fantastic array of activities; the yoga and bonfire party were both excellent!

The hotel environment is also very pleasant. The room was super clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The facilities, including the gym and swimming pool, are new and spotless. Also, there was a typhoon! 🌀🌀🌀🌀
