Our family trip to the JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Shanghai was absolutely perfect! ✨ The river view was stunning! The kids' floor was thoughtfully designed, and they had all the necessary children's amenities. The heated pool with a shallow area was a big hit with our little one. Strolling along the Huangpu River in the mornings and evenings was so relaxing. The hotel itself is luxurious and grand, and the service was incredibly attentive. It's ideal for a short family getaway. The breakfast spread was extensive, offering both Chinese and Western options, plus local Shanghai snacks. The noodle station, where they cooked noodles fresh, was very popular and catered well to kids' tastes. The hotel is right next to the riverside promenade. Highly recommended!

I had a great stay as always. I arrived early and I wasn’t sure if the room would be ready, but in fact, the room was already prepared for me according to my preferences. Jackson at the reception welcome me and the check-in went very smooth. He assured me that they have arranged a room to my liking and in fact, I was very happy with the room and the beautiful view. Highly recommend this hotel and many thanks for the warm and professional service.

I booked two rooms for myself, my child, and my friends. The rooms weren't on a high floor, but they were very spacious, perfect for a family vacation to relax and unwind.

From the moment we walked in, everyone offered service with a smile. Especially the front desk lady and the manager in the black suit. During my check-in, they were all smiles, processed everything smoothly, and proactively informed me about the hotel's breakfast and facilities. They were incredibly enthusiastic. They also had the children's toiletries set, a small birthday cake, and park tickets all ready beforehand.

The concierge even escorted us to the elevator, introducing the hotel's swimming pool, gym, and dining times along the way.

Room service was excellent. When we ran out of water, we could easily request more, as well as additional toiletries. There was a minor issue with the coffee machine in the room, but it was promptly replaced.

The lake view room was lovely, and the room itself was quite spacious. The bed was comfortable, and the pillows were very soft. If you prefer a firmer pillow, you can ask housekeeping to replace it.

The gym service was also great. A young man from Shanghai introduced us to the children's outdoor pool and arranged for a mini-train ride and swimming for the little ones. Very service-minded!

Dining services were also quite good. The buffet dinner met five-star standards.

On Saturday dinner, at the beginning of the queue, I didn't see any salmon belly, and by the time it was my turn, the red herring roe was gone. Also, when I wanted Ovaltine, it was all snapped up. Later, when I asked a server, they said there was none left in the storage, which was a bit of a shame. On Sunday morning, it got busy around 9 AM, so there was a short wait.

Overall, the dining service was very satisfactory. The lobby lounge service was also impressive; when I inquired about a lighter for smoking, they proactively helped resolve the issue.

I've said a lot, but to summarize, everything fully met JW's five-star service. For the specific details, I recommend everyone experience it for themselves during their stay.

This was my first stay at the Shenzhen Marriott Hotel, and honestly, it was a mixed bag – some good, some not so good. The staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were excellent, very friendly and helpful. However, the staff at the entrance and the bellhops were quite disappointing. They weren't proactive in assisting guests, and for a hotel, the first impression often comes from the entrance staff. This really detracted from my overall experience. The front desk staff were polite and said everything was fine, but the baggage handlers were truly awful. On the positive side, the dim sum at the restaurant was exceptional. So, if I ever consider staying here again, I'll definitely have to think long and hard about it. I honestly don't understand how a five-star hotel can have such a stark difference in service quality. For a first-time guest at the Marriott Shenzhen, it was certainly a memorable experience, but not entirely for the right reasons.

Our stay at the Qianhai Marriott Hotel was absolutely perfect, especially as we were celebrating our anniversary. The hotel's facilities are excellent, and the bay view is breathtaking. A special thank you to Cassie (3135) from the GR team. Upon learning that it was our anniversary and we had a special room setup request, she proactively connected with me on WeChat.

The initial communication was incredibly detailed and efficient. She thoughtfully assisted us with an upgrade to a premium bay view room and coordinated a beautiful anniversary room decoration, complete with fresh flowers and an exquisite cake from the pastry kitchen. My girlfriend absolutely loved it! Every detail showcased JW's care for its guests. We had a very satisfying experience and this will be our top choice for future business trips and getaways with my girlfriend.

My stay at JW Marriott Hotel Beijing Central for my entire trip to Beijing far exceeded my expectations!

The location is incredibly convenient, right next to Xuanwumen subway station. Getting to Tiananmen Square, the Summer Palace, and the National Museum was a breeze. There are also plenty of traditional eateries and delivery options nearby, making it a one-stop shop for food and transportation.

The room was spacious and meticulously clean. Even though it faced the street, it was very quiet. The mattress and pillows were soft, making it incredibly relaxing to come back to after a day of sightseeing. The service was a definite highlight: they offered free luggage storage before check-in and after check-out, which was perfect for my itinerary of visiting attractions during the day, arriving by high-speed rail in the morning, and catching a high-speed rail in the evening.

What truly touched me was the thoughtful gesture. My stay coincided with my birthday, and the hotel proactively sent a beautiful and delicious birthday cake, accompanied by a handwritten card. This little surprise during my trip was incredibly heartwarming. The front desk, concierge, and housekeeping staff were all patient and gentle, and they responded to requests promptly. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, it’s excellent value for money, and I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Beijing!

Overall, it offers great value for money, and I felt comfortable and at ease during my stay. I'll definitely prioritize this hotel for future trips. Highly recommended!
