Located in the heart of Shanghai, the biggest advantage of this hotel is its convenient transportation. It's just a five-minute walk to the entrance of People's Square Metro Station, where multiple metro lines converge. There are also many restaurants of various price points nearby, making it truly a top choice for tourists visiting Shanghai. The housekeeping staff were exceptionally friendly, always greeting us with smiles. Other aspects were pretty average. The room decor was a bit dated; the front desk staff were laughing loudly and shrilly, which came across as very unprofessional. The lobby was also filled with influencers and elderly women taking photos, which negatively impacted the guest experience and directly lowered the hotel's overall ambiance.

I was very satisfied with my stay this time. The hotel's location is excellent, with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. The room was spacious and bright, with impeccable cleanliness. The bedding was just right in terms of softness and firmness, ensuring a good night's sleep. The guest relations and front desk staff were friendly and responsive to requests, especially Dannie, who was very enthusiastic. Overall, everything was great, and I'll definitely prioritize this hotel for my next visit.

The bread and desserts at both the buffet dinner and breakfast were delicious! A true delight for bread lovers! The hotel staff were also very professional and attentive. (A small anecdote: after leaving the kids' play area, my little one had a tantrum and cried loudly, and a staff member even came over to check if he had gotten hurt inside). We had a fantastic time swimming with the baby, especially since there's a small pool with warmer water, perfect for children. It was a perfect and very enjoyable staycation!

Our exceptional service experience started at JW Marriott Hotel Jinmao, thanks to the dedicated service of staff member Xana! Our entire stay was comfortable and rejuvenating, without a single flaw, far exceeding our expectations. As a Guest Relations Specialist, Xana possesses solid professional skills and an excellent service attitude. Check-in was efficient and convenient, explanations were detailed and clear, and she had a thorough understanding of all hotel services and facilities. Throughout our stay, she provided attentive assistance, proactively checking on guest satisfaction, patiently listening to our needs, and actively coordinating solutions to various issues. Her responses were prompt and her handling of matters was impeccable. Her service was gentle and warm, meticulous yet appropriate, genuinely sincere without being forced, and thoughtful without being perfunctory. Every detail showcased the high quality of Marriott's premium service. The hotel's hardware facilities are high-end and complete, the rooms are clean and elegant with excellent soundproofing, and the bedding is comfortable. The public areas are tidy and grand. This perfect stay experience was entirely due to Xana's dedicated efforts. I genuinely give it a five-star recommendation and will definitely choose to stay here again next time!

Overall, a huge thumbs-up! Everything was fantastic, from the rooms to the overall facilities and the staff. A special shout-out to Cassie from Guest Relations, who called ahead to accommodate my room preferences – so thoughtful and attentive. Niya was professional and incredibly warm, patiently helping throughout our stay, which really made the experience perfect. Also, Sally, who handled our check-in, was meticulous and professional, and the ladies in the executive lounge were kind and patient. The staff we met in the breakfast restaurant, housekeeping, and the lobby were all very professional and enthusiastic. Plus, the pool was incredibly comfortable, with great water quality, excellent facilities, and responsible staff. We'll definitely be back!

The room type was pretty standard; it seemed like a regular twin room where one bed was removed to add a bunk bed for families. There was no view whatsoever. However, the family activities arranged by JW Marriott and the thoughtful and attentive butler service from Una, especially with the corn (referring to Una Corn's service), were truly excellent. I'll definitely come back next time if I can get a sea-view room!

My family and I stayed at JW Marriott Sanya for four days and three nights, and we were absolutely thrilled! [strong][strong]

I have to give a special shoutout to Watermelon 🍉! [grinning face with smiling eyes]

This was our second time back, and Watermelon 🍉 contacted us the day before to gather our flight details, group composition, room preferences, and so on.

On the day of check-in, she kept an eye on our rooms all day, arranging two incredibly convenient rooms for us. The room facilities were brand new, and the view was fantastic [sun]. It felt like we were in a Spanish manor, enjoying the coconut groves, lush greenery, and the stunning horizon where the sky meets the sea. [grinning face]

The most thoughtful touch was that because we were traveling with elderly family members and had an morning flight ✈️, Watermelon 🍉 quickly arranged a clean room for us to rest in temporarily. The air-conditioned room allowed the two seniors to lie down for a while, which was incredibly considerate. She took such good care of us! [relieved face]

She kindly reminded us to close doors and windows to prevent mosquitoes, shared the breakfast times, and recommended must-try signature dishes at the restaurants. Watermelon's 🍉 strong recommendation for the fish balls was indeed delicious; we ate them for three days straight, they were so much to our liking! [coffee]

On the day of check-out, she proactively confirmed if there were any charges to settle in our room, informed us of the estimated check-out time, and helped us plan our departure time. Even while on leave, she had prepared gifts [gift] for us the day before she went off work and instructed her colleagues to see us off [victory]. We felt truly cared for by Watermelon 🍉 throughout our stay.

Returning again, the environment is still beautiful, and the hotel facilities are well-maintained. The service has greatly improved. I wish Watermelon 🍉 all the best in her work and JW Marriott continued success! [fist]
