I was very happy with choosing JW for this trip, and I'm very grateful to Angel for helping us with all the arrangements. The room had an expansive view, and the river view at night was beautiful. The complimentary anniversary cake was a delightful surprise, and all the room services were excellent. After a tiring day, soaking in the tub in the room was incredibly relaxing. The breakfast at the Navigation Kitchen was also good, with special shout-outs to the scallion cream cheese and the European bread slices. I'll definitely consider this brand again for future needs.

An excellent experience. I stayed on the 44th floor, facing east, which offered a splendid view of the sunrise 🌅 and Pudong's 'three-piece suit' (referring to its iconic skyscrapers). Although the room was a bit small, it was quite comfortable for one person. In the mornings and evenings, I enjoyed watching the countless lights of nearby residential buildings, the constant flow of cars on the highway, and pedestrians 🚶 moving like ants on the streets. Both breakfast and the front desk are on the 38th floor, surrounded by floor-to-ceiling glass windows 🪟, allowing you to savor delicious food while gazing into the distance. Check-in included a 30% discount voucher for the hotel restaurant. The restaurant was quite quiet and empty in the evenings. The swimming pool is on the 7th floor, requiring two elevator transfers to reach. It's a heated pool with excellent water quality 👍. The housekeeping staff were consistently polite and smiled. Front desk service was also efficient and quick. The 50 RMB charge for 24-hour underground parking could perhaps be waived. Overall, it was a great stay.

I wasn't going to write this, as the hotel staff were actually quite nice, but their unprofessionalism was just too much.

1) Starting at 11 PM, there was a persistent banging sound in my room. I asked housekeeping to check it out. They spent over half an hour, but the noise didn't stop, and I never got a response. I ended up running around the entire building in my bathrobe to find the source myself. It turned out to be renovations happening in the women's changing room downstairs at that late hour. When I finally found the front desk, they didn't immediately address it and asked me to wait for the manager (it was almost midnight, and I was very lightly dressed). The manager eventually arrived and communicated with the renovation crew, and finally, I could get some sleep. If I had waited for the hotel to resolve it, I probably wouldn't have gotten any rest.

2) As compensation, I negotiated with the hotel to waive the cost of one person's buffet dinner from the previous night (a 300 fee). I thought that was settled. However, when I checked my bill back home, the charge was an *additional* 300, not a deduction of 300.

3) The hotel pool is excellent, but it closes at 9 PM. I chatted with someone at the fitness center, and they said it's because there are fewer people after 9 PM, and they think it's a waste of electricity??? This is a JW Marriott, and it costs 1500 a night!

4) I'm not a Marriott Bonvoy member, so overall, it felt like I paid the most money but received the most basic amenities.

On the positive side, the hardware is generally good, the rooms are spacious, and the pool is very comfortable – these are all commendable aspects. The soft services, however, are simply beyond words.

The JW Marriott truly lives up to its five-star benchmark, and Guest Service Specialist Reina's performance was an absolute bonus! From check-in to check-out, Reina was efficient and attentive throughout. She made the check-in process quick, proactively explained hotel benefits, and even helped me with a room upgrade. The room itself was luxuriously decorated, with comfortable bedding and high-end bathroom amenities, plus a well-stocked minibar. Reina was always quick to respond, helping me resolve various issues with professional yet warm service. The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation, and a full range of dining and leisure facilities. The overall experience was impeccable, and Reina deserves special commendation. I'll definitely be back!

This five-star hotel offers incredible value for money! The rooms are clean and tidy, with excellent facilities, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The price for a hotel of this caliber is surprisingly affordable, making it an absolute steal. The buffet breakfast is extensive and delicious. Its location is fantastic, right next to Uniwalk shopping mall, Bay Glory, and Bao'an Library, putting entertainment, dining, and shopping all within easy reach. I highly recommend staying at the JW Marriott Hotel Shenzhen Qianhai for a true five-star experience in both service and amenities.

Seriously, you can't always trust negative reviews; everyone has different expectations, and when we're on vacation, the goal is to be happy and satisfied with everything. I remember one day we returned to the hotel early, and our room had already been tidied. My sunglasses, which I'd left out that morning, had a new cleaning cloth next to them, and my child's phone cable was neatly organized with a cable clip. It was incredibly thoughtful. After resting for a bit, we went to the hotel pool. The outdoor pool on the M floor offers views of the Burj Khalifa. I didn't expect the room to be cleaned again, but when we returned, it was! All my valuable jewelry I'd left on the nightstand was still there. Later, when we went out for dinner, we actually ran into the two young men doing the turndown service, and they greeted us politely. Honestly, after a tiring day of exploring, returning to a tidy and welcoming room every time, who would even think about finding fault? My only regret is not having exchanged enough foreign currency for tips! 🙉

The Kitchen6 restaurant is enormous. You might think you've been seated in a really out-of-the-way spot, but there are coffee machines, toasters, and even duplicate food stations everywhere, even in the far corners. It couldn't be more convenient. Although this hotel was recommended to me because it had Chinese food, I never actually ate any. There's no need to insist on Chinese food. The steamed fish, however, was excellent; I had it twice. Everything else was random, and my stomach was incredibly stable for days. Oh, and by the way, the cappuccino the hostess made for me on the first day was so thoughtful – she even gave me a milk pitcher and a shot of espresso on the side. Have all the 'five-star' hotels I've stayed at before been fakes? 🙉

One of the amazing stays I made in Dubai, I actually celebrated my husband’s birthday along with my business trip, I requested the hotel for special arrangements and I am really grateful for their support and nice arrangements.
Overall I really enjoyed my stay and for sure I will recommend this hotel for all: as the hotel is luxury, JW kitchen’s food is so delicious, the location is amazing next to one of the best malls in Dubai, connected to Dubai Marina where you can find a number or restaurants and cafes and you will also be able to take a boat/ yacht trips.
Thanks to all the staff at the hotel as all were friendly and respectful.
