Facilities: The facilities are very complete. My boyfriend came from Hainan, and this was his first time in the North. When checking in, he specifically requested a humidifier, and the service response was very quick. The laundry room is super convenient; I was staying for five days and didn't bring many clothes, so the laundry room was a lifesaver. The first time I went, there were no washing machines available, so I left my clothes on the sofa, and the staff very thoughtfully washed and dried them for us.
Cleanliness: Very clean. We stayed for five nights, and the housekeeping staff would kindly ask if we needed cleaning. On the third afternoon, we didn't go out, and the cleaning staff specifically came to deliver water and snacks.
Environment: Good, quite nice for a hotel in the same price range.
Service: When checking out, the front desk attendant asked if we had a pleasant stay. He was very handsome. It was raining when we left, and we happened to run into the front desk staff and manager who thoughtfully escorted us to the intersection with umbrellas, as we didn't have any.

Excellent value for money, clean, well-equipped, and a fantastic environment. The service was exceptional – they even offer welcome gifts and a comforting, stomach-warming porridge. I loved it and will definitely be back. As I said, great value, I'll be returning next time. Very thoughtful and excellent, I especially loved it, and will be back again.

Highly recommend Koi Hotel! The environment really exceeded expectations, quiet in the middle of noisy, and the elegant new Chinese atmosphere was cured as soon as I entered the lobby. The logs and ink were embellished, and the soft lighting was super warm. The corridor is clean and tidy, the sound insulation is excellent, and the outside noise is completely inaudible. The room is spacious and bright, with first-class lighting and ventilation, spotless floor tabletops, and dry and wet bathrooms. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and the mousse mattress is super comfortable to lie on, and a good night's sleep. The service is intimate and thoughtful, the front desk is warm and efficient, and the details are full. The overall environment is comfortable and stylish, the price is super high, whether it is a business trip or a trip, it is super suitable, I will choose here next time!

The room was exceptionally clean, and the spotless bedding offered great peace of mind. Every nook and cranny of the room was thoroughly cleaned. Despite a BBQ stand located downstairs near the Bus Company No. 4, the room remained very quiet and peaceful at night. Complimentary parking was available right at the entrance for hotel guests. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise; it offered a rich variety of fresh options. I particularly recommend their lamb offal noodles, which were absolutely delicious. The fresh-cut fruit was also incredibly fresh. The live cooking stations prepared everything fresh on demand. The service was outstanding across the board. We were extremely satisfied and will definitely choose to stay here again on our next trip to Hohhot.

Flawless amenities! Stepping into the room, you're greeted with a fresh ambiance, making every breath feel clean and safe. The long marble desk is perfect for boosting work efficiency, and the soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a wonderfully restful sleep. The room boasts a minimalist design with splashes of color, making it very stylish for photos, and the value for money is exceptional! The hotel also offers free high-speed WiFi and a portable breakfast. Located near several schools, it's truly ideal for young people.

The experience of staying at this hotel is superb, and the sanitary details are full! There is no smell at the door, the floor is spotless, the sheets are flat and clean and white without stains. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the toilet and sink are polished brightly, the toiletries are neatly arranged, and the floor drain is hairless. The tabletop and corner gaps by the window are cleaned in place, and the dust can't be seen at all. The cleaning aunt cleans meticulously and intimately, the environment is clean and refreshing, and the living is particularly safe. The price is very high. I will choose it next time I travel. It is highly recommended!

The hotel is very new, the room is clean and tidy, no smell, the room we booked is very large, like the photos on the Internet, what you see is what you get, the hotel has a washing machine and a dryer for easy cleaning of clothes. The staff is warm and professional, and the items are needed in time. The front desk also provides free small items, coffee, etc.: breakfast has local characteristics, fresh ingredients, not many choices, but nutrition can be matched. The hotel goes out and turns right to the second supermarket. It is super convenient to buy supplies. There are barbecue shops, noodle restaurants and dinners in two steps. Whether you meet the manager, front desk, cleaning or restaurant staff at the hotel, everyone greets you warmly. Check-in experience is very good, five-star praise 👍

來內蒙住酒店，終於體驗到了正宗的內蒙早餐！朋友推薦入住的酒店，無論早餐，房間衞生，還是服務都是一流，房間隔音效果特別好，適合睡懶覺的人，前台的小姑娘特別温柔幫你介紹早餐和周邊設施，房間的床單被罩乾淨整潔，一看就是受過專業培訓的，我本人比較挑剔。後院有免費的停車場。最後要説一下早餐，劃重點：內蒙燒麥，皮薄餡大，羊雜碎配點香菜絕了，最後還給你貼心的上了一壺磚茶（當地特色），解油解膩的，真的太滿意了，推薦五顆心！
