Staying as a family of 4 in one room. Supposed only to have 3 breakfast provided but hotel was kind to let my 6yo enjoy the free brealfast too. Clean room. Good service and location. Happy about my stay there. T

The front desk service was incredibly thoughtful and patient in answering all my questions. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and I slept really well at night. Overall, I felt very secure and would definitely recommend it to friends.

What I loved most about staying at the Kodak Hotel this time was its super convenient location! It's just a few minutes' walk to the MRT station, making it really easy to get around, whether you're going shopping downtown, visiting attractions, or catching a ride. There are plenty of convenience stores and snack shops downstairs, so you don't have to go far for food or essentials, which makes getting around very efficient.

The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and all the basic amenities were available. The front desk staff were friendly and check-in was quick. Overall, it offers good value for money. The location really is a big plus, perfect for both leisure and business travelers. I'd definitely choose this place again next time I visit and highly recommend it to everyone!

The bedroom and bathroom were very clean, and there wasn't any noise. The service was excellent, and they basically had everything you could need, including a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. It's also very close to the subway station. I'll definitely come back next time. It was a very comfortable experience.

The hotel offers free laundry, which is a great plus. There are quite a few Japanese guests staying here. Getting around by bike is super convenient, and you can reach nearby spots within 20 minutes. If you prefer walking, there's a subway station within easy reach. However, it's a bit far from Taipei Main Station, so you'll probably need a taxi if you have luggage.

I had a wonderful stay at KO Hotel Dunnan during my recent trip to Taipei. The location is super convenient and surrounded by tons of food, shopping, and entertainment options. Despite being in a busy area, the hotel itself was quiet, clean, and very comfortable.
The room was compact but well-designed, with everything I needed: a good bed, clean bathroom, and even some thoughtful touches like complimentary water and toiletries. The staff were polite and efficient during both check-in and check-out.
What stood out most was the lobby area — it's super stylish, like an Instagram-worthy spot with quirky art and decorations. Also, the price was really reasonable for the location and quality.

Great people & staff they are all accommodating, room is clean, AC is cold, bathroom has hot&cold water it has an elevator, location is quite far from the tourist attractions but it all worth it coz there's no traffic. The only problem is their internet, we got no internet for the first 2 days and it has poor connection when entering the room, may be they can improve it.

The location is very convenient, the green line of the metro is going through all the major sights, so no need to change lines. The room itself is just fine, there is enough space for one person. Hot water in the shower, air conditioning is working, stuff was nice and helpful!

I really do laugh at what some people put on these reviews, there is so much negativity! Jesus wise up this isn’t the Marina Bay Sands!!, you get what you pay for. Firstly I don’t find the check in process problematic you just need to be organised. Secondly I had no problem finding the place and there was someone at the desk when I arrived. Thirdly they were extremely accommodating about my luggage before check in and check out. All I’m interested in when travelling is security (the lockers were fine) and there is a key code to the outside, cleanliness (the sheets and the pods themselves were fine) location (absolutely fantastic) air conditioning (brilliant and permanently on) WiFi (very good even in the pods). I also don’t have any issue with noise from the many bars and restaurants on the road. My only criticism would be the washroom which is small and the floors are often wet (caused by the tumble dryer constantly on) and the fact there is neither a general socket or usb c connection in the pods. As for the smell in the dorm room yes it’s apparent but it’s just men’s feet and trainers. Don’t bother me. Finally a big shout out to Silvie who was very helpful for me with luggage etc. I love Singapore but it’s not cheap. This place offers value and location

I booked a room through Trip.com, but unfortunately, the room I received was very different from what was shown in the advertisement. The actual room had a strong bad smell, like cigarettes, and was not clean. It was very disappointing and not what I expected based on the pictures.

However, after I complained, both Trip.com and the hotel were helpful. They arranged for me to move to a better room, which was much more acceptable. I appreciate the quick response, but I hope the listings in the future can be more accurate to avoid this kind of situation.

I had a fantastic experience during my stay at their hostel. The facilities were consistently clean, and I appreciated the availability of hot water, which made for refreshing showers after a long day of exploring. The location is a major plus—situated in Little India, it's conveniently close to a supermarket right near the main gate, making it easy to grab snacks or essentials.

One of the highlights of the area is the affordable and diverse food options, allowing you to indulge in delicious local cuisine without breaking the bank. While I didn’t have the chance to meet the receptionist in person, their responsiveness via email was impressive. They maintained excellent communication and followed up consistently until my check-out, which made me feel valued as a guest.

Safety is clearly a priority here, with cameras installed throughout the premises, so you can relax without any worries. Additionally, the hostel provides secure lockers for storing your belongings, ensuring everything stays safe while you're out and about. I must mention the quality of the beds, honestly, they felt like something you’d find in a five-star hotel, offering unmatched comfort after a day of sightseeing. Overall, this hostel is located at 569 Serangoon Road, Singapore, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Hotel is clean and have pretty of space that allow my wife to study with a desk. The only one item need some improvement is the safety box, it is too small , I can not put my computer in it.
