Facilities: Excellent and well-equipped. Hygiene: Very clean, tidy, and comfortable. Environment: Although it's near a road, it's not noisy at all; the environment is comfortable and quiet. Service: The staff (young ladies and gentlemen) were very enthusiastic and attentive.

Room is spacious, toilet is clean, bed is comfortable ~ and they also have friendly reminder call service. The best is they provide free washing machine & dryer!!!! We will definitely come back again!! Happy stay! 😊

Overall, I had a really positive experience staying at K Hotel Tianjin. The hotel is tucked away on a quiet street, yet still conveniently close to MRT stations. The staff were friendly and helpful, and housekeeping was excellent throughout my stay. There’s also a self-service laundry available, which was a nice bonus. Breakfast options were a bit limited, but still sufficient for a quick bite to start the day. 10/10 would recommend staying with K Hotel Tianjin.

The location is super convenient! The subway station is right outside, and bus stops are easily accessible too. Songjiang Market, with tons of affordable eats and bubble tea shops, is less than a 5-minute walk away. If you venture a bit further, you'll find beef noodle soup and pig trotters rice, among other delicious options. Unfortunately, some places were closed due to the typhoon, which was a bit of a bummer. The hotel room itself was very clean. Usually, I find dusty TV remotes in hotels, but not here! Plus, the TV supports screen mirroring, which is a great bonus.

Would I stay here again? YES. the only draw back for us was the distance to the subway station - it's an 8-10 minute walk, which includes traversing the large intersection near the hotel. Other than that, the room was well appointed - not big, but large enough for a short stay. Water pressure in bathroom was good. The have bidet toilet seats. I didn't need the laundry room, but they do have one for guests. Special bonus: 7-11 adjacent to hotel for convenient snacking. The lobby was more of a welcome area, rather than a place to hang out.

The location is excellent, with many shops nearby, right next to Breeze Center. There's a Family Mart and a 7-Eleven downstairs. It's also just a 10-minute walk to Taipei's East District.
The room is spacious enough, and the bed is comfortable. The window is small and doesn't let in much natural light, but the room lighting is very sufficient and bright. The room was renovated in 2023, so it feels very new.
The bathroom has a wet/dry separation for the shower, but the shower enclosure is glass, so you have to pull the curtain if you want privacy. This means two friends can't use the toilet and shower at the same time, unless you're very close or a couple! 😂

After numerous changes to our Chinese New Year travel plans, we finally settled on Kodak Hotel 1. The reception staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. When they heard we had a laptop and might not be able to leave it out, they immediately offered to store it for us behind the counter. At breakfast, the restaurant staff noticed me looking for something and proactively asked what I needed, then promptly brought fresh milk to our table. A delightful surprise was the welcome candy on the table in our room, accompanied by a handwritten greeting card and an adorable Asakusa golden turtle – I absolutely loved it! 💕

The only minor drawbacks were... the single bed in the triple room was quite small, more like a sofa bed, and not very comfortable to sleep on. Also, when showering, the hot water was inconsistent, fluctuating between scalding hot and cold, and the water pressure was unstable. However, they did provide bath salts, allowing for a warm and relaxing bath.

During the holiday season, while most people are on vacation, there's a dedicated group working tirelessly. As someone also in the service industry, it was tough to see your hotel staff apologizing to guests, and I truly appreciate the efforts of all the Kodak Hotel staff!

It’s understated as a 3star hotel.
It deserve a 5star! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Clean Neat Beautiful! Bathtub, wide windows, unlimited Nespresso coffee & tea, mineral water + lots of variety of snacks! Free laundry + dryer self service!! Very helpful hotel reception ladies especially Mai who guide us & even book massage & got the masseur to come & fetch us!! Around the hotel has lots of good food, bubble tea, little shops, massage.
Jus cannot do late checkout even 30min 😁 but I do understand, such wonderful hotel, occupancy rate must be high.

Everything about the stay was amazing - from the location, cleanliness, service to even the price.
I would particularly like to take the time to highlight the stellar service that was provided to us by the staff. Having offered to have our baggage taken care of at the hotel even past check out time, we could go about our day with less weight on our mind and back. Aside from that, they have gone out of their way to help us find an item that we have left in the place and done great at keeping the room spick and span.
From the bottom of my heart, a big thank you to Divina and Rome ＜3

The place, I think it’s perfect for solo travellers, backpackers, and maybe even couples that don’t mind the space itself - I’m pretty sure they have pods for more than two people, but I believe Place is more suited for single people. The place is cool to be honest and looks futuristic like out of a Tron movie 😆

Jokes aside, the amenities were alright - Just a heads up to those who used to the conventional USB-C type wires as the pod only has USB-A ports charging mounts - toilets extremely clean just don’t forget to bring your own shampoo and body soap, there were washing machines and as I was switching my head, thinking where the charge my devices, turned out that on top of the washing machine and like extension for three-pin plugs so that saved my headache, it was unusual Place) charge your devices, but it worked so it’s fine 😂

Keep in mind that it may be rather noisy during the weekends as there were bars downstairs, that’s truly lively at night and the around of vicinity had lots of restaurants, bars and convenience store within walking distance. Speaking of noises, just be mindful that to be slow in what you do in the pod because it could get noisy especially during the night. And be careful with the blinds as I didn’t know, when I pull it i immediately let it go so bounced off right to the top with a loud bang. I hope I didn’t scared anyone 😂

Other than that, I think it’s a cool affordable place for all the solo travellers alike!

The room was great and the hotel is conveniently located in the city center, making it easy to get around. It's in a business district, so dining and shopping are super convenient, and the price is good too. You can't go wrong choosing this hotel; I'll definitely book here again next time I visit.

It was a ok experience, under this budget u can expect too much, but only take a one night rest and have a shower is ok

The room is spacious. Hot water is available in the shower. Has a tv, an electric kettle and free 3 water bottles when we arrived. Bath towels are available but they're kinda thin and they don't replaced it during our whole stay. We also took our own trashes out too. Overall it was good if you are not a very picky person.

The location isn't in the city center, and it's quite quiet at night. It's a bit inconvenient to get to the MRT station as you have to walk. One of the pillows had some pink liquid on it, and the showerhead was too low and couldn't be adjusted. Other than that, the hygiene was good, and the staff were very friendly. There's a night market right next to the hotel with great food.
