I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience! 

We booked a room for 3 people and the room is spacious enough for us to lay out 3 medium sized suitcases.  The rooms were exceptionally clean and tidy, making for a comfortable stay

The staff went helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere!

The hotel room was very clean. While not brand new, the bathroom facilities were excellent, and the bathtub was spotless. Breakfast was simple but delicious. The most convenient aspect of the hotel is its location, right above the MRT station, making travel incredibly easy. There's also a 7-Eleven downstairs.

Hotel room was clean and quite spacious, which was great. Location of the hotel is close to the metro station as well so that’s a plus. The staff were generally quite nice except we found it quite weird that they would call you on the phone 30 mins before checking out. Felt a bit off that they are trying to rush people out. Besides that, a good hotel in general.

Overall, this hotel offered a great experience. The room was spacious and bright, well-equipped, and very clean. The comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, making check-in and check-out very efficient. The hotel's location is convenient, with easy access to transportation, which made getting around hassle-free. The breakfast selection was rich and delicious. All in all, it offered great value for money, and I had a very pleasant stay. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time.

The rooms and facilities are pretty good and clean. The service attitude, however, was just average. What was really outlandish was that on the second afternoon, when we went to check in, our room was clearly already cleaned and available. Yet, the guy at the front desk told us that our check-in time hadn't arrived yet, and if we wanted to enter now, it would cost NT$450 per hour. We've stayed in many hotels, big and small, and usually, if a room is ready and the guests have already arrived, it's completely normal to let them check in a little early. This is the first time in my life I've encountered such a charge. I hope this hotel can be a bit more flexible and humane in the future, rather than always trying to squeeze more money out of guests.

We were given a room with the bathroom window having the opposite building. The blind, when rolled down, has a 10cm gap from the wall, meaning your decency is not fully protected. When we inform the night manager, first thing she said was if you want to change room, it's considered an upgrade and we have to pay extra. After much argument, we were allowed to change to another room. Buyers beware

I had a wonderful stay at KO Hotel Dunnan during my recent trip to Taipei. The location is super convenient and surrounded by tons of food, shopping, and entertainment options. Despite being in a busy area, the hotel itself was quiet, clean, and very comfortable.
The room was compact but well-designed, with everything I needed: a good bed, clean bathroom, and even some thoughtful touches like complimentary water and toiletries. The staff were polite and efficient during both check-in and check-out.
What stood out most was the lobby area — it's super stylish, like an Instagram-worthy spot with quirky art and decorations. Also, the price was really reasonable for the location and quality.

My wife and I had a great stay at K Hotel. It is conveniently located near MRT and close to shopping area of Zhongshan. There is a Family Mart store right next to the hotel as well. The staff are friendly and helpful with our requests. Check-in and check-out procedures were completed in no time.

We stayed at a room located on the top floor of the hotel. Due to the sloping roof of the exterior, the space above the front of the bathtub was blocked off and showering standing up was impossible. The room had a low ceiling where I could easily touch it. Having said the above, my wife and I still enjoyed the room.

We will not hesitate to return to this hotel or other K Hotel in other locations across Taipei.

This hotel is located in Geylang. The environment is quite simple and the room facilities are very old. However, its advantage may be that it can reach downtown and Changi Airport more quickly through Aljunied MRT. There are many small shops and restaurants in this traditional neighbourhood, which is completely different from the scenery of Marina Bay.

I highly recommend it to anyone visiting .The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making my stay truly enjoyable.

A special thanks to the friendly Lady Shivi(might be miss spelling) the housekeeper, for her exceptional service. She was always friendly, attentive, and made sure my room was spotless every day. Her warm and professional attitude really made a difference in my experience. If it wasn’t her, I won’t book for a week.

Overall, a fantastic hotel with excellent service. I would definitely stay here again!

The location is very convenient, the green line of the metro is going through all the major sights, so no need to change lines. The room itself is just fine, there is enough space for one person. Hot water in the shower, air conditioning is working, stuff was nice and helpful!

Cleanliness: it is okay thou i found small cockroach inside the room. It was abit old building. 
Location: for me its near to everything. Restaurants are all around, bus stop to everywhere is only 2 mins walk.
Service: the receptionists doesn’t really speak to you unless youll approach them hence they are approachable. They even let us iron our clothes in their laundry area. 
Amenities: they offer toothbrush and liquid soap for the guest.

I had a fantastic experience during my stay at their hostel. The facilities were consistently clean, and I appreciated the availability of hot water, which made for refreshing showers after a long day of exploring. The location is a major plus—situated in Little India, it's conveniently close to a supermarket right near the main gate, making it easy to grab snacks or essentials.

One of the highlights of the area is the affordable and diverse food options, allowing you to indulge in delicious local cuisine without breaking the bank. While I didn’t have the chance to meet the receptionist in person, their responsiveness via email was impressive. They maintained excellent communication and followed up consistently until my check-out, which made me feel valued as a guest.

Safety is clearly a priority here, with cameras installed throughout the premises, so you can relax without any worries. Additionally, the hostel provides secure lockers for storing your belongings, ensuring everything stays safe while you're out and about. I must mention the quality of the beds, honestly, they felt like something you’d find in a five-star hotel, offering unmatched comfort after a day of sightseeing. Overall, this hostel is located at 569 Serangoon Road, Singapore, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a great place to stay!

I stayed there with family for 3 days and alone for 4 more days. The rooms are big enough for family and solo traveler. The breakfast was Chinese style more and quite ok.
I did not enjoy the coffee from the machine though.
