I had ordered french toast for breakfast, but it arrived looking more like a cake. I hardly ate it. The manager at ROCCO on 2nd floor and the waiter who served me decided to waive my bill, which was a surprise as I did not expect that! It was a thoughtful gesture to which I truly appreciate.

The service doormen were so service oriented, smiled, greeted and helped with the swivel door each time one comes back to hotel. They also assisted to book a taxi for me to the airport.

The location of hotel was excellent and near enough to get to all the important sights. Loved the toiletries offered in the bathrooms.

The soundproof from room to room is horrible, one morning woke up by the noise (screaming, yelling kids) at 6 am, and one night woke up to the noise( fighting and yelling couple) at 2 am. Need to call twice to the help desk in order for them to call and warn the next room.

Did requested the makeup mirror for 2 mornings and on the 3rd morning my husband walked up to the front desk and directly asked for it and they said you should find the cleaning staff and ask for that by yourself. (In the hotel note it stated makeup mirror is included for free request )

This hotel is amazing! The rooms are very spacious. Everything is super clean and the highlight is the location. I usually don’t write reviews but this time I have to because I’m so glad I stayed at this hotel. I could easily walk everywhere but it was still calm around so it was truly amazing. 10/10 would recommend to everyone! The rooms have very big windows and you have a super beautiful view of the Empire State Building from the room, even though I did not book a specific room. Overall super happy! The staff was very friendly too and many things are complimentary such as wine hour and tea in the mornings!

I moved it after finding out the low price, but it was a satisfactory condition.
It was close to the airport and was able to use it satisfactorily.

The front desk superviser (I think her name was Vee) and Alexis were wonderful, The blind date with a book was such a fun and awesome idea! The pool was beautiful, and the hotel itself had a lot of character. Great walking distance to Buckhead village, would definitely stay here again~

It was a very pleasant experience staying at Kimpton the Shane. Home keeping was done everyday. Nice toiletries were provided, replaced as requested/required. We were there to visit the city but it also could be a nice spot for staycation as they have a lot of options of room service along with a bar and restaurant attached!

The biggest problem is that the wooden base of the bed is very sharp, and there is a passage less than one meter away next to it, so it is easy to get hit on the legs. Our family of three was hit more than once. If someone is using the office chair next to it, you will probably get hit if you don't walk sideways. (As shown in the picture). The front desk was reluctant to serve us, and their expression was very reluctant. The water for the shower was not hot enough.

The room is quite good and new, and the location is good to walk to eat lobster rolls. The only bad point is that parking is very troublesome. The hotel does not have a parking lot. It can be valet parking, but because it is a traffic light on the street, it is easy to miss, or there are too many cars and there is no place to park, it will be very troublesome.

We chose this place for our anniversary and it was just perfect. Very clean and very comfortable. They surprised us for our anniversary.
