The room is very spacious, and the overall environment is excellent. The service attitude is superb, especially Front Desk Assistant Xiao Lin, who was very enthusiastic and kind. The only downsides are that the hotel is a bit old, and the facilities are a bit dated. The air conditioner in our room was leaking, but Xiao Lin was incredibly helpful and quickly arranged a room change. However, the new room was quite noisy due to its proximity to the road and ongoing subway construction. The room had large windows. The breakfast leaned towards Western style; it wouldn't be worth it if paid for separately, especially compared to the excellent dim sum (Cantonese morning tea) readily available throughout Guangzhou. The hotel's garden environment is lovely. I would stay here again.

I usually come here for work meetings, so it's always a rush. This time, I specifically brought my child on a Saturday for pure relaxation, focusing on a slow-paced, chill vacation. We happened to arrive during a typhoon, and the cool mountain breeze from Baiyun Mountain outside the window completely set the mood.

The hotel environment is serene and quiet, far from the hustle and bustle. The guest rooms are well-lit and spacious, making our stay exceptionally comfortable. I must especially commend all the staff for their gentle and heartwarming service:

During check-in, front desk staff Yao Sheng and Liu Zhaohan were patient and meticulous, communicating in a gentle and thoughtful manner. They even proactively offered us a free room upgrade, which was a huge surprise! Duty managers Xiao Wang and Liu Weilun, and front desk staff Xiao Wu, were hospitable throughout our stay, promptly responding to any requests. Their sincere and polite demeanor made us feel completely at home.

We spent the typhoon day relaxing and strolling around the hotel, clearing our minds. The mountain breeze was incredibly therapeutic. The room had excellent soundproofing, ensuring our rest was undisturbed. The comprehensive facilities, including the pool and sports venues, were perfect for a relaxing time with the kids.

I've always appreciated the hotel's hardware and location, but this leisure stay truly impressed me with its meticulous service. It's suitable for both business trips and family relaxation. It has now become our top choice for short family getaways, and we'll definitely be back!

I stayed here for a business trip, and the overall experience was excellent. The hotel environment is clean and tidy, and the room was spacious and bright. The bedding was comfortable, leading to a great night's sleep. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the staff were professional, efficient, and responsive. The surrounding transportation is convenient, making it easy to get around. The in-room Wi-Fi was stable, so my work wasn't interrupted. The hygiene details were well-maintained, and the value for money is considerable. I'll definitely prioritize booking this hotel again for future business trips. Highly recommended.

This is the second time I stayed at this hotel, stayed 7 nights this time. There was construction going on the whole time I was here. Overall stay was not bad. I often ordered food and coffee via *******. Sometimes my orders will be delivered to my room using a delivery robot. But other times my orders will sit near the front door. Not sure why.. The hotel also received taobao packages for me as long as I have checked in. They unfortunately will not accept packages before check in. My room this time was on the 19th floor, which is where the laundry room is. Staffs helped moving my laundry to the dryer then folded them, which is very nice.

The hotel is conveniently located right in the hot spring town. It has both above-ground and underground parking, but you have to go to the front desk to scan a QR code every time you leave, which I hope they improve. The room has a private hot tub, which is nice, and the room size is decent. There's an infinity pool on the rooftop, where the public hot springs are also located. The kids' club on the first floor has a ball pit, climbing wall, building block area, and sandpit. The hot spring town also boasts the most beautiful McDonald's, and there are many local farm restaurants nearby. It's a great place to go into the forest and breathe some fresh air!

Most hotels in Nansha District were over 1000 RMB during the May Day holiday, but this one was only 800+. I was pleasantly surprised by how good it was. The hotel service was excellent; knowing we had two children, they proactively offered complimentary breakfast for them. The breakfast selection was rich and varied, and the fresh squeezed juice was delicious. The service and cleanliness were impeccable. The heated pool was clean and comfortable, and the kids didn't want to leave. The nearby campsite was also a delightful surprise, with sand and a stream for the children to play in. The water activities were reasonably priced and fun. This hotel offers incredible value for money, and I would definitely come back. Although it's a bit out of the way, a 40 RMB taxi ride to a nearby mall is a small price to pay compared to the savings on the room rate.

Qiling Hotel: A Quiet Choice Next to Huayan Temple in Huadu

I originally planned to stay at Atour Hotel, but because it was far from Huayan Temple in Huadu, Guangzhou, I finally chose Qiling Hotel, which was only a few hundred meters away. This choice was undoubtedly a big surprise on this trip.

As soon as you step into Qiling Hotel, you can feel the high quality of its hardware facilities. The environment is quiet and elegant, and the lush lawn and atrium garden complement each other, making people feel like they are in a quiet oasis. The hotel service is also very warm. In the early morning, even the aunties who meet by chance will send warm greetings.

The room is equipped with facilities from well-known brands such as American Standard and Panasonic, and the details such as automatic flushing toilets and complimentary bottled water are all attentive. The corridor on the first floor near the highway is spacious and atmospheric, more than two meters wide, reaching the standard of a five-star hotel. Here, even if there are small needs such as insufficient hangers, the waiter will respond quickly with a phone call, and the thoughtful service can be said to be responsive.

The breakfast experience is also wonderful. The mung bean soup porridge is sweet and delicious. The rich dishes make people's appetite increase greatly. The overall cost performance is very high. The hotel's parking is very convenient. The parking lot can directly reach the lobby door, which is very convenient for getting on and off the car or carrying luggage. The landscape design at the lobby door is ingenious. Whether it is a dazzling night view or a bright day, you can take satisfactory photos.

The bedding in the guest room is well selected, ironed flat, clean and tidy. The bathroom has sufficient hot water supply, strong water flow, and high-quality toiletries. The interior decoration of the hotel is also quite distinctive. The corridor on the first floor displays many GAC models, highlighting its origin with GAC Group.

It is worth mentioning that the guests during the stay were very quiet, allowing me to enjoy a quiet rest time. This trip to Qiling Hotel not only allowed me to get a full rest in a comfortable environment, but also felt the hotel's care and quality in the details. If I have the opportunity to come to Huadu again in the future, Qiling Hotel will definitely be my only choice.

This hotel has great surroundings and facilities, but it's let down by the details, and the management is consistently disappointing. I booked a room with a private hot tub specifically for a relaxing hot spring trip. On the first night, the hot spring water wasn't hot enough (staying below 34°C). I called the front desk, and they sent an engineer to fix it (which took an hour). By then, it was quite late, so I didn't get to soak for long. I thought it would be fine the next morning, and I could have a good soak after breakfast, but to my surprise, even after running the hot water for half an hour, it still hadn't reached 30°C. So, I called the front desk twice more to report the issue (it's worth noting that the phone in the room was completely useless, so I had to use my own cell phone for all communications). And guess what? The engineer didn't arrive for another hour, by which point I had completely lost interest. This has been the worst hotel experience I've had in all my years of using Trip.com.

This hotel should be the best hotel in Yingde. It is opposite the Yinghong Government and the Public Security Bureau (Figure 1) and is more than ten kilometers away from the city center. Because it is located in an industrial park, there are no commercial and entertainment facilities around, and most meals are eaten at nearby farmhouses (the large canteen in the Hongqi Tea Factory one kilometer away is not bad). The hot spring pool on the second floor is as shown in the second picture. It is this big. In Figure 3, there is a camping and barbecue site between the two floors. There is a karaoke room on the second floor with various set meals. There is a Meiyajia in the park. The service staff are warm and polite, greet us constantly when we meet them, and respond quickly to problems. The room is big enough, the lighting is bright, and the 1.35-meter bed is suitable for parent-child travel. Things to be improved: 1. Although there are many choices of breakfast food, such as chicken chops, pork chops, porridge, noodles, bread, whole grains, etc., the preparation time may be long and many of them are cold, which greatly affects the appetite and is very unpalatable. The coffee is instant and the yogurt is in bulk...2. I've been staying in hotels for 30 years and this is the first time I've encountered a clogged toilet 🚽, speechless. 3. Watching TV requires a lot of intelligence, and in the end I had to ask the staff for help.
