The hotel's location is absolutely superb, right in the heart of Central. Below, you'll find Landmark, offering a plethora of restaurants and shopping options. The hotel itself boasts several Michelin-starred restaurants. The service is, frankly, flawless and incredibly thoughtful; they deliver desserts and fruit daily. Breakfast is also incredibly delicious 😋, especially the coffee which is made with a very professional pour-over kettle. The Japanese breakfast is also fantastic. I truly love this hotel!

The hotel's overall decor exudes luxury and grandeur, with a spacious and elegant lobby, and tasteful furnishings. The staff are polite and attentive, with impeccable guest etiquette, creating a truly atmospheric stay. Unfortunately, the hotel's hardware facilities show clear signs of aging. The room interiors and appliances bear the marks of time, and the bathroom fixtures feel quite dated, with noticeable wear and tear in some areas. This significantly detracts from the comfort of the stay, creating a stark contrast between its high-end positioning and the outdated facilities. The location is convenient for travel, and the service quality remains excellent. If the interior equipment were renovated and upgraded, the overall experience would be much improved.

I specifically came to the Mandarin Oriental Wangfujing for a little healing getaway and to finally cross it off my bucket list—after all, it's been saved on my wishlist for five years. At this price point, MO really speaks for itself: seamless service procedures and a genuinely warm, effortless hospitality.

I’d like to give a few specific shout-outs:
At breakfast, I always prefer my Americano piping hot. Instead of lecturing me about how super-hot coffee ruins the flavor, the staff simply delivered it exactly as requested. It would have been even better if the cup had been pre-warmed! Also, to the lovely young lady who took my order (forgive me for not catching your name): you are so approachable and warm, please be more confident in yourself!

I highly recommend booking an evening spa treatment during your stay; heading straight back to your room to sleep afterward is the ultimate recharge for both body and soul. Special thanks to therapist Minnie and spa receptionist Lawerence for their exceptional service. Even though I purchased my spa voucher via their official WeChat mini-program, they treated me with the utmost care and professionalism.

To the front desk team and the duty manager—forgive me once again for forgetting your names—since we interacted the most, I truly appreciated how prompt and thoughtful your responses were. It completely avoided the common issue with domestic ”butler services” where style often trumps substance. A chat group was set up even before my arrival, and whether it was via text, phone, or in person, all my requests and questions, big or small, were handled promptly. Traveling solo, feeling so well cared for and pampered truly touched my heart.

Please pass along my gratitude to all the team members, whether I remembered their names or not. Thank you all for making my National Day holiday truly complete.

The Mandarin Oriental Qianmen, Beijing, is nestled within the historic Qianmen Caocao Hutong district. It has been meticulously restored and transformed from old courtyards, with some courtyards being former residences of historical figures, seamlessly blending the rich heritage of Old Beijing's hutongs with a luxurious accommodation experience. Its location is superb, within walking distance of Qianmen Street and Tiananmen Square. Guests can enjoy the tranquility of a private courtyard amidst the bustling city, and the independent courtyard-style rooms offer excellent privacy.

The hotel provides a dedicated butler team, and their service strikes the perfect balance. During my stay, I was initially dissatisfied with my room type. After providing feedback, the hotel responded very promptly and efficiently arranged a room change for me. As a Trip.com Black Diamond member, I also received an exclusive customized chocolate dessert prepared by the hotel, adding a lovely touch of ceremony.

The dining options are extensive, including a Michelin-standard Cantonese Chinese restaurant, a hutong bar, and courtyard afternoon tea. Guests can also participate in local cultural experiences such as hutong walks and Chinese tea ceremonies. The guest rooms retain the original architectural layout while being fully equipped with high-end modern amenities. Staying here is not just about simple accommodation; it's an immersive experience of the old city's vibrant life, making it highly recommended for those who appreciate history and culture.

Facilities: The facilities are very new, comprehensive, and high-end.
Hygiene: Very clean and tidy.
Environment: Both the environment and hygiene are excellent.
Service: The service attitude is very good, and the staff are all very polite.

The hotel's location is also superb. The metro station, which is Dubai Mall Station, is right downstairs. You can walk from the metro station directly to the mall and the Burj Khalifa. You can also watch the sunset from the 11th floor of the hotel. Plus, our first stay included breakfast and a complimentary dinner.

The hotel is located in a remote area, but it's right by the sea. It has a private beach and several swimming pools, and the environment is very clean. You can order a quarter of a watermelon to eat by the beach or poolside; the watermelon is incredibly sweet. The breakfast was quite good, and the rooftop restaurant has sea views, but the food is a bit salty. The front desk staff were very helpful.
