Got a complimentary upgrade to a newly renovated room, which was fantastic. The location is excellent, making it super convenient for getting around and dining. It's been years since I've been to Hong Kong, and it brought back so many memories! I was lucky enough to catch the Leslie Cheung memorial exhibition, which was just a few minutes' walk away. I'd definitely stay at the Grand Hyatt again on my next trip.

The hotel's decor is a bit dated, but the cleanliness was quite good. They also offer a free shuttle bus service to Langham Place (Mong Kok area). My only complaint is that there was no hot water for showering – seriously, no hot water! The water pressure was very weak, and the temperature barely reached 40 degrees Celsius. It was only slightly warm if you stood right under the showerhead, but more than 5 centimeters away and it was cold. It's been rainy and chilly these past few days, so coming back from sightseeing to shower with such a weak stream of lukewarm water was unbearable. I reported it to the hotel, and they said it was due to many people using the water, causing the temperature to drop. However, I tried showering during off-peak hours, and it was still not hot enough. The hotel also doesn't provide toiletries or drinking water.

I stayed at the Metropark Hotel Kowloon when I visited Hong Kong in June, and found the shuttle service a bit inconvenient for getting around. This time, I wanted something closer to the MTR, so I chose the Metropark Hotel Mongkok and I highly recommend it. While the lobby isn't grand, the service was excellent, breakfast was good, and the room was clean. The main highlight is how incredibly convenient it is for dining, shopping, and buying things. Definitely recommended.

On a business trip to Shenzhen, I chose the Metropark Hotel, and my overall experience exceeded expectations. The hotel is located in the heart of Luohu, offering convenient transportation and easy access to the border crossing and airport. The rooms are spacious, with a functional desk perfect for work, and the cleanliness is well-maintained. The front desk staff are responsive and professional, and the facilities are comprehensive. With a wide variety of dining options nearby, it’s a hassle-free base for business travelers and a reliable choice for corporate trips.

Had a wonderful three-day stay here. The hygiene and service were excellent. I can't quite recall the names of the friendly young man at the front desk and the girl who drove me (apologies for that!), but the breakfast and ice cream were delicious. The hotel is right on the beach 🏖️, and the swimming pool inside the hotel is so relaxing.

Traveling with a baby is the most afraid of living, this hotel makes our whole family very satisfied! The room is spacious and clean, the floor height is super high, the front desk Xiao Huang Xiaohe is very friendly to the children, and the floor attendant is also very patient. The child does not want to go, you can also choose snacks and drinks when you check in. After you have finished the process, you can already see the drinks and snacks that are arranged well. The fatigue of the journey is swept away! 🍹 Really will be moved by this just right intimate. At this price, you can enjoy such a service, the price is full, the sincerity is full, and the five-star recommendation! The old mother can finally rest at ease. Parent-child travel is highly recommended!
