I frequently visit Changsha for business, but this was my first time staying in the Desiqin area.

First off, the hotel is situated in quite a bustling neighborhood. There are restaurants immediately to your left as you step out, and a lively night market street directly in front, making the evenings very vibrant.

While the hotel lobby had a rather grand feel to it, I found it inconvenient that after check-in, there was quite a long walk to reach the elevators. Furthermore, the elevators themselves were incredibly slow, making the wait unbearable – a problem I've never encountered at any other hotel and which I found completely unacceptable.

Secondly, upon entering my room, I noticed a significant amount of standing water outside the bathroom. Thirdly, there was no hot water available for showering after 11 PM.

I was very satisfied with my stay in this hotel for one night. It was very nice. The decoration and design of the hotel room are high-grade. The floor is relatively high. There are floor-to-ceiling windows. You can see the nearby night view. The facilities in the room are well-equipped and can be controlled intelligently. It is very practical and the location It's also very good. It's right next to the subway station. It's very convenient to travel. Molly's service is also very friendly. I will choose this hotel again when I go to Changsha in the future!

Facilities: The hotel is well-equipped, including smart Xiaodu audio and video controls and smart toilets. The facilities are complete, clean, and tidy.

Environment: Good.

Service: Lisa and Xiaoli at the front desk were warm and attentive. The hotel also offers a shuttle service from the South High-Speed ​​Railway Station, which is excellent. There's a laundry room and gym on the 17th floor, and the service was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Basically, I choose Wyndham every time I go on a business trip. The surrounding facilities are indeed mature, with rich dining options and convenient shopping! In addition, the room temperature is moderate and the facilities are relatively easy to use! I am especially grateful for the support of the beautiful Lena during this stay! Thumbs up for her meticulousness and patience👍

The bed is big, quiet, and the hotel facilities and services are good. The environment is also beautiful. It is suitable for families and the price is reasonable. It is also close to Guandu Ancient Town, so you can go there to stroll at night.

Close to the subway, the room has a sofa, coffee table and clothes hanger, it is very clean, no odor, the bathroom also has a warm air, so you don't have to worry about catching a cold when taking a shower in winter ~ I like the hotel's disposable slippers ~ I also got free fruit when I came here for the first time
