The room was spotless, and they offered a complimentary pick-up/drop-off service in a new, clean business van. The service was exceptional, and there was even a robot delivering meals! The room itself was fully automated. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive; they helped us charge our devices, stored our luggage, and even gave us two complimentary drinks.

The hotel has a fantastic lakeside setting. The amenities provided are also of good quality, and the security facilities are quite decent. There's also parking available, which is very convenient. The scenery is absolutely stunning, and it's wonderfully quiet.

Seriously exceeded my expectations! The room was clean with no strange odors, and both the natural light and soundproofing were excellent, ensuring a really solid night's sleep. The facilities were complete and the staff were all gentle and polite; they really paid attention to the details, which made it feel very welcoming. Getting around was super convenient, with Metro Line 6 right outside – easy access to the airport and tourist spots. Plus, the breakfast even had handmade wontons that tasted amazing! Fantastic value for money, highly recommend!

A very nice hotel, right next to Xingcheng Tiandi. It's about a 500-meter walk, offering a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle. The rooms are a bit noisy, but it didn't affect my sleep!

Luggage delivery (high-speed train station, airport): This service is excellent. You just scan a QR code to place an order, and your luggage is delivered right to you at the train station! A very convenient and hassle-free service.

The room size was just right, and the bathroom facilities were complete. Some rooms even have bathtubs. Food deliveries were brought up by a robot sometimes, and other times by staff directly.

I always stay at this hotel when I'm here on business trips; both the interior and the outdoor scenery are exceptional. The building opposite seems to hang in mid-air, sparkling in the sunlight.

Lora at the front desk is very patient and has a pleasant voice.

It’s was a rocky stay ! The rooms were alright the service ****** !  From me getting ice a worker asked me to not get so much ! I thought I’ve was free then I was banned from here because my niece left  a sheet outside on the ground ! So the decided we can purchase a stay ! I left  disgruntled I won’t go back

Overall great stay. Wish I had known there was no fridge or microwave in the room I would've paid the extra for the rooms with them. Halls smelled like smoke although non smoking hotel. Windows open which I'd a plus. But beds are not queen size like advertised definitely full.

Room was spacious & well furnished, with great view, lots of table & counter spaces, a most comfortable bed, plus a highly appreciated sofa by the window. But towels were old rough & thin, and strong constant smell of cigarettes from other rooms. Great location, though it’s not central, hotel is surrounded by parks, ten minutes walk to Guandu old town. One of the staff was exemplary, a tall woman who was always cheery & helpful, but front desk staff were unfriendly. My main disappointment was with breakfast, few selections and food were mostly cold & dry.

The hotel's location is excellent, with plenty of attractions nearby, making it very convenient for getting around. Plus, there's parking available. The most important thing is the beautiful and clean environment. You don't need to worry about hygiene issues.
