The room itself was alright, but when I arrived, the bed sheets were covered in hair. I had to ask the staff to change the linens, which was a very unpleasant experience. I was in a rush the rest of the time, but the location is good. There's a washing machine downstairs, which costs 25 RMB for a 2-hour wash and dry cycle. The breakfast was decent, better than the one at the Asakusa Onsen Hotel, with more variety.

The hotel is very close to Gotanda Station, about a 5-minute walk from the station to the hotel. Although it's close to Haneda Airport, you have to transfer, which I imagine would be quite tiring if you're carrying luggage. For shopping and dining, the Yamanote Line is very convenient. You could also take a taxi to the airport, it's not too expensive.

Across the street from the hotel is ***, which I stumbled upon on my way to Don Quijote. There are plenty of places to eat nearby; you don't need to specifically seek them out. I didn't book the hotel breakfast because I heard it was just so-so, so I went to a nearby Saison bakery instead, which was pretty good.

However, the sealant around the bathroom sink was almost completely peeled off, and it seems the hotel doesn't check these things before guests check in. Also, the ventilation fan was weak, leaving a lot of steam after a shower, so I went to the large public bath on the top floor the next day. I requested a room away from the station, which I think I got, but I could still hear noise. It seems sleeping in a room on the station side at night would be impossible. The soundproofing isn't great either; I could clearly hear conversations from outside.

The room rate was very appealing. But I wouldn't recommend it; I still prefer Hamamatsucho!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, with easy access to the train station, restaurants, and convenience stores, making it very convenient for sightseeing.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the hotel had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.
Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again on our next trip to Japan. Highly recommended!

Facilities: The facilities are quite comprehensive, with a laundry room, public bath, and vending machines.
Cleanliness: The hygiene conditions are also quite good; it's very clean.
Environment: It's very close to both the Tokyo Metropolitan Gymnasium and the Japan National Stadium, within walking distance. There's also a lot of greenery around, which is refreshing. In terms of transportation, several stations are within a 10-minute walk.
Service: The service is also very thoughtful. You can store your luggage before check-in and after check-out, and you can even request a key card as a souvenir.

I stayed for three nights and I think it was pretty good. It's a bit of a walk from Shimbashi Station, and the first night it was pouring rain, so it was a bit messy, but I finally made it to the hotel (they offer free umbrella rentals). The room was very clean, and I really liked that the shower and bathtub were separate. It's very close to Ginza, less than a 10-minute walk to the main street. I'd definitely consider staying here again if I have the chance.

The hotel's location is great, and other reviews have already covered it in detail. From Haneda Airport, you can take the subway directly to the hotel's nearest exit, Higashi-Ginza A1 on the Keikyu Line, which has a vertical elevator. Getting back to Haneda Airport was a bit roundabout; you need to go to platform 1 to catch the train, and it takes about thirty-something minutes to reach the airport. My husband and I were traveling with our thirteen-year-old child, and the hotel wouldn't allow us to stay in a double room; we had to book an additional room, which led to extra expenses. For the last two days, we switched to a triple room and paid the difference at the front desk. The hotel's cleanliness was acceptable. I suspect the previous occupants of our room might have been *foreigners from a specific country, as there was an unremovable body odor that made me dizzy. Due to the language barrier, I couldn't communicate this, so we just put up with it. I didn't encounter any Chinese-speaking staff at the front desk, so I don't know if they have any, even though there were indeed many Chinese guests. Breakfast was semi-buffet style, with six main options and other self-serve items. The choices were almost identical for all three mornings, and I really couldn't find anything to my taste. I regretted booking the hotel breakfast; it would have been more delicious and cost-effective to eat at a nearby cafe. This was not a good experience, so whether I'll stay here again in the future is up to fate.

The hotel is located in a relatively quiet area, about a five to six-minute walk from the subway. The room is a bit small (Japanese rooms are generally small, and this one is actually on the larger side), but thankfully it's clean and quiet. What's really nice is that the hotel has a communal bath that's open all night. After a day of walking around Tokyo, a good soak really helps with the fatigue – a huge plus! This bathing facility alone makes me want to choose this hotel again if I ever return to Tokyo.

Excellent hotel! It's right on the Ginza Line, and Mitsukoshimae Station is conveniently located in the hotel's B1, which is super handy. The hotel provides two sets of skincare products daily, with additional amenities available for self-service on the 9th floor.

Right across the street is the Nihonbashi Muromachi business district, home to Muji, Tsutaya Electrics, and many Japanese restaurants. Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi Main Store is just a 15-minute walk away, and Takashimaya Nihonbashi Store is a bit further down. All in all, it's incredibly convenient.

The hotel's location is super convenient for getting around, with commercial areas both in front and behind. It's close to Azabu, Roppongi Hills, and shopping centers like Midtown, offering an excellent environment for travelers seeking mid-to-high-end dining. You'll find plenty of dining options on both sides of the street to cover all your meals. Plus, there are several restaurants popular with Chinese travelers within 500 meters, and a few Chinese restaurants reachable via navigation apps.

Due to a typhoon, I had an unexpected layover in Japan and booked this hotel on the same day. It was incredibly convenient and a great value, with a dedicated shuttle bus to Haneda Airport that only took 40 minutes.
The hotel also has a penthouse bar on the top floor which was fantastic, offering breathtaking views of Tokyo Bay at night.
The only downside is that the rooms are a bit dated, showing their age, but they were very clean. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit.

Whenever I visit Japan, I always book with either the Daiwa or Mitsui hotel groups. They consistently deliver on hygiene, ambiance, and convenient locations.

This particular hotel is near Shijo Karasuma, with bus stops right outside, making it easy to get to all the attractions. Plus, there's a beloved cafe nearby. The room wasn't cramped, and the cleanliness was impeccable. There are plenty of restaurants in the area, and best of all, there's a Life supermarket, which was incredibly convenient for picking up food.

I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, conveniently situated near five subway stations and multiple bus stops, making it easy to access all major Kyoto attractions. Within a few minutes' walk, you'll find convenience stores, restaurants, and duty-free shops, perfect for shopping and dining. The overall area is quiet, ideal for travelers needing rest. The rooms are relatively spacious, especially for a Japanese hotel, easily accommodating two large suitcases. The room design is meticulous, modern, clean, and tidy. Some rooms even offer complimentary drink vouchers, enhancing the overall stay experience.

The location is excellent, just a three-minute walk from the metro station. The rooms are spacious, and the bathroom has a separate shower and toilet. Right across from the hotel is the Culture Museum, which is housed in a beautiful old building itself. Downstairs, there are bars and restaurants with good food. Shin-Puh-Kan Hall and BAL are also within walking distance.

The location is ideal, easy access to all transportation. The staff there are very helpful. Our rooms are very cozy and quiet.

The only problem I had was the laundry room. The machine was small and less powerful. I spent hours trying to get a load of laundry done.

The hotel is a bit away from the bustling commercial areas, offering a tranquil escape. The decor is elegant, and the room layout is well-designed with spacious interiors.

**Service:** The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

**Amenities:** The facilities are comprehensive, and the breakfast was excellent. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Highly recommend this place; I've stayed here every time I've visited Kyoto. The Japanese-style room decor is beautiful and the size is just right. Most importantly, the location is excellent and super convenient. My first time in Kyoto, I stayed at Celestine and found dining in Gion to be quite inconvenient. This hotel is much better. The only downside is the lack of a laundry room. Since I stayed for over 10 days this time, I had to find a laundromat outside, which was a bit of a hassle.

After extensive research on various social media and travel apps, I chose this hotel, and my experience far exceeded expectations – it was truly worth it. The airport/station transfer was convenient, and the front desk staff provided excellent service, making me feel right at home. The room was spacious, and all amenities were exceptionally complete. The hotel's location is also superb; it's quiet at night, and various attractions are within walking distance, just across the street from the luxurious Capella. The public bath was a delightful surprise, much cleaner and more professional than many hot spring resorts in China. A soak before bed truly helped me recover and recharge. Regarding some reviews mentioning preferential treatment towards white guests and ***, I didn't experience any of that, except for one odd instance during breakfast where my half-eaten meal was cleared away prematurely. The breakfast selection was incredibly diverse and plentiful. Overall, a fantastic and worthwhile stay!

Mitsui Garden Hotel is excellently located between Tenjin and Nakasu. It's within walking distance of major shopping districts, and there's a subway and bus stop right outside, making it super convenient for getting to the airport or other attractions.

Facilities: The hotel has a great public bath, which is perfect for relaxing after a day of shopping.

Cleanliness: Spotless. You can pick up toiletries in the lobby.

Service: The staff are all very friendly and helpful, and luggage storage is also very convenient.

This is my second visit to Fukuoka this year, and my second stay at your hotel. This time, I noticed an additional option (Chinese self-service), which is great. However, my only minor concern is why the disposable slippers in the room have been replaced with reusable ones. Anyone can wear them, and I feel this is unhygienic and could easily spread foot diseases. Is it possible to revert to the previous disposable ones? My solution: I proactively asked the front desk for disposable slippers.
