The location is fantastic!

The only downsides were that the public bath was crowded and there was no bottled water in the room, requiring us to go to the water dispenser outside.

The room was spacious and very comfortable.

First-class service, making you feel at home everywhere. From 19:00 to 22:00, in the comfortable environment on the second floor, you can enjoy snacks, drinks and cocktails. The breakfast is quite exquisite, and the tableware and furnishings are very exquisite. There are Western and Japanese options. People can't help but be in France, looking out the window elegantly and enjoying delicious meals

This is my second visit, and I'm still satisfied.
Except for the convenience store being very far away and the dinner reservations being fully booked...
I had a quick dinner beforehand, so there were no issues. There was beer in the vending machine, though.
I think it's a great choice for a theme park visit. I highly recommend it.

The hotel suite is 100m2 and is huge . Our suite was with 3 futons, perfect for 3 gentlemen.  The huge bathroom was well supplied with the nicest cosmetic amenities and fluffy towels. 
Everything in the refrigerator was free, even wines. However we did not consume any. The Club lounge on the fifth floor was already well supplied with all kinds of snacks, beverages and wines, open from morning to late night. 
We had a Japanese breakfast on day and a western breakfast on the second day. Both were excellent.

We stayed with a total of 4 people with 3 adult friends and 1 4 year old child. The pool was available until 18:00 on the same day and 10:00 the next day 〜 14:00 at an additional fee, and there was a jet relaxing corner in the indoor heated pool and it was quite refreshing.
The hot springs after that were free and fun.

This is my second time staying here, and I can't believe I got two nights for the price of an Atour hotel! The exchange rate really worked in my favor. It's the second closest hotel to Universal Studios, right after the official Universal Hotel itself. The room is perfectly adequate, and it's so nice to be able to come back and rest at the hotel after a long day of playing. Plus, you can eat outside the park – the food inside is expensive and not very good.

This hotel is super convenient! It's just across the street, a mere few dozen meters from the east exit of JR Tennoji Station. Tennoji is a major transportation hub, so getting to the airport is a breeze, taking only 40 minutes directly. The hotel is right in the Tennoji commercial district, making shopping, dining, and sightseeing incredibly easy. Kintetsu Department Store is just a stone's throw away, with a fantastic food street and supermarket on its two basement floors. Even Shitennoji Temple isn't far, easily walkable.

While the rooms are a bit older and basic, they're perfectly functional, making it an excellent choice for a transit stay. I was given a high-floor room away from the train tracks, which was wonderfully quiet at night – very satisfied with that! When checking in, I noticed a male manager at the front desk using a Chinese voice translation service to assist a Chinese guest with a language barrier, which was a nice touch. (A small note: the hotel doesn't provide shower caps.)

The room was clean and tidy. There's a McDonald's and a City Super nearby, which is really convenient.
I especially loved the free coffee bar on the second floor, and the front desk service was excellent. The bathroom was also spacious with a separate wet and dry area. I'll definitely stay here again.

If you're traveling with kids to Kyoto and Nara, this hotel is hands down the best choice! 
1. It's directly opposite Kyoto Station, making transportation to all surrounding areas super convenient. You can walk to the train or JR station, and there's an indoor walkway right across the street from the hotel, so you won't get hot or sunburnt.
2. There are tons of dining options nearby, so you don't even need to venture out to areas like Shijo. There are also a few shopping malls.
3. Make sure to book the newly renovated room type. They are fresh and clean, and the rooms are spacious – essential when traveling with children.
4. We booked a twin room and stayed with our 8-year-old child; the hotel confirmed there was no extra charge.
5. Do note that check-out is at 11 AM. We didn't realize and left at 12 PM, which incurred a 2,000 yen charge. Just be mindful of the time!

I've stayed at this hotel twice now, and its location right inside Kyoto Station is incredibly convenient. You don't really hear any train noise either, which is great. The rooms and overall environment are excellent. My only minor complaint is that the front desk staff seemed a bit perfunctory.
