The hotel location is the best, only four minutes walk to the Tokyo station. The room size (17-sqm) is small which is pretty standard of Japanese hotel and good enough to sleep at night. From 11:00-22:00, there are free drinks, including water, soda, tea and coffee at the lobby which is very refreshing after a long day outside. 

There are also free amenities available for you to pick up at the check-in counter as well, such as facia mask, lotion, food pad, etc. The hotel staff can speak English very well and friendly. I will consider coming back here for my next trip.

It takes about an hour to get here from Haneda Terminal 3 by subway. The hotel is very close to the subway exit, right opposite Exit 5 of Hanzomon Station on the Hanzomon Line. There are two convenience stores within a hundred meters. The lobby offers self-service amenities, though the selection is a bit limited. The 15-square-meter room is just big enough to open a suitcase. The toothbrush was quite good, not too hard. However, the showerhead can't be adjusted, which made showering quite awkward and uncomfortable.

I’ve passed by this hotel before and finally decided to stay here. The best thing about it is definitely the location, right in the bustling Ginza district, super close to the lively main street.

The hotel lobby is quite small. Check-in isn't until 3 PM, so early arrivals ended up storing their luggage in the lobby, which made it feel really cramped. When 3 PM rolled around, everyone came to retrieve their bags, and there was a bit of a queue.

The room wasn't huge, but the layout was decent, and the bathroom was quite spacious. However, the air conditioning in the room was old and couldn't be adjusted for hot or cold settings. For the first two days, it was set to heating, and I was melting! The room temperature was at least 30 degrees Celsius, and it was incredibly dry. It felt so hot and dry that it was almost suffocating. Thankfully, the Trip.com customer service was very helpful. After I reported the issue, they quickly contacted the hotel, and the room was automatically switched to cooling mode, which made a huge difference. The dryness, however, remained. There was a window in the room, but it seems windows in Japanese hotels generally don't open.

The hotel room itself was pretty quiet; I couldn't hear any street noise. But in the mornings, when housekeeping was cleaning, there was a bit of a noisy banging. I think the beds are on wheeled frames and easily moved, so the banging and moving sounds during cleaning were quite loud.

Some of the furniture in the room was a bit old. The handles on some cabinet doors were loose, and the mini-fridge didn't cool very well. Otherwise, everything else was pretty good.

Upon check-in, I also received some complimentary face masks, which came in handy given how dry the room was.

Not the right pick for families with small children.
We spent one night here for our last day in Japan, because the location in perfect of you have to get the Narita Express, and because the hotel has a restaurant inside (very good for our baby boy, so in our plan we could have an early dinner inside).  
We arrived, we checked in and we asked for the restaurant menu. They said the restaurant is open to children from 7 years old (basically is an adults only restaurant). We were very disappointed even because there was no indication of that anywhere.
In the meanwhile they gave us the room, we asked for a changing room for the diaper change, the receptionist indicated me a toilet. Surprise? There was no place to change the baby. 
I returned to the reception and kindly informed the staff that it was absolutely ok for me to change the baby there, so they gave us the room, before than we expected. 
The room has lots of amenities, but it is terribly small. We had to leave the stroller out of our room. Important note: there is a window, but you can’t open it. 
What about the breakfast... Extremely minimal, no choice,nothing healthy for children (fresh fruits, fresh yogurt). 

It is not the right choice with family.

This is my second time staying here, and the staff are just as warm and welcoming as before. They're happy to help with luggage storage, and the welcome drink is always a lovely touch! The room itself isn't huge, but it's spotless and tidy, and there's enough space to open up a suitcase. The location is super convenient for transport; it's a short walk to the metro station, not too far at all.

The room isn't huge, but it's perfectly sufficient for one person. It's located right above Namba Station on a high floor, offering amazing panoramic views of the entire Namba area. Since it's the off-season, the hotel was also very affordable.

The hotel's location is truly excellent. We chose this hotel after traveling from Kyoto to Osaka. After getting off at Osaka Station, simply follow the signs for Kitashinchi and walk in that direction. As you approach the end of the passage, you'll eventually spot Exit 43. Take the elevator up, and you'll see a drugstore. The hotel's front desk is on the 2nd floor, accessible via the alleyway to the right of the drugstore.

The hotel offers amenities like ice, coffee, a microwave, and a lounge area. They also provide a generous supply of disposable toiletries. It's conveniently located within walking distance of shopping areas. Taking the underground passage is cool and only takes about 5 minutes. Walking above ground might actually be quicker, though it can get a bit hot.

For directions to the Kansai Airport Limousine Bus: Exit the hotel, turn left onto the main road, and walk for two blocks. Then, cross the road and continue straight. After you see the Daimaru department store, turn left again. This will lead you to the bus stop for Kansai Airport. The ticket costs 1800 JPY. The location I mentioned is the initial boarding point for the bus.

When we first arrived, we went through the wrong entrance, and the front desk staff came down to meet us. The location is excellent; you just cross a pedestrian bridge outside and you're at the subway station. The service was fantastic. We were even more pleasantly surprised when we entered the room—it's definitely a very spacious room for Japan. We had no problem opening all three of our suitcases. The room facilities are very comprehensive. Every day, housekeeping cleaned the room thoroughly and replenished everything. We will definitely stay at this hotel again next time we visit Osaka.

I stayed at this hotel in Osaka, and my overall experience would be an 8.5 out of 10. It's especially perfect for those who want convenient dining and shopping, and who prioritize good transportation!

First off, the location is absolutely incredible! It's only a 5-10 minute walk from JR Osaka Station, and even closer to Nishiumeda Subway Station. Whether you're heading to Shinsaibashi for some shopping or to Umeda Sky Building for night views, it's easily manageable with a walk plus a short subway ride. Downstairs, there are convenience stores, plenty of izakayas, and restaurants, so after a long day of exploring, you don't have to go far to find food – a lazy person's dream!

The hotel's style is quite unique, with an European retro vibe. The lobby is on the 8th floor (the ground floor is a parking lot, so don't get lost on your first visit!). The chandeliers and wooden decor look very tasteful, giving you the illusion of staying in an old European castle – great for photos. While the rooms aren't huge, that's pretty standard for city hotels in Japan. The major plus is how incredibly clean they are; the bed was neatly made every day when I returned. Toiletries and free Wi-Fi are all provided, and the bedding is super soft – so comfortable to lie on after a tiring day.

The service was also impeccable. The front desk staff were incredibly polite and patient, answering all my questions about routes and nearby restaurants. Even if their English wasn't perfect, we could communicate slowly. Check-in and check-out were quick, no long waits.

However, I do need to be honest about the downsides: some rooms are close to the train tracks, so you can hear the train at night. If you're sensitive to noise, I recommend requesting a higher floor or a room away from the tracks in advance, and bringing earplugs just in case. Also, the decor is a bit dated, so some facilities look a little old. And there's no self-service laundry room; if you're staying for several days and need to do laundry, you'll have to ask the front desk for recommendations for nearby laundromats.

Overall, the value for money is definitely there. It's conveniently located, clean, and comfortable. The minor drawbacks don't really detract from the overall experience. I would choose this hotel again next time I'm in Osaka!

The room was spacious, but I really disliked the empty, dark, and oppressive decor. While there was plenty of space, all the furniture, including the flooring, felt very basic. There was a lot of room on either side of the bed, yet no bedside tables were provided, making it seem like the furniture wasn't placed to complement the space. The same issue applied to the hot spring changing room, where the lockers were crammed into one corner, making it feel very cramped. Breakfast seemingly had a good variety, but all the dishes were nearly empty. I'm not sure if I arrived at the wrong time, but there was still an hour left until closing. On a positive note, the bedding was very comfortable, and I particularly liked the hotel's pillows – I found them really cozy. Free coffee was also available in the lobby.

Hotels in Fukuoka are generally quite expensive, so I spent a long time searching before finding this one that was both affordable and conveniently located! It's just a 260-meter walk from Watanabe-dori Station, which is super convenient!
The room was also very spacious, with plenty of room to open up two large suitcases.
This is also one of the few hotels that provides bottled mineral water; many others only offer tap water for drinking.
Plus, the hotel lobby offers 24-hour free hot water and coffee☕, which is a really nice touch.
Oh, and their exfoliating towels are excellent – very thick and good quality, super effective!😜ོ

Extremely satisfied with this stay! 👍 I've stayed at this hotel's Ginza location in Tokyo before, and this was my first time at the Fukuoka Tenjin hotel. The room was cozy, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious! The bathtub 🛁 was large enough for a relaxing soak. Downstairs there's a 24-hour sushi restaurant, and a 7-Eleven right in the building – so convenient! I'll definitely be back to stay again! Highly recommend!
