Overall, it was pretty good, offering good value for money. The room was spacious, and although breakfast was simple, the hot dry noodles were quite flavorful. The hotel is close to the river and Yellow Crane Tower, so you can enjoy the night view of the tower during an evening stroll. However, the male staff member who answered the phone at the front desk had a very arrogant and condescending tone. While he was quick to resolve issues, it was an unpleasant experience to listen to him. I'm not sure if he's an intern or new staff, but as a young person, I'm not sure how to accurately rate him. Untrained staff can be a company's biggest cost. I hope things improve.

I love New Binkai Shangju Hotel Caidian Changfu Industrial Park! As a four-star hotel, you can feel the high-quality service from the moment you enter the door. It is close to Jiuzhen Mountain, Huabohui and other attractions, so you don't have to worry about traveling. The gym is fully equipped to meet different exercise needs, and the laundry room is clean and tidy. The breakfast is rich and varied, and you can choose all kinds of food, which is great! When dining in the restaurant, the chef also specially made hot dry noodles and beef noodles for me, super intimate! I have to say that the Caidian Changfu Industrial Park store of New Binkai Shangju Hotel is so excellent! The four-star strength, environment and service are impeccable. Surrounded by attractions such as Jiuzhen Mountain and Huabohui, there are many choices for playing. The hotel's gym is spacious and bright, with plenty of equipment and a laundry room. The breakfast is rich and delicious, including a variety of local specialties, which is endless. I need to print documents temporarily, the hotel staff will help quickly, and the free efficiency is super high.

The hotel is in a quiet location with a large parking lot. It is 10 kilometers away from the Yellow Crane Tower by taxi. During the Chinese New Year, there are people everywhere. Fortunately, the hotel is relatively quiet. The breakfast is also good. You can see the lighted TV tower from the room. There is a large lake opposite. The cleaning auntie is particularly good.

1. The room is clean and tidy, the facilities are complete and easy to use, the service is warm and intimate, the location is convenient, the price is super high, come back next time!

2. The bedding is soft and comfortable, the sound insulation effect is good, the breakfast is rich and delicious, the staff is friendly, and the stay experience is superb ～

3. The environment is elegant and odorless, the hygiene is super in place, the transportation is convenient, the service response is fast, and it is worth recommending to friends!

When I checked out, I left the original charger in the room. I said I was from another city and had returned home. The front desk asked me for my address and said they could send it directly to me. They were very helpful. The location was also easy to find. I saw the sign when I got off the subway and walked into Liantou Plaza.

Surprise for a price of 100 yuan! Health is in place, toiletries are complete, hot water is sufficient, and I choose this place for business trips without stepping on thunder at all ～

This hotel is hygienic, the bathroom is clean and there is no smell, you must praise it! Because the exam was temporarily booked, I didn't expect it to exceed expectations. It was close to the subway station and the bus station was very close. The place was very early in the morning. It was delicious. It was very convenient to go out. It was recommended!

This year before the Chinese New Year, I stayed in the waterfront terrace room for the first time. It happened to snow heavily, and it was full of white snow, which was very beautiful. So I chose to stay in the waterfront terrace room again this summer vacation and booked three nights. But the feeling was completely different. This time I was quite disappointed.

Hygiene: First of all, we checked in at night, and the scenery on the balcony was still beautiful, with bright moonlight. However, there was no light on the balcony, so it was too dark to see clearly. I walked out to the balcony railing and touched it a little, and there were many spider webs. When I woke up the next morning, I found that the parasols and lounge chairs on the balcony were all covered with spider webs, and there were also spider webs on the lampshades in the room. The matching towels actually had several holes in them! Is this a side reflection of whether the linens in this hotel are really washed vigorously? ! The disposable slippers are really disposable. I wore them a little at night, and found that the heels had broken the shoes the next morning, which was really ridiculous.

Service: The experience on the first night was very bad. I reported the situation to the front desk customer service the next morning. The customer service helped me change to a second room of the same type without saying a word, and immediately asked the cleaning lady to help deep clean. The cleaning lady is very nice. We met this lady during the Chinese New Year. We lost something at that time, and this lady was very enthusiastic to help us look through the trash cans and search everywhere. This time we needed to dry clothes, and the lady also brought us a mobile clothes drying rack.

Environment: As mentioned in the previous article, there were many spider webs in the room we stayed in on the first day. You might think that it was because the hotel did not clean. But later, when we moved to a new room, the aunt also deeply cleaned the spider webs on the balcony. As a result, when we woke up the next morning, there were spider webs on the clothes drying rack, as well as on the parasols and lounge chairs. I can only say that the spiders here are too diligent in summer?

Next to the hotel is the entrance to Dazhou Bamboo Shadow in Yiai Lake Park. We go there every day for a stroll. The scenery is really beautiful.

In general, it is good to stay in a waterfront platform room in winter, if you encounter heavy snow. But it is really not recommended in summer. Just stay in an ordinary double bed room to save some money.

This store is so 👍! It feels so clean when you walk in. It's really the details that determine success or failure! The waiter was smiling, which made me feel very warm, and his attitude was super good, so generous and enthusiastic! I will come again next time. 😊
