This was my first stay at this hotel. The accommodation was good. The location is right in the heart of Mong Kok, making it very convenient for getting around. The front desk lady had a good attitude and provided thoughtful service. She even accommodated my request to change rooms. For a city center hotel, the room was quite spacious. The only minor points were that the walls and wallpaper were a bit old. However, the mattress was comfortable and the sheets were clean. The desk was also clean. The view was quite open. The bathroom was clean and the water pressure was strong. Overall, it was a good experience, especially the front desk service. I'll definitely come back again.

The hotel facilities are relatively new. Although the room isn't huge, the amenities are quite convenient. They provide disposable toiletries and slippers, a mini-fridge, and a capsule coffee machine. There's also a cafe on the ground floor offering free hot water, iced water, and a coffee machine, plus a self-service vending machine. A 7-Eleven convenience store is just 30 meters to the right when you exit. It's not far from the ferry terminal to Macau, making it easy to get there.

This is our fifth time at this hotel. Every time we choose hotels, we encounter some 'buts' at each one, which is why we keep coming back to Ozo. The staff are friendly, they resolve all your issues instantly, and housekeeping is daily. This time we booked rooms without breakfast because we wake up late. But based on past experience, I can say the breakfasts are delicious and varied. Overall, it's a European-style hotel with many Chinese tourists, but this doesn't cause any inconvenience. The hotel has a large swimming pool, as well as a children's pool with a slide. On the ground floor, there's a billiards table freely available. By the pool, there's a bar with great daytime deals on drinks and food. The view from the hotel is stunning; we usually take a sea-view room, but once we took a room with a terminal view and they moved us to a sea-view room without extra charge. I'm sure we'll return here many more times because we haven't found a better hotel in Central Pattaya yet.

Before going, I was worried about noise isolation at night, especially about the sound of motorcycles. However, I stayed on the 7th floor and didn't hear a thing. The room was very clean and well-arranged. I booked a suite, which was essentially two independent rooms with an interconnecting door. The bedding was very comfortable, and the rooftop pool offered a great view. The hotel is close to many attractions. Yong Pin Tea Cafe, Toh Soon Cafe, and The Founders (recommended by Jay Chou) are all within a 5-minute walk. You can also rent motorcycles in the city if you have a motorcycle license. My husband rented one and said it rode very smoothly. I'll definitely stay at OZO George Town Penang again next time I visit George Town, Penang! Highly recommend!
