Conveniently located at Beijing Road, near to Metro station and food area. Breakfast selection is good and there is also variation. Tea break nothing much. Coffee and drinks option at lobby is great.

My stay here was truly excellent, and I could feel the hotel's dedication in every aspect.

**Location:** The hotel's location is superb, right in the city center. It's just a few minutes' walk to the subway station and major attractions, and dining and shopping options nearby are incredibly convenient.

**Service Attitude:** The front desk staff were warm, professional, and checked us in quickly. We arrived early, and the hotel did its best to arrange a room for us, which was very thoughtful. The bellhops and housekeeping staff were all smiling, making us feel right at home.

**Room Facilities:** The room was more spacious than expected, with a modern minimalist decor – clean and tidy. The bedding was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom had a wet/dry separation, and both water pressure and temperature were stable. The complimentary mini-bar and high-speed Wi-Fi were pleasant surprises.

**Other Facilities:** The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety of Chinese and Western dishes, and the taste was excellent. I also tried the rooftop gym and pool, which had a first-class environment and expansive views.

**Summary:** Whether for business travel or leisure, this is an excellent choice. I will definitely choose this place again on my next visit to the city!

This stay far exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is super convenient, just a 2-minute walk from the subway exit. The decor is very stylish, and watching movies on the large projector screen was fantastic. They pay great attention to detail, offering a generous selection of complimentary drinks, with water and beverages also stocked in the fridge. Service was very prompt, and they even provide special pillows to help light sleepers get a good night's rest. We were originally entitled to two breakfasts, but they didn't charge extra for an additional one. I really hope they open more branches outside of Guangdong Province soon!

I wanted to celebrate my birthday there, so I emailed the hotel in advance. They put a lot of effort into decorating the room for me, and the room type was excellent. The bathtub had plenty of hot water – no issues with it running out. The bathroom was a wet/dry separation design, and the floor-to-ceiling windows were beautiful. The mini-fridge was stocked with drinks, and toiletries were provided for both the bathtub and the shower. A small detail I appreciated was that the toiletries included hair ties. Everything was so thoughtfully arranged, and I absolutely loved the hotel's decor and design.

The second stay at this hotel. The rooms are decent and spacious with good beds and nice decorations. The in room fridge with a choice of free drinks is very nice and a big plus as this is quite rare to see.
Cleaning does happen only partially and just in the bathroom and dirt on the floor was not removed. Could be improved. 
The breakfast offers a good and wide choice of fresh items, good coffee and is definitely an advantage for this hotel.

When we used the laundry facilities in the hotel some hotel staff member put all clothes without any selection in the dryer on high temperature. It was just luck we saw this quickly, otherwise synthetics clothes, dresses and socks would have been irreversibly damaged. This is completely unacceptable and should never happen and this is why I can rate the service as not good at all. After we complained we were offered a room upgrade which was not convenient for us. 

Due to this incident I currently cannot recommend this hotel any more.

This stay completely exceeded my expectations! The hotel lobby is simple yet stylish, and the lighting is very warm and inviting. The room was spacious and bright, with a well-planned layout that didn't feel cramped. It was quiet at night, the bedding was fluffy and clean, and the mattress was just the right firmness – I felt completely relaxed after a good night's sleep. The bathroom had a dry and wet separation design, with ample and stable hot water. The branded toiletries felt high-quality, and there wasn't a single water stain or dust even in the corners. Breakfast offered a super rich variety, with both Chinese and Western options. The staff even helped prepare freshly cooked noodles on the spot, and the service was excellent. A special thanks to the front desk attendant who patiently recommended local restaurants and helped reserve a quiet room type. Every little detail showed how much thought they put in. This is definitely my top choice hotel when visiting this city!

I got a free room upgrade, but the best part was definitely the breakfast! On the first night, the parking lot was full, so I had to park in the aisle and move my car several times. Eventually, the staff helped me arrange to park in the adjacent lot and covered the parking fee. I've stayed here a few times for business in the area. This time, there's subway construction nearby, and while the soundproofing is quite good, you can still hear some noise. If you're a light sleeper, perhaps a windowless room would be better, as you likely wouldn't hear anything then.

Excellent stay! The hotel service was fantastic, and the entire place was very clean. The facilities were also great. They were usually accommodating with late check-out until 2 PM (subject to availability), and the service surrounding this was excellent. I definitely hope to stay here again if I have the opportunity. The front desk staff were also wonderful; I hope they continue to maintain such high standards.

Amazing value for the price. The room is stunning, spacious and very clean. The night view is wonderful and everything is so conveniently placed, it allows you to fully relax without and unwind (from smart lighting controls to voice controlling various aspects of the room). Also the location is unbeatable as the hotel is within a complex that houses a massive mall, so you can leave the hotel and walk into restaurants, sports complexes, shops and so on. Would love to stay again once I’m in the area.

Everything else was good, but the soundproofing was terrible. My heart sank upon check-in when I saw earplugs provided in the room. As expected, at night, I could clearly hear cars driving by downstairs and horns blaring. It didn't quiet down until after midnight, making it impossible to sleep.

The check-in process at the front desk was very quick, and the room was clean. The surrounding area is also incredibly convenient; right across the street is Daqianli, a large shopping complex offering a wide array of dining and shopping options. There's also a spacious plaza nearby. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay.

We have spent a five days trip with family members for Chinese New Year holiday. It is really a magnificent hotel with excellent location and with very high standard of cleaness. This is seldomly found in this rank of the hotel. The breakfast is tasty with all my favorite stuff. One of the facilities I loved it very much is their self laundry service which gives me a great help on washing as well as drying all daily dressed clothes at the same day. Thus, I can bring much less clothes for the trip with worry free. The room style is iconic and cozy to stay with all daily necessities needed. More importantly, the washroom has a high degree of pravicy. This will be very suitable for family members to stay in the same room. Also, the entire hotel is maintained in a brandnew condition as I have stayed few years ago. Lastly, there are numerous restaurants proximity to the hotel, so, we can grab food to eat very easily.
