This is my second stay in the hotel in Guangzhou and it's as good as I remember it! I appreciate the staff's responsiveness and patience, and all of them -- including the cleaning team -- were warm. 

If anything, the walls are be a bit thin so you can sometimes hear people along the corridor. Also, I struggled to use my mobile data because the reception from my room is relatively poor (like 1-2 reception bars only). This experience was quite strange for me, especially since I had no issues with my mobile network when I stayed in the exact same room just a week ago! 

That said, all in all, I had an enjoyable stay at Paco Hotel. Huge thanks to the team!

The stay was incredibly comfortable. The room was great and spacious, and the bed was wonderfully soft. The hotel offers self-service laundry facilities and breakfast. There were also four complimentary bottles of water and free Wi-Fi in the room. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next business trip.

The hotel service was really good. Since we were traveling with a child and couldn't make it back in time, they even helped us bring our luggage to the front desk. They also offer free parking, and there's a meeting room available. The breakfast was very rich, and the hotel itself is clean and hygienic with complete facilities, including a laundry room. The transportation is also very convenient.

The experience was a 10/10. All the staff were kind and accommodating with anything we needed. The room was spacious and cleaned everyday as per our expectations. They offered different cuisine for breakfast which accommodated all our needs. Definitely coming back over and over again I

The room wasn't huge, but the layout was well-designed, and the bedding and facilities were good. There's also a laundry room and a gym. I thought I'd booked breakfast, but I must have unchecked the option when I canceled something in the middle. However, the hotel kindly gave me vouchers for the next two days. Even though my daughter didn't go, I did, and it was pretty good; the robot noodle chef was a novelty. The location is great – close to Guangzhou Tower but still quiet. The metro entrance is just 100 meters away, with a primary school next door and an electronics research institute across the street. Liying Plaza is right across from the metro, making it super convenient for movies and shopping. Stayed for four nights and highly recommend it. I'll definitely be back!

Facilities: Great, there's even a phone in the bathroom, and tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Hygiene: Acceptable. Environment: Good, the bathroom has a three-part separation (wet/dry). Service: Excellent, they basically met all our requests. Food delivery also gets brought up to the room by a robot, which is a nice touch! Location is very convenient, you can reach many places within 15 minutes, and there are lots of food options downstairs. Parking is also easy.

Absolutely fantastic! They even had a cake and helped me freeze it. The front desk staff (both the ladies and gentlemen) were incredibly kind and helpful, proactively communicating everything. The environment is lovely, and they offered a free room upgrade. The location is also very convenient. Really looking forward to this stay!

The public areas boast a sleek, high-end design, and check-in was handled efficiently by CC. The room's bedding was made with quality materials; the pillows and duvet were soft, ensuring a great night's sleep. The mini-fridge was always stocked with drinks, and coffee was available round-the-clock at the first-floor restaurant. There was also a simple afternoon tea and limited late-night snacks offered. The third floor has a laundry room and a gym, which is incredibly thoughtful for business travelers who want to work out or do laundry without extra hassle. The facilities are comprehensive and very considerate. Highly recommend.

The room was very clean and comfortable, and there was no noise when sleeping. The hotel's free parking is conveniently located on the basement level. There are many local food stalls right outside the hotel, which is great for both dinner and late-night snacks, and I didn't have a bad experience with any of them. It's a short walk to Baixin Plaza and MixC, just across the skybridge from the hotel, making it very convenient for getting around. The subway is also right at the hotel's intersection. Food delivery is handled by robots, which offers good privacy. The staff at the front desk, both the ladies and gentlemen, were all very friendly and helpful.

The location is excellent, making travel very convenient with many restaurants nearby. The hotel's hygiene is top-notch, with clean linens and stylish, elegant decor. The rooms are spacious and bright. The staff provides excellent service, especially 'Xiao Dan' at the front desk, who was incredibly warm, attentive, and polite. The breakfast is also rich and delicious. This hotel is the perfect choice for business trips and couples' travel.

Extremely satisfied with my stay! The location is excellent, very close to Ma'anshan Station, making it convenient to get anywhere by subway. I was pleasantly surprised to find a self-service laundry room where I could wash and dry clothes. The room was clean and quiet, with a mini-fridge for drinks and a full range of convenient amenities. The breakfast offered a good variety of hot dishes, and the staff member X was very friendly. I highly recommend this hotel for both business trips and short stays. It offers incredible value for money!

The check-in process at the front desk was very quick, and the room was clean. The surrounding area is also incredibly convenient; right across the street is Daqianli, a large shopping complex offering a wide array of dining and shopping options. There's also a spacious plaza nearby. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay.

This isn't my first stay here, and I have to give this hotel a five-star rating! The location is absolutely unbeatable – it's in a prime spot, making it super easy to get around whether you're taking a taxi or public transport. The surrounding amenities are excellent, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and getting out and about. Staff member 401 was incredibly gentle and handled my check-in quickly. They were very responsive to my needs and provided attentive and thoughtful service. The room hygiene was impeccable; the floors, bathroom, and bedding were all spotlessly clean and tidy, ensuring a comfortable and reassuring stay. It's truly a great choice for both business trips and leisure travel!
