Very pleased with the overall experience. The staff provided excellent service, always greeting guests with a smile and being attentive to their needs. It was particularly appreciated that my request for English-language television channels was fulfilled promptly. The amenities and cleanliness of the hotel further contributed to a most enjoyable visit.

The hotel exterior is very distinctive, and the location is super convenient for getting around, whether by taxi, subway, or walking. Check-in was efficient, and the front desk staff were warm and polite. The cleaning auntie was also great, efficient, and thoughtful – thumbs up!

The room facilities were complete, with a full set of tables, chairs, and a sofa, enough for both relaxation and simple work. The cleanliness was top-notch; even the corners were spotless. The overall environment was quiet, with good soundproofing, ensuring an undisturbed night's rest.

The overall value for money is excellent, with great hardware, service, and cleanliness. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Guangzhou, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!

The overall stay was very close to a five-star experience. The hotel environment is elegant and grand, and the public areas are clean and well-maintained. The room was spacious and bright, with high-quality decor, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a sound sleep. The bathroom facilities were complete, with plenty of hot water, and the toiletries were of good quality. The cleanliness was excellent, even the corners were spotless, with no unpleasant odors. The staff were gentle and polite, and responded promptly. The breakfast selection was rich and delicious. The location is convenient for getting around. The only minor flaw was that there's still room for improvement in a few small details, but it didn't affect the overall experience. It offers great value for money, and I had a comfortable and relaxing stay. Highly recommended, I would definitely choose this hotel again next time.

This stay exceeded my expectations; it definitely deserves a full five stars! The hotel's location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient for catching taxis, dining, and shopping. The room was meticulously cleaned; there wasn't a speck of dust or water stain on the desk or in the bathroom corners. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was superb, ensuring a peaceful night's rest without any disturbances. The front desk staff were warm and polite, and check-in and check-out were very quick. Any requests were handled promptly. The water pressure in the bathroom was strong, and all the facilities were complete and worked perfectly. The overall environment was clean and quiet. It offers incredible value for money, making it ideal for both business trips and leisure travel. I will definitely prioritize this hotel again on my next visit here, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

Booked the Paco Hotel for a family trip. The room was spacious enough and the bathtub was large, giving the kids plenty of room. There's a convenience store downstairs which was handy for picking things up, and breakfast was good. Although there was construction going on next door, the noisy work was already finished, so it didn't really affect our stay.

This hotel is conveniently located about 300 meters from Tianpingjia metro station. It's quite a large hotel, and the staff are very welcoming and attentive, making sure to understand all your accommodation needs. They even upgraded my room! The room itself was very clean. Although some of the facilities are a bit dated, overall it was still very good. They have a robot that delivers takeaways, and the room was cleaned daily. There's also a generous supply of complimentary bottled water. The breakfast in the morning was quite varied. For a business trip, it offers excellent value for money.

I live in luxury king bedroom. Staff is extremely friendly. Room cleaning service staff are prompt and polite. 

The only issue I found was in communication. It’s difficult to communicate in english, but it’s not a big issue with a translation app. 

I couldn’t find ventilation in washroom, but surprisingly it didn’t cause an issue. 

10/10 will recommend it to anyone. 

My stay was at room 1307.

The location is decent, with a good number of international guests, and the overall service is quite good. The room is clean and tidy, and the facilities are very new. There are complimentary drinks in the hotel fridge. It's very close to the subway station, making transportation really convenient. The breakfast is also okay; it's simple but offers everything you need. Pretty good overall!

This hotel is my top choice every time I come back to Guangzhou. It's affordable, and every single front desk staff member provides excellent service.

Cleanliness: The cleaning staff does a very thorough job.

Late check-out until 2 PM (subject to availability): Great.

Location: It's very close to the subway station.

The gym is well-equipped, and the self-service laundry is very convenient. The shower water pressure in the room was just right. Both the room and the hallways have a great design, perfect for taking photos. CC's service was also good!

The room was clean and generally comfortable, which is to be expected for the price. The location is super convenient.

The service was very nice. I needed to print a few documents, and the front desk staff kindly helped me out. My needs were met promptly, and I even received a complimentary breakfast.

I extended my stay for another five days. It's very convenient for going to Hong Kong via Luohu Port. You don't have to worry about getting wet from the rain; coming out of Shenzhen Station, there's no need to take an elevator to the street level. After exiting the turnstiles, head in the opposite direction from the 'To Hong Kong' signs, walk through a passage, and you'll be here in a few minutes.

The hotel's overall decor and service were good. However, breakfast could use improvement; it was quite ordinary, replenishment was slow, and there weren't many options. The underground parking garage was a big problem – it was very dirty and dark. My car is quite large, and I had to park in the furthest spot. The lanes were very narrow, and I scraped a pillar when leaving, which cost me a few hundred [currency, e.g., dollars/yuan]. My car is over ten years old, and this is the first time I've had such an issue at a hotel.

Facilities: The shower facilities were excellent, and the work desk was very convenient. Cleanliness: The room was spotless, and the bath towels, sheets, and duvet cover were all exceptionally clean. Service: The front desk staff were very accommodating, and the check-in process was incredibly smooth.

This isn't my first stay here, and I have to give this hotel a five-star rating! The location is absolutely unbeatable – it's in a prime spot, making it super easy to get around whether you're taking a taxi or public transport. The surrounding amenities are excellent, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and getting out and about. Staff member 401 was incredibly gentle and handled my check-in quickly. They were very responsive to my needs and provided attentive and thoughtful service. The room hygiene was impeccable; the floors, bathroom, and bedding were all spotlessly clean and tidy, ensuring a comfortable and reassuring stay. It's truly a great choice for both business trips and leisure travel!
