Stay was ideal. Over the New Year so some places closed nearby (especially breakfast), so paid for breakfast on 2 days (one we got for free) and was really nice for a spread of Chinese food.
Liked that the room had a gift upon arrival (oranges, tea and New Year Golden Horse). Room is nice, but feels humid so needed air conditioner on. Not disturbed by others and chambermaid changed linen and provided water bottles when asked.
Front desk staff helpful when needed something also helping to locate nearest pharmacy during festival period closures.
Location (once you can find it) is across the road from Beijing Lu metro station Exit A. Just off the main road and the start of the hustle and bustle Beijin Lu, which made is surprisingly quiet.
Would recommend.

The transportation here is incredibly convenient; you can reach most attractions directly by subway. The surrounding amenities are excellent too, with a shopping mall right across the street. The hotel staff are very welcoming, and the room was quiet. I'm very satisfied!

Choosing this hotel for my trip was absolutely the right decision! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I felt a strong sense of genuine welcome. The front desk staff were warm, professional, and checked me in incredibly efficiently.

The room was even more surprising than I expected – impeccably clean and tidy. The bedding was soft and comfortable, allowing me to fully relax and get a good night's sleep. All facilities were comprehensive, the toiletries were of high quality, hot water supply was stable, and the internet speed was super fast, perfectly meeting all my travel needs.

Throughout my entire stay, there was nothing to complain about. Whether it was the service, environment, or facilities, everything was flawless, and the value for money was exceptional! I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit and have already recommended it to my friends.

We had a truly comfortable and revitalizing five-day stay at Paco Hotel in Guangzhou. For our family to stay anywhere that long says a lot, and this hotel delivered. It’s just a short five-minute walk to the subway Tianpingjia Station), which made getting around the entire city incredibly easy. There were great local food options nearby, coffee, convenience stores, and even a small market within walking distance to grab fresh fruit.

It was also just a short taxi ride to Guangzhou’s Children’s Park, which made for a beautiful family day. The breakfast was clutch every morning, and the laundry service made our longer stay smooth and stress-free. We were big fans of the robot service too! 

We’ll absolutely be back next time we visit Guangzhou.

The room was decent, and the service was okay. The only real issue was the dryer in the laundry room – it wasn't very effective, haha. The best part, though, is its super close proximity to Tiyu Xilu, and you can easily walk to TeeMall. Plus, there's a whole street behind the hotel with delicious and affordable food, a real paradise for office workers!

Not bad. I got a free upgrade and they were accommodating with all my requests, which was great. The only downside is the location isn't very convenient, and the breakfast variety could be improved. The front desk service was excellent though.

· Excellent location: Convenient transportation, very close to the bus stop, Dongfeng Park is right across the street, and the Martyrs' Cemetery is nearby. The overall environment is quiet.
· Attentive service: The front desk staff are enthusiastic and respond quickly.
· Tidy room: Clean and comfortable with complete facilities. 
*Note: The disposable slippers are in the wardrobe behind the door. I initially thought there weren't any when I first entered, but then I asked the front desk staff and found out, haha.
· Good soundproofing: Relatively quiet.

Suggestions:
① The screws on the cabinet under the TV where the refrigerator is kept are a bit loose.
② The outlet by the bedside is a bit loose; it's recommended to check it.
Overall, it's still very good and offers high value for money.

Service: I arrived quite late, so I called ahead to confirm my room would be held. My request was clearly noted and they assigned me a great room.
Environment: The hotel is located behind an old town with small workshops. There are several dessert shops nearby, and I could enjoy delicious food within a few hundred meters' walk.
Hygiene: I'm sensitive to smells, so I asked the hotel to make sure the room was smoke-free. They were very efficient; the smell was gone within an hour.
Facilities: As shown in the pictures.

The actual location is quite far from Beijing East Road, so you have to take a taxi everywhere, which is inconvenient. The 'exquisite afternoon tea' they offer is just one slice of fruit and one pastry or biscuit from the lobby, which is pretty bad.

As for the housekeeping service, they don't restock the mini-bar, toiletries, or slippers automatically; you have to ask for them. Even though I was staying for several days, they should replenish these items as if for a new guest.

When checking in, I asked to see two rooms since I was staying for a few days and didn't want to move around. The first room had an odd smell, so I chose the second. To my surprise, the carpet in the second room was full of stains, so I switched back to the first. I turned on the air purifier, which made it a bit better.

The hotel is located within a larger building, and there's only one elevator dedicated to the hotel, which feels a bit limited.

I hadn't planned on writing a review at the time, so I didn't take any other photos. The photo of the stains was taken to show the front desk then.

Facilities: Excellent, the projector is huge and they were quick to adjust it when called.
Hygiene: Very clean.
Environment: There's a shopping mall nearby, which is very convenient.
Service: Excellent. I left something behind in the hotel and when I called a few days later, they were very cooperative and quick to help. They even sent it via SF Express!

I had a very satisfying one-night stay at the Paco Hotel Shenzhen Luohu Port. The front desk staff were professional and enthusiastic, proactively upgrading my room and offering a complimentary breakfast, which were lovely touches. The room itself was clean and fresh, with comfortable bedding and good soundproofing. The public areas and surrounding environment also looked neat and elegant, making for a very relaxing stay. The hotel's location is also very convenient, close to Luohu Port/Shenzhen Station and Luohu Metro Station, saving time and hassle whether you're crossing the border, traveling, or running errands. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again next time I'm in Luohu.

The room was new and well-designed. The linens and bedding were great, and there was plenty of hot water. The air conditioning worked well for both cooling and heating. The hotel's location isn't far from Ma'anshan Metro Station. The breakfast was quite simple. The front desk staff seemed unprofessional; they wrote the wrong room number on my key card and weren't very welcoming. I hope they improve their staff training.

The check-in process at the front desk was very quick, and the room was clean. The surrounding area is also incredibly convenient; right across the street is Daqianli, a large shopping complex offering a wide array of dining and shopping options. There's also a spacious plaza nearby. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay.

Came to Shantou for Chinese New Year with my mom and discovered this newly opened hotel! Honestly, it exceeded my expectations. The hotel's overall vibe is very chic and distinctive; even the bathroom wall tiles have a horsehair texture! Plus, the location is great, very close to MixC Mall and the popular foodie street. And a special shout-out to Qiu at the front desk – she's attentive and super friendly! Highly recommend.

The hotel is well decorated, the rooms are new and clean, the hotel has free parking, and the front desk Xiao Wu is very friendly.

Facilities: very complete, everything you need
