The check-in process was very fast, taking only a few minutes, and the receptionist was very friendly. I had complained that the air conditioner in my room wasn’t cold, and the technician quickly came to check and fix it. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay, but the bedsheet had some stains, which made it look less clean.

Improvement has to be made in the AC and in the bathroom.  This is the second time I am staying at Fame and I face the same situation. 

It takes about 2 to 3 hours before the small room gets cool...most probably incorrect preventive maintenance done.  Secondly, the shower only gives lukewarm water.  Hot  water must be made available.

I travelled to celebrate my son’s birthday week, wrote down to ask if there is any decor or simply cake to surprise him in the room, but zero response. Not even a question has been asked during check in/out. 

For this service, facilities, standard breakfast, super narrow room, the hotel rate is crazily nonsense high. 

despite of all that minus, the location is amazing!

Nice hotel in the middle of Gading Serpong. It is near to Sumarecon Mall Serpong. The breakfast is variative and delicoius.

I booked the hotel for one night and it was a nightmare. The officer gave me a room facing the road. I can hear the vehicles noise from my room. I was curious why the sound could be heard from my room. It turned out that the there was a gap at the window. I tried to make it close multiple times but it’s useless. At the end, i slept with my air pods on.

They was charging more. But i booked by trip.com so i pay less. But they charge me extra  half day amount for early check-in. 
In room only 1 trash bin available and 1 tissue roll available.  Which is in toilet. No extra trash bin or tissues  inside room.
Overall According to budget it was fine.
