Handy location for the Tower and Tower Bridge. Situated metres away from Aldgate underground station giving easy access to London as a whole. Reception staff were helpful and the hotel itself was spotless. My only criticism was of the breakfast offered. It was served warm on the first morning and I have to be honest when I say the full English breakfast was not to my taste.

Also it is quiet, so no big worries about ur sleep (at least for me, it is)

Fantastic hotel! Beautiful rooms, a spa, excellent service, and genuinely in a prime location.

The room was simply and stylishly decorated, the bedding was clean and hygienic, and someone cleaned the room every day. The only drawback was that we couldn't find slippers. When we ordered the hotel, they said they would provide slippers, but fortunately we brought our own slippers to wear on the plane, so we didn't ask the hotel for them in the end.

Excellent location and love the hotel ambiences. Small disappointment about the service, there are no sanitary (toothbrush) kit and slipper in the room and hotel does not supply at all even asking for it. And room space on the small side but nice layout so make it easy to use. 

I chose this hotel for a business trip, and the experience was great! The wireless network was stable, and the service staff would help solve problems at any time. The location is also very good, and it is very convenient to eat and travel around. I will stay here for business trips in the future.

Go to the Beaumont with beautiful people, excellent dining at the Colony, afternoon tea is good as well. Grand bathroom with D.R. Harris shampoo to pamper yourself, remember to borrow the FT weekend for reading, it elevates your knowledge to great London.

Staying in a deluxe room on the 7th floor, today is our fourth day. I've booked one-night stays every day and wanted to change hotels, but the hassle of moving each day kept me staying one night. We were given three bottles of water on the first day, but there wasn't any water after that. We also didn't have disposable slippers from check-in. I left a note with the staff, but still no water or slippers. I saw reviews saying they had slippers, but they didn't. I called the front desk, and they said we needed to keep the water cup (a reusable tin can) from the first day and refill it at the front desk. Used cups aren't replaced during housekeeping, and used shower caps aren't replaced. My daughter and I were terrified when we were taking a nap in the room when the waiter opened the door without knocking. The service was average. The hotel's location is commendable, and the air conditioning was decent.

The geographical environment is excellent. It is the first stop when I come to Paris. I have stayed here many times. It is very convenient for shopping. It is on the Lafayette Street and the Arc de Triomphe.

Highly recommended, the location is superior, on the edge of Concord Square, 5 minutes walk from Metro Line 1. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the main Chanel store on Compon Street, surrounded by famous boutiques. The only shortcoming is that there is no supermarket nearby, and the only nearest Carrefour Express is a 10-minute walk. The breakfast is not bad, you can order some hot food.

It was so good. I am satisfied with the location, price, facilities, and hotel service, and I will return to Korea. 5 stars are truly 5 stars. The best~!

On the second night, objective and fair evaluation, standard four-star level:
There was a friendly lady at the front desk, and she took the initiative to say that the room arranged last night was not good, and that she could change it back to the deluxe room I originally booked. She should have known that she deliberately downgraded me to a common room last night, damaging my interests, and of course she didn't. Any compensation, at least be respectful enough. Too lazy to care. The stay was more pleasant after that.
Two major advantages of this hotel: 1. Good location, within ten minutes of Xiang Street; 2. Comfortable bedding
Disadvantages: The color of the hotel is tacky, and the elevator is terrible and slow. The breakfast is terrible, you can just find a cafe nearby to eat.

A very gorgeous, quaint hotel with English-speaking and polite staff. The restaurant is very good, I even regret eating out too much.

The tiny Eiffel Tower can only be seen from the tiny window in the room. If you choose this hotel just to see the Eiffel Tower, don't choose it.

But overall, this is a great hotel.

The rooms in the old buildings in the Little Paris area are relatively small, and the front desk has no problem communicating in English and is very welcoming. It is less than 500 meters from the subway station. It is very convenient to go everywhere. It is very close to the Eiffel Tower and can be walked. I still take the subway to go to the Arc de Triomphe. It takes about 30 minutes on foot. There is a larger supermarket called *** just 400 meters away. ***, the small supermarket downstairs doesn’t have that many items and is a bit more expensive. Breakfast was mediocre.

The hotel is full of design. Although it is small, it is exquisite everywhere. The attitude of the service staff is relatively good. After staying for a few days, only one female front desk employee was a little arrogant. She had to correct my pronunciation even though she had a strong Italian accent. The soft drinks in the mini bar are free and replenished in time every day. The hotel breakfast is relatively rich. The restaurant is not big. The breakfast time is 7-11 o'clock, which is very humane. The music played in the restaurant is also very chill, but the variety of dishes does not change every day, which cannot be compared with large hotels. The coffee is very delicious! The location of the hotel is also very good. You can walk to almost all popular scenic spots and business districts. I stayed with my children. The hotel's attitude towards children is also very good, and children's slippers are specially prepared. I didn't find any compatriots during these few days. I recommend compatriots to stay in Rome. Generally speaking, this is the best hotel I have stayed in for more than a month in Europe.

The location is superior, within walking distance to the Spanish Steps, and only three to five minutes away from the shopping street.

The service is not bad, everything you need is there. There are many welcome fruits, and the glass of mineral water is placed on the bedside after turning down the bed. There are scales! This is very important!

The room is quite big, with a balcony, but unfortunately there is no view. However, the terrace bar on the top floor has a nice view, overlooking St. Peter's Basilica, it is very pleasant to drink a glass of wine.

I highly recommend this hotel. It was a very good hotel for me to stay in.

The hotel is in an excellent location, just outside Venice Square, walking distance to Trevi Fountain, Plaza Spain, and the Colosseum. The service is also very good, the toiletries are from Bvlgari, and the extra bed previously requested is also made early. It was originally a small and fine hotel, so the room was not particularly large, but everything else was good. Breakfast was delivered to the room, and all kinds of bread, jam, coffee, milk, and foreigner's breakfast were just that, it was rich. Will consider living here again

The hotel itself is great. We loved the room with a terrace, amenities are Acqua di Parma, staff is lovely. The bar is lively however some staff of the bar are a little rude to hotel costumers (just some of them, others are great). The pool is amazing. We will be back here.

The hotel was renovated in 1997. The style of the room decoration is a bit old, but it is very clean, and the downstairs spa pool has been renovated. Someone sang at night, very good. It is the old European hotel with a lot of taste, cost-effective, recommended.

This is the most luxurious hotel on this trip.
When we booked a 3-person room, we should have directly opened the connecting door of the two adjacent double rooms and turned them into suites for us. The area of ​​a standard room is not large.
The hotel provides welcome champagne, handwritten welcome cards, and ACQUA DI PARMA for bath products.
The bed is relatively comfortable, the bath towels are thick and soft, and the mini bar has a rich variety. Two free bottles of mineral water and sparkling water are provided daily.
Opposite the hotel is a military-related government department, so there are soldiers on hand throughout the day, which makes me feel instantly safe. Of course, the curtains may not be fully open during the day, because it is too close to the office building opposite.
The location is very good. It is only ten minutes' walk from Castel Angel and Vatican City. It is very comfortable to run along the river in the morning.
The only thing that is not ideal is that there are too few types of breakfast, each person has a fixed set, and there are a small amount of self-service fruits, yogurt and drinks.
