The hotel's location is perfect, just a 3-minute walk from the T1 check-in counter, which was ideal for our early morning flight. The hotel itself is beautiful inside and very well-equipped. The room was spacious, much larger than typical airport hotel rooms. However, the facilities are a bit dated; the mini-fridge in our room was broken. The bathroom was just okay, with an older toilet and average waterproofing/non-slip features, so extra caution is needed if you're traveling with children or pregnant individuals. Despite these points, the overall value for money is quite good.

Service, however, needs improvement. I particularly want to highlight the receptionist at the ground floor breakfast area. We had an international flight at 9 AM and went down for breakfast promptly at 6:30 AM. My child had just woken up and had no appetite at all, but we were very pressed for time and couldn't wait for them to feel better. So, we asked the receptionist if we could pack a small amount of food for our child to take to the airport – literally just a piece of bread and an egg. The receptionist's attitude was incredibly unfriendly, and she very sternly refused my request, acting extremely condescending. I believe that even if there's a hotel policy against taking food out, as a representative of the hotel, you can refuse, but please maintain basic politeness and professionalism. It's one thing not to be sympathetic, but a cold attitude really damages the hotel's overall image and our impression of Hong Kong.

The hotel is very close to the airport, which is super convenient, and the shuttle bus gets you there in just ten minutes. They also have a shuttle to Tung Chung. However, the bed felt a bit damp, and the room had a strange smell. If you're particular about cleanliness, I wouldn't really recommend it. Overall, it was okay though.

My stay at the Regal Riverside Hotel in Hong Kong far exceeded my expectations – a definite five-star review!

The room came equipped with a high-end Swiss professional hairdryer from Valera. The build quality felt solid and premium, even more so than a Dyson, with a stable, constant airflow that was great for hair care. As someone with long hair, I really appreciated how quickly it dried. This excellent user experience really highlights the hotel's commitment to high-end amenities.

The room also featured several art pieces on the walls, which were aesthetically pleasing and a joy to look at during downtime, creating a wonderful ambiance. The bathroom had a consistent and abundant supply of hot water, with a smooth, constant temperature, making for a comfortable and relaxing shower experience. The room was clean, well-maintained, and the facilities overall were thoughtfully designed. The hotel's amenities are comprehensive, and getting around was convenient. From the stylish soft furnishings to the essential hardware, everything exuded quality. It was a comfortable and pleasant stay. This will be my top choice for accommodation when visiting Hong Kong, and I'll definitely choose it again for future trips!

Stayed in the Superior Room with one queen bed at Regal Kowloon, assigned to the top Level 15 floor. The high floor brings excellent quietness, less city street noise, brighter lighting and a nice elevated urban view. The room is clean, decently sized with a comfy queen bed and complete standard amenities. The only downside is that lifts only go up to the 14th floor, requiring a short walk up a flight of stairs to reach Level 15, which is fine for light luggage but tricky with big suitcases. A great pick if you prefer a quiet high-floor room in central Tsim Sha Tsui East.

The hotel's location is excellent, making shopping and getting around incredibly convenient. The A11 airport bus goes directly to and from the airport. The front desk staff are efficient and quick to address guests' needs. I stayed for 4 nights, and the hotel's breakfast buffet was pretty much the same every day. I'd suggest varying the options a bit daily! The hotel is a bit older, so the facilities are slightly dated, but the room was spacious enough for 2-3 suitcases, which is a rare find in crowded Hong Kong. Definitely recommended!

Walking into the hotel lobby gave a great first impression. The front desk staff were also very welcoming and proactively asked if I needed help with my luggage. They even provided a complimentary fruit platter and yogurt in the room, which was a thoughtful touch. The lady who checked me in upgraded my room, which was fantastic! And the little rubber ducky in the room was a free gift for me too 😊 Across the street there's a shopping mall, making it super convenient for meals, and getting a taxi is also very easy. Overall, I had a really good experience. Next time I'm in Dezhou for business, this will definitely be my first choice.

Honestly, I didn't have high expectations for this hotel when I came to Shanghai for a business trip, but after staying one night, I thought it was pretty good, especially for business travelers like me who are always on the go. Let's start with the location. The hotel is about a ten-minute walk from Jinqiao Station on Line 9. Even with a suitcase, it wasn't a tiring walk. Right next to it is the LaLaport shopping mall, so if you don't feel like ordering takeout at night, it's just a few minutes away. It's super convenient to grab a quick meal or pick up some yogurt and sandwiches from a convenience store.

The room exceeded my expectations. I originally thought a hotel at this price point would just be passable, but the moment I opened the door, it felt quite spacious with large windows that let in plenty of natural light during the day. The cleanliness was impressive; the desk, nightstands, and even the corners of the bathroom were spotless, which was reassuring. The mattress was just right—not too soft, not too firm—and the duvet was light yet warm. Most importantly, the soundproofing was decent. I'm a light sleeper who wakes up with any little noise, but I slept soundly this time, with no disturbance from the hallway or neighboring rooms.

I also have to mention the service. When I was checking in, the front desk attendant saw I had a laptop and proactively asked if I'd prefer a quiet room on a higher floor with a window view. Another small detail: I left my charger on the nightstand when I checked out, and the front desk called me to confirm and held it for me until the afternoon. Very thoughtful.

Another very practical feature for business travelers like us is the free laundry room. During summer business trips, you change clothes often, especially with Shanghai's muggy weather. The laundry room has both washers and dryers, which are easy to use. While waiting, you can scroll on your phone nearby. The whole wash and dry cycle takes about forty minutes, saving me the hassle of handwashing.

Overall, this hotel doesn't have any fancy gimmicks; it's simply comfortable, hassle-free, and convenient to stay in. Next time I'm in Shanghai for business, I'll most likely choose this place again – no need to rack my brain looking for somewhere new.
