❤️ Super convenient! This is my favorite hotel in Hong Kong. All the front desk staff I encountered were warm and polite! The service attitude was excellent. Special thanks to the two concierge staff members who helped me with my luggage, resolved issues like the vending machine getting stuck, and to Jet for patiently helping me print documents! They added so much warmth to my tiring international trip.
💙 As a solo female traveler with three 30kg suitcases, this was an incredibly valuable choice for me! I didn't have to take my luggage off the airport trolley at all, and could even push it directly to my hotel room!
🏨 Although the facilities and decor are a bit dated, the design is well-thought-out, with a large workspace! There were few hidden dirty corners, and overall, compared to other hotels in Hong Kong at a similar price point, it was very clean and hygienic, and the bedding was comfortable! The only minor drawbacks were a musty smell indoors, air conditioning that couldn't be adjusted, and some mold marks on the bed frame. However, the service and location are impeccable, offering excellent value for money compared to other hotels near the airport!

The hotel is very close to the airport, but you can't walk there due to the road interchanges. You can get there by shuttle, which runs every 30 minutes and takes 3-5 minutes.

The hotel itself is clean, and the staff operates like clockwork for check-in/check-out. The breakfast is standard, nothing fancy.

We booked one room with a sea view. You can see planes landing. The quietness is perfect – you can't hear the nearby construction or the planes at all.

Opted for the Regal Riverside Hotel in Hong Kong again, it's a great value-for-money hotel in the city.

**Location:** Situated right next to Sha Tin town center, with direct airport bus access, making transportation incredibly convenient. There are plenty of beauty stores, convenience stores, supermarkets, and restaurants nearby, offering a wide array of dining options. My room had a stunning view of Shing Mun River, with mountains and water – a picturesque landscape that was absolutely beautiful.

**Facilities:** This time I stayed in a single king-sized bed room. It's much smaller than the twin-bed room I had before, but for a solo traveler staying one night, it was just right. The facilities were quite complete.

**Service:** They offer luggage storage both before check-in and after check-out, which is very helpful. However, check-in is strictly after 3 PM, and early check-in is not permitted, so you need to time your arrival accordingly. The front desk staff speaks Mandarin and English, which is very convenient.

**Cleanliness:** It was very clean, as always.

The hotel's location is excellent, situated in a quieter area of Tsim Sha Tsui East with less foot and vehicle traffic, unlike the more crowded popular areas in Kowloon. It's about a five to six-minute walk to Exit P of Tsim Sha Tsui East Station, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby, making it suitable for guests who prefer a peaceful stay.

The downside is the large number of guests on weekends. When we arrived around 4 PM, there were several long queues at the front desk, and checking in took a considerable amount of time. The hotel elevators also sometimes had long waits, so the experience during peak hours was just average.

Since the hotel is over forty years old, the hardware and decor naturally can't compare to newer hotels in mainland China. Although we were upgraded to a larger family room with two beds approximately 1.5 meters wide, the overall impression is still a bit dated. It would be more objective to appropriately lower expectations regarding the newness of the facilities before checking in.

The hotel is really, really old. I stayed in a premium suite this time, and the toilet was broken, the showerhead was broken, and there was a strange noise coming from the bathroom all night long. The air conditioning switch was also very hard to turn on. Do not stay in family suite 803; many of its facilities are broken! It's even worse than a 7 Days Inn in mainland China! The only upside is the good location!

Honestly, I didn't have high expectations for this hotel when I came to Shanghai for a business trip, but after staying one night, I thought it was pretty good, especially for business travelers like me who are always on the go. Let's start with the location. The hotel is about a ten-minute walk from Jinqiao Station on Line 9. Even with a suitcase, it wasn't a tiring walk. Right next to it is the LaLaport shopping mall, so if you don't feel like ordering takeout at night, it's just a few minutes away. It's super convenient to grab a quick meal or pick up some yogurt and sandwiches from a convenience store.

The room exceeded my expectations. I originally thought a hotel at this price point would just be passable, but the moment I opened the door, it felt quite spacious with large windows that let in plenty of natural light during the day. The cleanliness was impressive; the desk, nightstands, and even the corners of the bathroom were spotless, which was reassuring. The mattress was just right—not too soft, not too firm—and the duvet was light yet warm. Most importantly, the soundproofing was decent. I'm a light sleeper who wakes up with any little noise, but I slept soundly this time, with no disturbance from the hallway or neighboring rooms.

I also have to mention the service. When I was checking in, the front desk attendant saw I had a laptop and proactively asked if I'd prefer a quiet room on a higher floor with a window view. Another small detail: I left my charger on the nightstand when I checked out, and the front desk called me to confirm and held it for me until the afternoon. Very thoughtful.

Another very practical feature for business travelers like us is the free laundry room. During summer business trips, you change clothes often, especially with Shanghai's muggy weather. The laundry room has both washers and dryers, which are easy to use. While waiting, you can scroll on your phone nearby. The whole wash and dry cycle takes about forty minutes, saving me the hassle of handwashing.

Overall, this hotel doesn't have any fancy gimmicks; it's simply comfortable, hassle-free, and convenient to stay in. Next time I'm in Shanghai for business, I'll most likely choose this place again – no need to rack my brain looking for somewhere new.

Environment: Conveniently located opposite Aodeli Times Square, with a well-stocked underground supermarket.
Service: Attentive, warm, and thoughtful. They even prepared a sweet little card and gave a thoughtful gift at checkout.
Facilities: Complete.
Hygiene: Clean.
I'd definitely recommend it to friends 👫 and will be back next time!
