The room was spotless, and the service was excellent, especially RATA, the lovely lady at the front desk who checked me in. She was so kind and upgraded my room when she saw I was checking in late at night with a child. She's beautiful inside and out, and incredibly efficient – I had my room key within five minutes of checking in. Unfortunately, I overslept the next morning and missed breakfast, so I can't comment on that. The room itself was great, though I found the number of mirrors a bit unusual. Getting to the city center from the hotel is convenient with the shuttle bus, but I was in a hurry and didn't take it. The gentleman at the luggage storage was also very helpful and friendly, advising me on how to take public transport to the city. My only suggestion would be for the shuttle bus frequency to be increased. Otherwise, everything was perfect. I'm very satisfied with this level of service, especially in a place like Hong Kong where space is at a premium. I'd definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.

The lobby is grand and elegant. While the room facilities are a bit dated, they are clean and tidy, and you can't hear any planes taking off or landing, which was a pleasant surprise. I'm not sure why breakfast was only provided for one person though; that seems a bit unreasonable.

We specifically booked this hotel for my child's college entrance exam, and it was excellent in every aspect – facilities, cleanliness, environment, and service. The breakfast was incredibly rich and varied, and it was very convenient to catch a taxi right outside.

Overall acceptable, comfortable and okay. Check in was nice, able to communicate, check out was fast. The room was cleaned well everyday, requested for room service. The people there were nice and friendly. Wasn’t really near Tsim Sha Tsui station, but near Tsim Sha Tsui East more. But both stations connects, so it was fine.

The hotel environment is comfortable and clean, and the room was surprisingly spacious and well-equipped. My only minor gripe was the lack of a shower stall; the bathtub wasn't very hygienic and wasn't safe or convenient for elderly guests or children. On the positive side, the staff were all very professional and courteous. The location is excellent for transport, with several bus lines right outside and the subway not far away. There's also a large shopping mall nearby, which is great for shopping.

Second time staying at this hotel. The breakfast is excellent and is the best part of the trip. The staff are also accommodating. It’s hard to communicate but as long as you have the translation app on your phone, it will work out. However, the amenities of the hotel is on the older side. They need to update it to become more modern. Bring your own toiletries as the ones they have are drying on the skin and hair. The air-conditioning was not working properly. Though they tried to fix it by wheeling in a portable AC. It still ran hot most days.

This hotel offers an excellent overall experience! The location is superb, with convenient transportation nearby, making it ideal for both business trips and tourism. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortably furnished, and the soft, skin-friendly bedding ensured a great night's sleep. The staff were warm and attentive; check-in and check-out were efficient, and they were always happy to answer any questions, which felt very thoughtful. The hotel's breakfast buffet was diverse, with fresh ingredients and delicious food, perfect for starting the day energetically. All in all, it was a very satisfying stay, and I would definitely choose this hotel again if I have the chance! 🏨✨
