✨ **Cleanliness**: Overall clean, the room was meticulously tidied.
🌿 **Environment**: Convenient location, lively surroundings.
One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its location. It's right next to Kinshicho Station, within walking distance, and the area is very lively with malls, drugstores, and various restaurants, making it incredibly convenient for daily life.
💁♂️ **Service**: Standardized service, no communication barriers.
As a chain hotel, the service quality is consistent, and the staff are friendly.
🛌 **Facilities**: Small but comprehensive, though space is compact.
This is a common characteristic of Tokyo hotels, and this hotel managed to be 'small but comprehensive' in terms of facilities.
- **Toiletries**: This is a major highlight! The hotel offers a free, self-service selection of toiletries, which is very comprehensive, including shampoo, conditioner, facial cleanser, hair ties, and even bath salts, all of good quality.
Overall, this is a hotel with great value for money, a convenient location, attentive service, and amazing toiletries. It's perfect for both short and long stays in Tokyo.

The room was a bit small, but for the price, it was great value for money and felt much more spacious than other rooms in the same price range. The breakfast spread was excellent and thoughtfully prepared. It was wonderfully quiet and cozy, offering a peaceful retreat after a day in the bustling city center. Despite the tranquility, dining and shopping options were very convenient; there were all sorts of restaurants and supermarkets right outside the alley. Plus, just one subway stop away, there's a large shopping complex that isn't too crowded. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Tokyo.

The location is absolutely fantastic! It's within walking distance to Senso-ji Temple, and there are plenty of supermarkets, shops, and restaurants nearby, making getting around super convenient. From our high-floor room, we could open the window and enjoy a wonderful view of Tokyo Skytree and the Five-Storied Pagoda. Although the room wasn't huge, it was clean and tidy, with comfortable bedding and all the necessary amenities. The self-service breakfast offered a wide variety of options, both Japanese and Western. The front desk staff were very friendly, and overall, it was a great experience. I highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Asakusa.

The hotel's location is fantastic, right opposite the Skytree and next to Oshiage Station, making travel incredibly convenient. There are so many food options nearby. The hotel staff are all very friendly and helpful. They even have facial masks available at the toiletries counter in the lobby, which is a really thoughtful touch.

We initially hesitated booking a hotel right in the middle of Asakusa but it turned out to be such a good decision! Once you step out of the lobby you are the heart of Asakusa - amongst the food vendors and izakayas. It was a very lively feeling that we missed when staying in quieter, more isolated areas of Tokyo so it was a fun surprise! The giant Donki store is just steps away and you’ll never run out of things to do. Although the room was small, it had everything we needed and made our stay quite enjoyable! Thanks again to the staff who helped us out with luggage and umbrellas on a rainy day - you will be missed!

So satisfied that I almost don't want to recommend it too much, just in case it becomes too popular and hard to book in the future. The hotel entrance is right on the right side of the road after exiting the B3 elevator at Oshiage Station. The lobby is on the 5th floor. The front desk staff were polite and professional, and importantly, their English was quite good, so communication was seamless. I had originally booked a triple room several months in advance, but halfway through my trip, I happened to check the website and found that a quad room was actually a bit cheaper than the triple. I quickly canceled the old booking and rebooked. When I got to the room, there were four beds, and even with that, we had no problem opening two large suitcases simultaneously. Across from the hotel is the Tokyo Skytree Town mall, which is an excellent choice for casual shopping and dining if you're not looking for luxury brands. On the first floor of the hotel, there's a huge two-story Life supermarket open until midnight, offering a much wider selection than a convenience store. Senso-ji Temple is within a two-kilometer walk, but we didn't have time to visit. To save time getting back to Haneda Airport, we still opted for the direct Asakusa Express train; however, the bus stop is also very close to the hotel.

My kids told me the hotel was clean and tidy, had a laundry room, and there's a convenience store nearby, plus it's close to the subway. I emailed the hotel before checking in to ask about the tax, and they replied promptly. I'll definitely choose this place for my family and friends again next time I visit.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Daimon Station. It's about a 7-8 minute walk to Tokyo Tower. From Haneda Airport, the KK line takes you directly to the hotel in about half an hour. For the return journey to Haneda, you can take the Monorail from Hamamatsucho Station, which also takes around half an hour directly. Downstairs, there's a Starbucks, and within 50 meters, you'll find Matsuya, Yoshinoya, and 7-Eleven, all open 24 hours, so you'll never have trouble finding food, no matter how late you get back. Of course, there are also many ramen shops and izakayas nearby. The room decor is quite new and thoughtfully designed. For instance, the mini-fridge in the room is very quiet, and there's even a separate power switch next to it, so you can turn it off completely if you don't want to hear any sound at all.

The room was very comfortable, quite spacious compared to typical Tokyo rooms. The service was excellent; they offer a great selection of complimentary toiletries, including face masks. It's also very convenient for getting around, just an 8-minute walk to the subway station, making it quick to get to Shinjuku.

Rooms are clean with comfortable beds and pillows. Room size is pretty compact so it can be a little hard to unpack luggage. Location is pretty good.

This hotel boasts a prime location right in the heart of Fukuoka's Tenjin Nishi-dori. It's directly across the street from Iwataya department store and Ichiran Ramen, with Tenjin Underground Mall, various shopping centers, Don Quijote, Zara, trendy fashion streets, the subway, and the Nishitetsu Tenjin express bus terminal all within easy reach. There are also tons of great restaurants within walking distance. The self-check-in process was super convenient, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy, and for Japan, it was actually quite spacious – enough room to open up two suitcases comfortably. The shower had excellent water pressure. My only minor complaints are that the sink is a bit low and the water pressure for the faucet is on the weaker side. This will definitely be my go-to hotel next time I visit Fukuoka!

My three siblings and I booked a triple room! The price was reasonable, the place was clean, and besides a small coffee table, there was also a built-in long table we could use, with decent moving space. The bedding, pillows, and blankets were all of good quality, ensuring a good night's sleep!

The location is excellent, close to the train and subway stations, and near the airport bus stop. There's a large shopping mall just a few shops away. The ramen shops and izakayas near the station are also great. It has everything for eating and entertainment, which is why this is already our second stay, and I believe there will be a 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, and 7th time! 🥰

Our family booked a non-smoking quadruple room for 2 nights. It had one large bed and two single beds, and the space was sufficient. The room was also very clean. The only thing we found a bit unusual was that the bathroom was located at the very back of the room instead of near the entrance. Every evening, adults received a complimentary beer. The hotel is conveniently located right off a pedestrian street, just past the restaurant, and there's a drugstore nearby, which was great for shopping. The hotel breakfast was decent too. Overall, it was a very good stay.

This was the best hotel we stayed at during our trip. The facilities were great, and there was an entrance area perfect for luggage. The triple room was incredibly spacious, which we absolutely loved. The location is excellent, just a short walk to Odori Park and Sapporo Station. Our room was on a corner, offering fantastic street views – perfect for photos! The breakfast set downstairs was delicious, and they also offer dinner which looked very appealing.
