Great hotel right by the sea with a great garden! The restaurant was great! Unfortunately for a 5 star hotel, there was little water in the room and Nespresso machine. There was also no cosmetics or soap! Service in the room was OK

Yesterday, I just arrived at the time and I couldn’t decide whether to book this for three days. I originally decided to bring the baby before leaving or to come by myself. Because it takes four hours to fly in Geneva, I am afraid that he will not be able to make it on the plane. [Like R] Thank you for upgrading my room and allowing me to have a small swimming pool with my own slap. This hotel has two large pools and a children's pool, the hotel is not very green and looks very clean. Three restaurants, buffet, Spanish restaurant and a Fusion restaurant. The buffet is not booked, the other two have to be booked in advance but it is also free. The back door of the hotel can be directly connected to the sea by brushing the room card, or you can go to the seaside. They are restaurants, bars and shops. You can imagine how lively it will be during the peak season. And this street is so long that you can walk 40 ➕ minutes while walking, eating and drinking all the way. The roadside is a five-star hotel. You can see the swimming pool and restaurant of other hotels. You are ready to change to a hotel next time. [Laughing R] c The food is not bad, it is still very cost-effective compared to Switzerland, and the taste is good, I am satisfied [Laughing R] The front desk will give a map when checking-in, It’s quite convenient to want to go to traffic. The room was really small, but we still unfolded the sofa bed and accommodated a family of three - except that the big suitcase could not be unfolded. The iron rack was practical but very low-end, and there was only one universal bath, hair and hand washing water. In Manhattan, for the sake of safety when watching a musical, it was fine. Compared with the Renaissance next door, the room and facilities were inferior. There was no drinking water.

The hotel was warm and welcoming on our arrival.Check in was quick snd easy.we agreed a preferred floor for our stay and were happy to be given a room next door to our daughter and granddaughter as requested.
The room was clean and bright and was changed on the days we required  and always cleaned to a high standard.
Breakfasts were busy even though we changed times to find a quieter time, however there was always plenty of food available and it was always warm. Everything was tasty and fresh. We were welcomed each day whilst giving our room numbers and loved the friendliness of those doing so especially Jennie. Tables were cleaned quickly and plates removed as soon as food was consumed 
The hotel is in a great location close to all amenities

Great hotel for a winter getaway.
The location is great, 200m to the beach (but not too much in party tourism), the motorway is 1 minute away (ideal if you have a rental car and want to have access to the island).
The rooms have a small refrigerator and very comfortable beds.
The food is good for a 4 star hotel.
Great: In winter the outdoor pool is heated (24/25°) and you can even swim in the afternoon in February when the sun is shining!

RIU Concordia is central to beer and skinke street in the second beach series. The beach is accessible in two minutes' walk, as well as many bars, cafes and restaurants. The hotel is located on a street, with which you get in the room as well as nothing, since the windows and doors are sound-dämpfed after the renovation 3 years ago. The rooms are very spacious, the beds are 120 cm larger than average. There is a large selection of German broadcasters in the TV. Breakfast is similar to a good 4-star hotel (although RIE has abolished the Serrano skin). The great friendliness of the staff at the reception and in the restaurant is to be highlighted. We will certainly book the Concordia again!
