Our family of three booked a triple parent-child room. The room was spacious with an open view outside the window. We didn't hear any outside noise during our stay, so it was very quiet. The hotel's location is excellent, with a subway station, Starbucks, and KFC right downstairs, making it extremely convenient for getting around and dining. The hotel's breakfast buffet opens at 6:30 AM and offers both Chinese and Western options. The Chinese-style mini wontons and Suzhou-style noodles were delicious, and the Ding Sheng pastry was freshly steamed. The Western options were a bit limited, but generally sufficient. The hotel lobby on the first floor also sells various cultural and creative products from the Suzhou Museum, saving guests the trouble of going out to buy them, which is a nice touch. The restaurant on the second floor serves Aozhao noodles and Suzhou cuisine. We ordered a smoked fish plain noodle set, crab roe noodles, and celery and dried tofu, and even a bottle of yellow wine since it was cold. Everything tasted great, and the prices were moderate. The only minor drawback is that the hotel's decor feels a bit dated, and the room furniture is slightly old. It would be perfect if it were newer.

This was my first time staying in Shushan Village. The hotel is right at the entrance to the scenic area. There aren't many parking spaces, both above and below ground, so you might have to search during holidays, but on regular days it should be very convenient and free. Just scan the hotel's QR code before exiting the gate. The underground parking lot has direct elevator access to the lobby.

The staff were very friendly, and during check-in, they tried their best to accommodate our room requests. The academy butler also promptly sent important notices to guests via WeChat. The hotel's ground-floor restaurant does good business, and the set menus are affordably priced. A set for two is definitely enough for three people. However, on holidays, it gets crowded, and seating can be an issue, so it's best to go early.

Across from the hotel is Shushan Park, which is more of a natural, ecological forest. We followed the crowds to the wooden boardwalk, passing various snack stalls along the way. The pear orchards were beautiful, though we couldn't go inside. There's tea in spring, bayberries in summer, and pears in autumn, so it's worth visiting at different times of the year.

We came specifically for the hotel's 12 hot springs. I guess not all of them were open during the Qingming Festival. Although there were many tourists, not many people were using the hot springs in the afternoon. During holidays, they're open from 13:00-23:00, which is great for crowd control. There was also ginger tea available in the hot spring area. Overall, it offered good value for money and the ambiance was very charming. On the day of our check-in, we even received snacks and a small gift!

This hotel offers incredible value for money. I booked two rooms last minute for Chinese New Year, and the price was fantastic. I didn't have high expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and elegant the lobby was. You can tell the staff works hard to provide high-quality service and build a good reputation. They offer valet parking, complimentary snacks, and small gifts. Since I was traveling with a baby who needed to nap daily, they even allowed early check-in and late check-out. I had just come from a five-star hotel that cost four times as much, but honestly, I didn't feel any drop in quality because both the facilities and service far exceeded what I paid for. The only minor downsides were that the curtains weren't blackout enough – the curtain rod was set too far in, letting light leak from the top – and the soundproofing wasn't great.

The location is good .  Quiet area with the metro station nearby . 3 stops and you at Suzhou center ( 东方之门） 
Hotel design is very charming and clean. staff is friendly and service good too.  

The breakfast is not so western-ish but at-least had coffee ( : , so all is good .

If you are looking for a good hotel for a good price, this is the right place. 4 star hotel with 4 star service at a good price. The bed was comfortable and the room very big, with even a sofa and a small ''living room'' place. If you are in Suzhou for visiting the city center and the touristic spots, this hotel is  located too far from those, and even the subway station is not very close (800m), it took at least 30 minutes to reach the main city attractions.

The hotel is very good! The room is very clean and the facilities are very new. It is the best hotel in the industrial park. The room rate is a bit high, but the service is also very good! There are many types of breakfast! It is right to choose it!

The room was clean, bright, and tidy. The location was very convenient for getting around. The front desk staff were incredibly warm, enthusiastic, and always willing to help. They even offered tea eggs and white fungus soup for a late-night snack.

Overall, the room was acceptable. However, there are a few things to watch out for. The bathroom isn't a wet/dry separation design; the shower and toilet are in the same area, and the overhead shower had very weak water pressure. Despite being designated as non-smoking, the trash can clearly showed cigarette burn marks. The soundproofing was incredibly poor. I could distinctly hear not only conversations from the hallway but even other guests' phone navigation instructions, as if they were happening right inside my bathroom. Lastly, I strongly advise against using the hotel comb. It wasn't new; it looked visibly discolored from use (as shown in the picture) and had a distinct used smell.

The price is right, breakfast is included, it is close to the subway entrance, there are free fruits when you check in, and there is free Coke and Sprite in the refrigerator. It is better than staying in a loft apar**ent by the river. Several families have to stay in hotels when they travel. The loft apar**ent has one room per floor, and you have to scan your face when you check in. There is no breakfast.

I've stayed at this hotel many times, and as always, I'm very satisfied. The front desk service is thoughtful and attentive, and there's tea available in the lobby. The room arrangement was also great—quiet and clean. All the staff members are very polite, and the entire hotel has a classic and elegant feel. It's very close to the high-speed train station and offers excellent value for money. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time! Highly recommended!

The lobby has many unique features. You can get postcards stamped there, grab freshly ground coffee to go, and try their specialty teas. I recommend the Radix Ophiopogonis and Red Date Beauty Tea – it tastes great. The concierge service for my room was very enthusiastic, and they even upgraded my room type. The view is excellent, and the hotel's location is perfect, close to the subway station. It's also very convenient to get to Wutong Avenue.

What a lovely experience at the hotel. The staff is very friendly, and were extremely helpful. The room was clean and well maintained. 
The hotel breakfast buffet was delicious and had many options including both western and Chinese cuisine. 
The hotel is located in a central area, close to bars, restaurants, malls and many coffee shops.
