The hotel was clean, tidy, and spacious.
Breakfast options were limited.
The hotel offers a shuttle service, but when I arrived at the designated pick-up point from the airport, I had to wait a full 45 minutes for the shuttle. This was partly because I couldn't contact them by phone, and the hotel only uses Line. Whether it was a communication error or something else, I was told it was on its way, then that it had to pick up other guests. It was quite a confusing experience.

Overall, I had a very pleasant stay at Shama Yen-Akat and would happily return.

The Superior Room is spacious and comfortable, especially by Bangkok standards. The hotel is clean and pleasant, with useful facilities for a longer stay, including a welcoming meeting room in the lobby, a nice open rooftop area, guest washing machines, and a practical gym.

A special mention goes to the front desk and concierge teams, who were consistently friendly, attentive and genuinely helpful. In particular, Oat and Mink from the concierge team provided truly exceptional service — always warm, proactive and willing to help with anything I needed. Their attitude and level of service really stood out and made my stay more enjoyable.

The location is quiet and residential. It is not particularly close to the BTS or MRT, but that was not an issue for me. There is also a great local food market directly across the road on Mondays and Fridays.

A minor area for improvement would be the towels and bedding, which could be of slightly higher quality for a hotel at this level.

Overall, the spacious rooms, useful facilities, quiet surroundings and, above all, the excellent staff made this a very comfortable stay. I enjoyed my time here and plan to return.

I am very grateful for the excellent service and support I received during my stay at Shama Sukhumvit. The team was attentive, professional, and always willing to assist whenever needed.
I would particularly like to thank Minnie for her outstanding customer service. She was incredibly helpful, understanding, and responsive, ensuring that any concerns were dealt with promptly and professionally. Her kindness, dedication, and commitment to guest satisfaction made a significant difference to my experience and were greatly appreciated.
Thank you to Minnie and the entire team for making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I truly appreciate the effort and care shown throughout my time here and would be happy to recommend Shama Sukhumvit to others.

Conveniently close to the hospital, but by default, rooms facing the street can be noisy. It's best to check with the front desk if they have rooms overlooking the garden. Otherwise, everything else was good, and the service was excellent.

Our family stayed here for the National Day holiday. Despite the crowd, check-in and room assignment were surprisingly fast. The front desk staff provided excellent service and were very patient throughout. The room was comfortable, and the hotel's large parking lot meant we didn't have to search for a spot, which made getting around stress-free. Overall, we were very satisfied with our experience.

The hotel's location is fantastic, very close to the subway station and shopping areas, making it super convenient for exploring, dining, and entertainment. Parking is also a breeze. Mary, at the front desk, was incredibly warm and polite, answering all my questions in detail. The room comes with a washer-dryer combo, and there's even a small kitchen for cooking, which made it feel just like home – so convenient!

Facilities: very new, well equipped, very convenient.
Hygiene: The whole can be, some details need to be improved and refined, the problem has been talked to the front desk, pay more attention.
Environment: good, convenient transportation in all aspects, the subway is very fast.
Service: Super satisfied, it rained on the day of check-in, took the initiative to help set the umbrella, check-in efficiency is very high, and a quiet room will be specially arranged. The surrounding information is very familiar and provides 100% satisfactory service!

Located in the very convenient Minsheng district, transportation, dining, and shopping are all easily accessible. There are many banks nearby, and Chun Yeung Street and the airport bus stop are just a two-minute walk away. However, the sink in the bathroom is a bit too small.

Regarding transportation, it's conveniently located near Wong Chuk Hang MTR station, just a 3-minute walk away. There's also a drop-off/pick-up area for vehicles on the lower level of the hotel.

For shopping, Southside mall is also a 3-minute walk. You can find dining, shopping, and a supermarket all within the mall, which is very convenient.

While the hotel doesn't have many facilities, the space feels ample. The rooms are very new and clean.

It's worth mentioning that there are two high-quality restaurants next to the hotel lobby, one of which is Michelin-rated. This makes the hotel my top choice in the Southern District. Excellent! 👍

Downstairs, there are all sorts of small shops, so it's basically quiet yet bustling. A short walk takes you to the famous Queen's Road, and it's also quite close to the Japanese supermarket Don Quijote. For shopping and dining, it's near that popular internet-famous noodle shop — I forget the name, but it serves beef brisket and beef noodle soup, I think it's called Kau Kee.
