The hotel amenities are great: the room has a washing machine, fridge, microwave, and induction hob, so you can do laundry and cook, which is very convenient for travelers. I booked a room with a window that opens. The key card stays in the slot, so you can keep the air conditioning on all day even when you're not in the room. Some higher-floor rooms offer lake views.

Regarding the cleanliness issues mentioned by other reviewers, I think it's related to the flooring material. The textured floor easily traps dirt. I wiped it thoroughly with alcohol wipes, and it was fine.

Downstairs, there are restaurants, coffee shops, a Lawson, a 7-Eleven, and several massage parlors, making it quite convenient overall and offering good value for money. The hotel is located on a quiet street, not close to the main road, so it's generally peaceful, and you don't hear much street noise from motorcycles. It also feels relatively safe to walk at night.

There were only two minor inconveniences: one elevator was out of order, leaving only two, which meant long waits. Also, it's a bit of a walk to the subway station, about 10-15 minutes to Sukhumvit MRT (though this also contributes to the quiet atmosphere, and the hotel does offer a shuttle bus).

We had a great time, the room was beautiful, as was the hotel, and the pool was enjoyable with adequate space. We purposely chose this hotel because we know Bangkok and don't want to be in the chaos of more touristy areas, but we're looking for boutique hotels with a soul. The subway and BTS are a 20-30 minute walk away, but that wasn't a problem for us, as we chose it knowing what we were getting into. However, there are Grab/Bolt, etc. if you don't want to walk...we'll definitely be back.

The location of this hotel is very convenient for Muslim travellers, as it is close to Arabic Street and surrounded by halal food options. The BTS station is not very near but still within a reasonable distance; however, it may be slightly challenging for elderly guests or families with strollers.


The hotel itself is superb. The room is spacious, the bathroom is extremely comfortable, and the overall cleanliness and facilities exceeded expectations. The service from the staff was excellent — warm, attentive, and professional. A special mention to Fatu, who was exceptionally helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Excellent location next to Bangkok Hospital for patients and families. 10 min walk to Khlong Saen Saeb public boat stop but no other public transit. On this stay, the first room 8th fl wasn’t perfectly clean and we noticed drain flies in the bathroom. Second room 2nd fl was much better. Main issue: This hotel consistently fails to warn guests ahead of time about scheduled maintenance on the property. Last year they had a scheduled power outage we only learned about on the day. This year they had noisy pool repair construction that necessitated a room move. The front desk staff however are all excellent and super patient.

The hotel didn't significantly raise prices during the Chinese New Year period. The rooms are spacious and even have cooking facilities. It's right next to a subway entrance, making transportation very convenient. The front desk staff were also very helpful. If I come to Hangzhou again, I'll definitely stay at this hotel.

The room was spotless and very tidy, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, making for a pleasant stay. The large floor-to-ceiling windows offered an expansive view, and the nighttime city lights outside were beautiful. The room also came equipped with a microwave, washing machine, stove, and pots and pans. The white porcelain plates and cups looked very appealing. There's also a small square living area, separated from the bedroom by a sliding door, which creates a good sense of space. The bathroom had an electric heated toilet, and the shower area included both a showerhead and a bathtub. I had a bit of trouble figuring out how to use the showerhead—it was a new installation by the hotel—but I must give special praise to Manager Jin, who was on duty that day. He helped resolve the issue, demonstrating great dedication, professionalism, attention to service details, enthusiasm for his work, and incredible thoughtfulness! The breakfast was also excellent; Susie from the breakfast service, the male manager on duty, and the chef and aunties were all wonderful. Overall, the stay truly felt like a home away from home. I will definitely choose this place again!

It’s a new hotel with a nice environment. The Chinese restaurant tastes pretty good. I treated my friends very happily. I’ll choose this place next time I go on a business trip.

Very clean, the hotel looks very new and toiletries are provided (which some hotels don’t these days!!). The wifi connection is very stable and strong.
The shower is very nice, hot water and the water pressure is very sufficient.
The room is slightly small but acceptable at this price range. Location is nice, few minutes away from MTR station and is accessible to food and mall
They brand themselves as apartment but in my opinion it looks more like a hotel, for instance there isn’t any kitchen. However, monthly rental options are available.

The location is excellent, the room facilities are complete, and it's clean and tidy. The mountain view room is beautiful and quiet, absolutely wonderful!

Great location,  in the middle of it all. In the morning, you see traditional stalls with local vegetatables, fruit, flowers. At night, it's right across the street from bars and clubs. Can be a little noisy if you want to sleep early, but a great place if you want to checkout the HK nightlife. Many many restaurants nearby. All the ones we tried  were excellent.
 Metro entrance can be a little confusing - google map showed the entrance much farther until I realized there are multiple entrances, and nearest one is not shown.
The room layout is convenient and spacious. Although the furniture and linens are a little outdated, but still comfortable.
