This was my second stay here. While it's a bit of a walk to Asok BTS station, the hotel's shuttle bus service makes getting around very convenient. There's a 24-hour Lawson convenience store right next to the hotel entrance, and plenty of massage shops across the street. The staff are all very enthusiastic. On our third day, when we returned to the hotel, the housekeeping staff had thoughtfully prepared a clothes drying rack for us, which was a really nice touch!

a fabulous hotel that looks and feels premium. Good service from the staff and has a good restaurant and best of all a rooftop with a view of the city, which you can also walk your dog on if you happen to have one at hand. costs more per night but they provide a good dog package if you have one.

I am very grateful for the excellent service and support I received during my stay at Shama Sukhumvit. The team was attentive, professional, and always willing to assist whenever needed.

Booked for me and my SO, the room is spacious, bathroom looked clean and nice but the toilet is on the side of the bed so can hear water flush during the night so might wanna take in consideration for light sleepers.
The room had rotating TV for bedroom and living room so it’s prettty neat. Had little to none cooking utensils tho.

Chose this hotel for a family trip and everyone was very happy with it. The room was spacious, not cramped at all, with great lighting and ventilation. We felt very comfortable staying there. The front desk lady was super nice and proactively offered advice on routes for sightseeing. It was quiet at night, so the kids slept soundly. Downstairs, there are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores, making dining and shopping very convenient. The value for money far exceeds other hotels in the same price range nearby. I genuinely recommend it to anyone traveling with family.

This was a very satisfying stay. The location is great, with a shopping mall called Tianjie not far across the street, perfect for shopping and dining. The room was clean and well-equipped with amenities like a refrigerator and microwave, making it convenient for preparing simple meals. What truly stands out is the service: because we were attending a concert and worried about unfamiliar routes, Manager Jin personally drove us to the venue. The next day, after hearing we were having trouble getting a taxi to the subway station, he specifically drove us there as well. Such thoughtful service!

It’s a new hotel with a nice environment. The Chinese restaurant tastes pretty good. I treated my friends very happily. I’ll choose this place next time I go on a business trip.

The hotel room's bedding and towels were all very clean. Everything was great, except for the sealed windows. Although it's right next to the road, the windows are well-sealed and soundproof, so my sleep wasn't disturbed. The Indian guy at the front desk spoke fluent Cantonese, which was really impressive. The other two lovely ladies at the front desk also provided excellent service; check-in and check-out were both seamless. When my room door wouldn't open due to low battery, one of the ladies quickly came up and replaced it for me – very efficient service. The hotel's location is also close to Fortress Hill MTR station, making Hong Kong travel very convenient. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and the tram stop is right outside, making it very quick to get to Causeway Bay and Wan Chai. It's an excellent choice for accommodation when visiting Hong Kong. The shower water pressure in the room was great, and the water temperature was stable, making for a comfortable shower. Finally, I must mention that the hotel's toiletries, especially the shampoo, smelled amazing – a lovely milky scent. My hair felt smooth and soft after washing, which I really liked personally. Overall, a very satisfying stay.

I am here for business for a few days , the facility is pretty good with self laundry plus a common kitchen, microwave in the room is very handy but no plates and cutlery only one spoon if only you provide one set of knife spoon fork and chopsticks plus detergent it would be nice as a service apartment! The place is very near Wong Chk Hang mtr station only a few minutes walk ! Price is reasonable for daily housecleaning, I would definitely recommend this to friends and family!

Great location,  in the middle of it all. In the morning, you see traditional stalls with local vegetatables, fruit, flowers. At night, it's right across the street from bars and clubs. Can be a little noisy if you want to sleep early, but a great place if you want to checkout the HK nightlife. Many many restaurants nearby. All the ones we tried  were excellent.
 Metro entrance can be a little confusing - google map showed the entrance much farther until I realized there are multiple entrances, and nearest one is not shown.
The room layout is convenient and spacious. Although the furniture and linens are a little outdated, but still comfortable.
