Extremely satisfied with my stay! The room was clean and quiet, the bedding was comfortable, and Kevin provided excellent, attentive service. The facilities are great, the location is convenient for getting around, and it's excellent value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again next time. Highly recommended! The river view is also beautiful!

The room was spotless and well-maintained, with a cozy atmosphere. We had a distant view of the Huangpu River from our window. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Since we were there for Christmas, the lobby was beautifully decorated with a festive Christmas vibe, providing a warm and comfortable sanctuary from the chilly weather outside. The location is excellent, with convenient transportation, making it a top choice for travelers!

🌟 Five-star quality, budget-friendly price! As a Sheraton under Marriott, the facilities are top-notch and well-maintained. The design is elegant and grand, perfect for both business and leisure. The rooms are spacious with excellent natural light, and the scenic view rooms overlook the bonded zone and the Yangtze River, offering stunning night views. The dining exceeded expectations with three restaurants plus a lounge, featuring a full range of Chinese, Western, and Japanese cuisine. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of fresh ingredients. The Executive Lounge's afternoon tea and Happy Hour are generous, with unlimited chilled seafood, hot dishes, and desserts. The service is attentive yet unobtrusive, with prompt responses. Free parking is available, and it's close to the subway. Compared to hotels of similar caliber in the city, this one offers incredible value for money. Highly recommended!

The environment and service are great, and they're generally very responsive to requests. However, the lack of infrastructure is quite noticeable. We booked a family room, but there were no small step stools for toddlers, no toilet seat for kids, and no bed rail. It was quite inconvenient. If you're offering family suites, these items really should be provided, especially for a five-star hotel. It's not like these are expensive things, and the age of this Sheraton shouldn't be an excuse.  Among the three meals, breakfast was the most satisfactory and met expectations. The other two meals (afternoon tea and dinner) were complimentary simple meals – better than nothing, I suppose. The swimming pool was nice; it wasn't crowded, so we had a great swim.

This trip to Chongming, I stayed at the Sheraton Chongming, and it was a great experience! The hotel lobby is really large and spacious. Check-in was super quick, and the front desk service was excellent – Vivi was particularly helpful and friendly. Then it was off to my room with the key card.

The room's air conditioning was already set to a very comfortable warm temperature, and the lighting was just right. I walked around the room, and it felt very spacious. The shower and toilet were separated from the wet area, and while close to the bed, there was a sliding door for privacy, which was both convenient and effective. Besides the shower, there was also a large bathtub, which was a nice bonus.

The vanity was also quite large with a big mirror. Although the lighting couldn't be adjusted to be super bright, the large mirror made it easy to see clearly when putting on makeup. 

By the bed, there were reading lights and a desk lamp, along with power outlets and USB ports conveniently close, so reading or using my phone was no problem. There was even a row of outlets right next to the desk chair, making it very easy to plug in a laptop or phone, even with a short cable.

Overall, it was a very good stay. While there aren't many amenities nearby, having a car made it very convenient. Plus, the hotel itself is very expansive with lots of greenery. Walking around the hotel grounds, the air quality was absolutely fantastic.

The environment here is elegant and upscale. I even bought a strawberry bear charm at the lobby, and it was very reasonably priced. The surroundings are also great, and the room was clean and comfortable. They offer free parking, and the front desk staff was really welcoming, making the check-in process super fast. Definitely recommend it!

The location is fantastic, with Lujiazui's bustling attractions right at your fingertips. The apartment-style rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the kitchen is fully equipped, making it feel just like home. The service is meticulous, and the cleanliness is impeccable. The pool and gym are top-notch, perfect for both business and leisure. Whether you're staying long-term or just for a short break, it's an excellent choice – highly recommended!

The sea view was absolutely gorgeous, and the gym and pool facilities were excellent. Breakfast offered a fantastic variety of dishes, with an impressive selection of cheeses and a wide range of drinks. The male service staff were not only handsome but also incredibly warm and enthusiastic. This truly confirmed I made an excellent choice for my trip. Highly recommended! 👍

The service was fantastic! I arrived at the hotel at 6 AM, and the staff member kindly let me check in after a short wait. So thoughtful! The room was spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was also good, with hot soup and an omelet. There's a kettle in the room, which is great for making hot drinks! Excellent! The hotel's Turkish bath was also wonderful. A truly great experience. Plus, there's a convenient shuttle bus from the hotel to Taksim Square.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming. The amenities were good, and everything we needed was available.

This stay was absolutely perfect! The hotel's location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk to the city center shopping district, making getting around incredibly convenient. The lobby is elegantly decorated, and the front desk staff were warm and attentive. Check-in was quick, and they thoughtfully introduced the hotel's facilities and nearby recommendations. The room was spacious and bright, with soft and comfortable bedding. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the toiletries were of high quality. The breakfast offered a rich variety, blending Chinese and Western options, with fresh ingredients – even the coffee was delicious. I especially want to commend the room service; they were prompt and polite. Overall, the experience far exceeded my expectations. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit and highly recommend it to everyone!

We had a wonderful family stay at Sheraton Hotels and Resorts in Dubai. Our terrace room had unbeatable views, and the staff were outstanding. A huge thank you to Blessy—she was incredibly attentive to our 2-year-old at the breakfast buffet, which took the pressure off me and my wife when he was a handful. Exceptional service that made our trip so much easier and truly memorable. Highly recommend for families the only downside is the traffic leading into JBR. There’s always traffic but what made it easier during busy times we got dropped off to Bluewater which is across the bridge from the JBR *****. Then we walk back to the hotel which took under 10min and is an amazing walk, but saves you 30min stuck in traffic.

The room was pretty good, and the bed was quite large, making it very family-friendly. It's located right inside the Mall of the Emirates, so dining and shopping were super convenient. It's also not far from the metro station, though you have to walk through the mall to get to it, which is a bit of a roundabout way. Check-in is on the G floor, and to get to your room, you need to take an elevator to the 5th floor and then transfer to another elevator. After check-out, you can store your luggage, and taking the metro to the airport is direct without any transfers, which was really handy.

A magnificent hotel with an ideal location, perfectly situated between the main road and the waterfront. It's a 3-minute walk to the beach, and they provide towels and umbrellas. The room is huge, the bathrobes are soft, the slippers are comfortable, and the bed and pillows are perfect. The service is excellent; they always resolve any issue, even bringing an needle with a thread kit. The soundproofing is also top-notch.

Tip: Ask for a lower floor to avoid waiting in line for the elevators during peak hours.

You will not be disappointed staying in the Sheraton Grand. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay from the moment I arrived to my departure. The hotel is conveniently located a 15 minutes drive from the airport, and a 5-10 minute walk to the metro which is linked to downtown Dubai, approximately taking 20-30 minutes in total to reach the Burj Khalifa. Breakfast was exceptional, with a very extensive selection, and excellent customer service throughout. All the staff were warm, welcoming and attentive. Beautiful rooftop pool and great gym. I would definitely stay here again.
