The only difference between the room types is the floor level. My colleague's 1088 room was on the 7th floor, and my 1588 room was on the 10th floor. The room layouts were identical; just the floors were different.

Also, the front desk service had an attitude problem. There was a tissue box on the round table in the room. When I tried to move it to the bedside table during my stay, I only picked up the top part of the box; the base and tissues fell onto the table, and that's when I realized the tissue box was broken. When checking out, the male receptionist asked about the tissue box. I told him what happened honestly. He then gave a sarcastic snort, like 'Heh, are you saying you didn't break it? Our staff said it was fine before.' I was speechless. If you're going to treat every guest with the mindset that 'customers are liars, customers always make excuses, customers will never admit fault,' then where's the sincerity? Did you thoroughly inspect it? Do I need to call someone over immediately to verify when I find a broken amenity? Is that really necessary?

And finally, please enjoy the nearly 200-RMB breakfast; the stir-fried dishes were beyond words.

Extremely satisfied with the room! The service was attentive and warm. The room itself was very quiet and spacious. Downstairs, there's an underground shopping mall with lots of great food options – I especially loved Xiaogu Jie's Malaxiangguo. The room had a desk, perfect for getting some work done, and even an English-style power outlet. The bed was super comfortable, and I really liked the duvet; its thickness was just right for summer. There were plenty of complimentary bottled waters, which was a thoughtful touch. They even gave us some fruit – a big apple and three oranges. So heartwarming! I'll definitely be back.

This hotel is quite spacious and has a tranquil atmosphere. The guest rooms are generously sized and well-lit. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and helpful; they immediately resolved an issue with the TV remote control in my room. When I scraped my ankle hiking, the front desk kindly provided a band-aid. The breakfast buffet was quite rich, with plenty of pastries, fruits, and coffee available. The freshly made hand-pulled noodles were particularly delicious. During the May Day holiday, the hotel organized a variety of activities for children, including lacquer fan painting and baking, which the kids clearly loved. The pool and hot spring bath on the basement level were at a comfortable temperature, perfect for relieving the day's fatigue. If I have the opportunity, I would definitely stay here again.

Before I even arrived, Sisi from the lobby proactively contacted me to ask about my arrival time and room preferences. When I got there, I found that everything was arranged perfectly. During my stay, she messaged me to check if everything was okay, and once I confirmed there were no issues, she didn't follow up unnecessarily. At checkout, she reminded me to check for my belongings. Throughout my stay, the communication was concise and to the point, without a lot of chatter, but all the important details were taken care of.

The hotel's location is excellent, and the environment is comfortable. It's right next to Guanyinqiao Pedestrian Street, making it super convenient for a relaxing vacation in Chongqing. The lobby also offers complimentary ice jelly and various other Chongqing snacks.

The hotel had a great vibe for the May Day holiday. The environment was nice, and the large parking lot was perfect for those driving. The rooms were clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the service was excellent. We participated in a small activity, and my child loved the little gift they received.

I never write a review. I have to make an exception for this hotel today. It’s amazing. I often go to Chongqing. This is the most unique hotel I have found so far. First of all, the location is good. You can walk to the most core place of Guanyin Bridge in ten minutes. Check in, there is a charging parking space in the single building, When you enter the door, you can see the light rail on your head when you look up at the front desk. The sun room is simply the only daytime coffee in Chongqing. At night, you can drink beer here. The boss also took the best floor facing the street to do shared office and self-service laundry and 24-hour fitness. This is really not what I thought. Later, the waiter said that this is to let the guests dare to show themselves, make their own masters in their own field (as if it is so back), and the waiter was particularly proud to introduce that all the selections are made in China, promoting Chinese culture and local elements of Chongqing. The lobby map introduced the few delicious foods next to it that really didn’t step on the thunder, and they dared to share their feelings.
Good behavior like, bought the canvas bag displayed in the lobby, it is not too beautiful, the room guest control is very convenient, the room details are in place, the room door is double-layered soundproofing, closed door and closed door sound insulation, this other hotel has not seen it, care enough to see. I like breakfast and the pride that this hotel waiter brings when introducing the product. I wish this hotel a fire in Chongqing! !

The room was spacious and clean, and all the staff were very polite. Breakfast had a slightly limited variety, but the taste was decent. I forgot my phone and facial cleanser when checking out. After speaking with the staff, I returned to the room and found that the cleaning auntie had already neatly set aside my forgotten items. Thumbs up!

Sanitation: Each room has its own sanitary facilities, clean and tidy
Service: I felt the hospitality as soon as I arrived at the hotel. A large plate of fruit was sent. The electric car was available on call. The two drivers I met were a tall young man and a middle-aged master. They were very thoughtful. 👍The sister who manages the hot springs cleaned the pool carefully. The hot spring water is level one, but I was told that the water temperature can only be maintained for 2 hours. In fact, the water temperature is a bit high and the children can't stand it
