The room was quite spacious, and booking a twin room with 1.35m beds was convenient for us with two kids. The front desk and housekeeping staff were very attentive and friendly. We returned from sightseeing on the first day to find a fresh fruit platter, and there was plenty of drinking water. The location is excellent, with all sorts of food options within walking distance. The Line 8 subway entrance is just a few meters across the street, which is extremely convenient. Highly recommended! After exploring for two days, we found that taking the subway one stop to Jinyu Hutong or walking all the way to the Imperial Ancestral Temple and Forbidden City was even faster than taking a taxi.

The only thing I feel could be improved is the revolving door at the hotel entrance; the perfume scent was way too strong, giving it a very Southeast Asian feel. My child even said it made them feel a bit nauseous.

The hotel's location and service were decent. However, I have to complain about the complimentary bottled water in the room. It was terrible quality; the bottle was so flimsy, you could tell right away it was cheap. The worst part was that the cap was incredibly difficult to open. My 17-year-old son struggled with it for ages, and I even had to get out my Swiss Army knife to try and cut around the lid, but still couldn't open it! I'm genuinely speechless that a hotel would provide such poor-quality bottled water to its guests. I rarely leave negative feedback – usually, it's compliments – but this really infuriated me. I hope the hotel sees this message and realizes that it's not worth saving a few pennies on such bad bottled water. Please provide slightly better quality water...

This hotel is quite spacious and has a tranquil atmosphere. The guest rooms are generously sized and well-lit. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and helpful; they immediately resolved an issue with the TV remote control in my room. When I scraped my ankle hiking, the front desk kindly provided a band-aid. The breakfast buffet was quite rich, with plenty of pastries, fruits, and coffee available. The freshly made hand-pulled noodles were particularly delicious. During the May Day holiday, the hotel organized a variety of activities for children, including lacquer fan painting and baking, which the kids clearly loved. The pool and hot spring bath on the basement level were at a comfortable temperature, perfect for relieving the day's fatigue. If I have the opportunity, I would definitely stay here again.

Before checking in, I received a call from Manager SiSi (assume 楒楒 is a name) in the lobby. We chatted for a few minutes, and she understood all my needs. When I arrived, the room was already set up exactly as we discussed. During my stay, she checked in twice: once to ask if there were enough hangers in the closet, and another time to ask if the bathroom anti-slip mat needed replacing. These were very specific points, not a vague “How was your stay?”. She focused directly on practical usage details. This way of doing things is very genuine and thoughtful.

The hotel had a great vibe for the May Day holiday. The environment was nice, and the large parking lot was perfect for those driving. The rooms were clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the service was excellent. We participated in a small activity, and my child loved the little gift they received.

Giving it a five-star rating out of habit, but I do have a few complaints: The shower only has shampoo and body wash, no conditioner. They only provide two bottles of cheap Ice Dew mineral water, and you have to call room service for more, whereas before they used to provide four or six. The outlets are definitely old; charging plugs easily fall out. If you don't specifically ask the front desk, they only give you one key card and don't proactively offer an extra for charging. The price of Tower A remains stubbornly high, and the occupancy rate isn't what it used to be, judging by the emptier parking lot. With more and more new hotels popping up nearby, there are now more choices. If they don't make some changes, it's going to be tough for them. Also, the toilet flush is weak, and there's no place to put your phone.

Facilities: The villa is fully equipped, including hot springs, mahjong TV, etc.
Sanitation: Each room has its own sanitary facilities, clean and tidy
Service: I felt the hospitality as soon as I arrived at the hotel. A large plate of fruit was sent. The electric car was available on call. The two drivers I met were a tall young man and a middle-aged master. They were very thoughtful. 👍The sister who manages the hot springs cleaned the pool carefully. The hot spring water is level one, but I was told that the water temperature can only be maintained for 2 hours. In fact, the water temperature is a bit high and the children can't stand it
