I chose this hotel because I wanted to visit the Forbidden City the next day. It's not far from the Capital Theater and the National Art Museum of China, and only two subway stops from the Forbidden City.

The hotel itself has a great ambiance, with traditional courtyards (Siheyuan) visible from the windows. About a ten-minute walk away, there's a popular bakery, a coffee shop, and the 'Sound on Paper' bookstore, giving the area a rich cultural vibe.

The breakfast was excellent and very nutritious. It was perfect to grab breakfast and then head straight to the Forbidden City, making the timing just right. If I come to Beijing again, I'd definitely consider staying here.

The hotel's room service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. Before arrival, they proactively called to ask about any special room requests. After checking in, our luggage was delivered directly to our room, and we were even greeted with welcome fruit and a handwritten welcome letter. During our stay, April, our butler, was always quick to respond and deliver whenever we messaged her for laundry service, power strips, or anything else we needed. Her service was professional and efficient. The hotel breakfast was a definite highlight, with Fujian fish balls and rouyan (swallow dumplings) being unique and delicious. The room itself was spacious, featuring a separate living room, bedroom, and two bathrooms, which was very convenient.

Xin Yang and Du Yu at the front desk upgraded the room type for free and provided very considerate service. I had a very pleasant stay [heart][heart][heart][shy]. This hotel is very close to Xiangshan, next to a food street. Turn left and go uphill from the main gate to the main gate of Xiangshan. The environment is very quiet. The gym in the underground area is open at night but not during the day. The swimming pool is open during the day and at night. A fruit platter was given and I slept very well. This location is very private and not noisy at all. Although the whole hotel is a bit old, the service is good overall. I told the front desk that I needed water and the service staff delivered it in five minutes. Thumbs up! A very good vacation experience. High cost performance! After living abroad for forty years, this is my first time visiting Guanyinqiao since returning to China. What was once farmland is now a bustling commercial district, which fills me with emotion.

Century Golden Resources gave me a wonderful experience. Its excellent location, spacious rooms, attentive service, warm welcome, good soundproofing, and comfortable mattress all contributed to making me feel right at home and ensured a peaceful night's sleep.

The interior's warm orange glow contrasted beautifully with the twinkling lights outside.

While there's still room for improvement, it undoubtedly lives up to its five-star rating.

Location: The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! It's right next to the subway station and a bustling commercial area, and you can walk to major attractions in just 5 minutes. There are tons of dining and shopping options nearby, making it super convenient for both getting around and relaxing. It perfectly meets the needs for a short trip.

Facilities Experience: The room was clean and tidy, with soft and comfortable bedding. The air conditioning and hot water systems worked perfectly. The bathroom had a well-designed wet and dry separation, and the toiletries were of good quality. The gym and lounge areas in the public spaces were also very practical. Overall, the facilities are well-maintained, and the stay experience was excellent!

Service Details: From check-in to check-out, the staff were consistently warm and attentive. The front desk was efficient, and they even proactively offered suggestions for local attractions. Room service was prompt, and the daily cleaning was very thorough. Special shoutout to Ou Ou★, the service was excellent!

The hotel's front desk staff, Ms. Chen, were fantastic! They patiently answered my questions during check-in and provided excellent restaurant recommendations. They even gave me a small gift upon check-out. The attention to detail was spotless. The staff were warm and attentive, and they even provided helpful recommendations for nearby attractions. The room was clean and tidy, and the value for money was excellent. I'd definitely stay here again!

The room facilities are very complete. Basically, whether you are on a business trip or taking your children out for fun, you will choose Jinyuan Hotel. The room is large, the environment is very good, the price is acceptable, the breakfast is also very rich, especially the front desk staff is very good, they will prepare children's slippers and sanitary ware for the children

The location of the hotel is OK, the carpet is very dirty, it feels like it hasn't been cleaned for a long time! There are many varieties of breakfast but the quality is poor! The front desk registration service will not take the initiative to greet guests to register, and will wait for guests to ask if they can check in! The room cleaning is a bit sloppy, and bath towels and other items are forgotten! The sound insulation effect of the room is really poor, and the sound of the elevator can be heard very clearly!

[Exceeding Expectations] This hotel is definitely worthy of a five-star recommendation! From the moment you step into the lobby, the friendly smiles and efficient service of the staff make you feel warm. The new Chinese-style guest rooms are elegant and exquisite, the city night view outside the floor-to-ceiling windows is intoxicating, and the bedding is skin-friendly and soft, making people fall asleep in seconds. The dry and wet separation design of the bathroom area is considerate, and the full set of smart toilets and high-end toiletries show the quality. The buffet breakfast is particularly amazing, the Chinese and Western stalls are steaming hot, and you can even eat the local specialty rice noodle rolls. The location is even better, a 5-minute walk to the subway station, and the surrounding business districts are particularly convenient. When I checked out, the front desk also gave me handmade cookies. Such meticulous service is touching. I have recommended it to all my friends. I will definitely choose here again next time I come to this city!

I brought my kids to Fuzhou for the May Day holiday and arrived at the hotel late at night. Deputy Manager Zheng arranged a quiet room for me. Although the room was not on a very high floor, it was very quiet and had a good view. The hotel breakfast was also OK. The hotel parking lot is large, so you don't have to worry about parking even if you travel during the May Day holiday. It's worth staying.
