This hotel is right off Shennan Avenue, making it super convenient whether you're driving or taking the metro. There are plenty of amenities nearby, so dining and shopping are a breeze. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped. The shuttle service was excellent. You can get straight to the airport from Huaqiang Road and Fuxing metro stations, and Tianmian bus station is also very close by.

Great value for money. Located at a very local area with great food choices. Walking distance to METRO and Sea World. The breakfast was decent and enough to start your day. Front office staff was helpful and check in was smooth.

Business trip, very comfortable stay, the front desk check-in was fast, the front desk Xiaowen service was very good, the hotel facilities and equipment are complete, the environment is very good, the sanitation is very clean, business trips often choose here, the breakfast is also very good.

帶家人國慶來贛州玩，訂了格蘭雲天酒店，真的選對了呢，尤其是他家的早餐，直接把我吃嗨了

先説吃的，種類也太豐富了！西式的有薯條、香腸、各種麪包，還有我最愛的玉米，啃起來又甜又糯。中式有餛飩，河粉，熱菜燉得特別入味。還有好多新鮮水果，火龍果都特別甜，現做的點心也很絕，那個小蛋糕入口即化。關鍵是食材都很新鮮，吃着就很放心，不管是長者小孩還是年輕人，都能找到自己愛吃的，我家娃在甜品區就不肯走了，拿着小夾子選得可開心了～
環境也乾淨，餐廳裏的大理石枱麪鋥亮，餐具也都跟新的一樣。座位很舒服，尤其是那個大長桌，一家人或者朋友一起吃特別有氛圍。窗外的景色也不錯，早上陽光透進來，吃着早餐心情都變好了。服務員也很貼心，看到餐盤快滿了就會來收，整個用餐過程特別順暢。

總之，這次在贛州格蘭雲天酒店的體驗真的絕了，環境乾淨又舒服，吃的種類多還好吃，來贛州旅遊的朋友，一定推薦哦

酒店位置非常好，就在高鐵瑞金站旁邊，下樓過個街就到了。酒店早餐也很豐富，服務非常好，晚上到的由於是從廣東趕路來的，有一些臟的衣物需要清洗，和酒店前台小姐姐説了，衣服直接掛在門上就有人來取，洗好還有人送來，這點非常棒！免費。前台還有免費升級了房間，非常感謝！前台接待小姐姐也很有禮貌。
不好的體驗有兩點
1.清明節時間入住的，那時候天氣還是比較悶熱的，居然沒有空調，開了一個多小時沒有效果打前台問了説開制熱和製冷都不行，沒有提供，衹能通風，很不可理喻
2.答應酒店前台小姐姐幫他寫點評的就一定會寫，加了微信，微信上隔一段時間就會發過來要求寫點評，還會打電話來，這點體感很差
總體這個價格和服務還是值得的

The hotel was renovated a while ago, but it's well-preserved and kept fairly clean and tidy. The room wasn't large, but we were upgraded to the executive floor. The hotel's underground parking garage isn't big, but it was very clean. The elevator goes directly to the lobby. The two young ladies at the front desk were very professional, spoke softly, and always had a smile on their faces; they answered almost all our questions. They also gave us directions to Taiping Ancient Street and recommended some good local restaurants to help us avoid making a bad choice. There were washer-dryers available, and the breakfast was decent and met our standards.

The top recommendation for local hotels, but the experience is average.

🧹Soundproofing/Hygiene:
The sound insulation is poor, normal conversations outside the room can be clearly heard, drainage sounds can be heard from time to time in the shower room, and construction noise from the construction site outside the window can be heard in the room. The toilet is clogged.
Hygiene is acceptable.

🏘️️️Room type/layout:
If you want a non-smoking room, the front desk said that the hotel has all non-smoking rooms, but you smell smoke as soon as you enter the room. After changing rooms, you still see the ashtray, but there is no smoke smell.
