The hotel was great, very clean and tidy. They kindly upgraded my room for free and allowed a late check-out until 2 PM. They even gave me a bookmark! The front desk lady was very nice and gentle. I left in a hurry so I didn't take any photos.

Great value for money. Located at a very local area with great food choices. Walking distance to METRO and Sea World. The breakfast was decent and enough to start your day. Front office staff was helpful and check in was smooth.

Good location for people attending exhibition in Shenzhen but location is a bit remote and amenities a bit old.

The overall experience of the hotel is very good, the room is clean and tidy, the lighting and ventilation are very good, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and I sleep until dawn. The location is convenient, the travel is very convenient, the front desk service is warm and thoughtful, responsive, and the attitude is particularly good. The facilities are complete and well maintained, the sound insulation effect is ideal, quiet and not noisy. The hotel was renovated a while ago, but it's well-preserved and kept fairly clean and tidy. The room wasn't large, but we were upgraded to the executive floor. The hotel's underground parking garage isn't big, but it was very clean. The elevator goes directly to the lobby. The two young ladies at the front desk were very professional, spoke softly, and always had a smile on their faces; they answered almost all our questions. They also gave us directions to Taiping Ancient Street and recommended some good local restaurants to help us avoid making a bad choice. There were washer-dryers available, and the breakfast was decent and met our standards.

The room is very clean, the breakfast is quite good, there is a robot at the front desk to deliver groceries, the lady at the front desk is very good, and she will remind me about the construction in the future.
