The hotel was very clean and service was very good. Receptionists were very kind and patient with my requests and I highly recommend this place to anybody visiting Shenzhen.

I used Ctrip points to redeem the double breakfast benefit. I didn’t expect that children over 1.2 meters would have to buy breakfast. It cost 18 yuan. The experience was not very good. Most hotels offer free breakfast for children under 1.4 meters or under 17 years old. This is the first time I encountered 1.2. The hotel restaurant charges for every meter. The breakfast is quite rich, with both Chinese and Western dishes. It tastes good. The freshly ground coffee is great and the matcha mousse is delicious.
