This hotel boasts a prime location right on Shennan Zhong Road. It's just a 5-minute walk to Fuxing Station on Metro Line 11, and Central Park is directly across the street. Getting to Futian High-Speed Rail Station and Huaqiangbei Electronic Market is incredibly convenient, and taxis can drop you off right at the entrance.

The front desk staff, Xiao Che, was very efficient during check-in. The room itself has a simple yet elegant design with abundant natural light. The Xiaodu smart home system is a real convenience; I could control the lights, curtains, and air conditioning all by voice. The bedding was soft and gentle on the skin, ensuring an excellent night's sleep. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the hot water came quickly and maintained a steady temperature. The Panpuri toiletries had a wonderfully sophisticated scent.

The only downsides to this room type were its small size and lack of a window; otherwise, everything was perfect. The room was clean and hygienic, hot water was plentiful, the bed was comfortably firm, and the free breakfast was extensive. All the hotel staff were incredibly warm and hospitable, providing great emotional value. Plus, the nearby old-school restaurant, Huayang Restaurant, has amazing food! 👍 Next time I'm in Shenzhen, I'll definitely stay here again.

Business trip, very comfortable stay, the front desk check-in was fast, the front desk Xiaowen service was very good, the hotel facilities and equipment are complete, the environment is very good, the sanitation is very clean, business trips often choose here, the breakfast is also very good.

酒店前台姑娘服務極好，説話温和，態度特別好，親切，笑容好。房間裏設備應有盡有，窗簾可以語音控制自動開合，馬桶是智能的，洗澡下水很通暢，總之一切都很好，沒有壞的需要維修的，硬件過硬。房間是雙層隔音玻璃，挺隔音的，一夜好眠。酒店有很大的停車場，有地下和地面停車場，免費停車。離景區也不遠，開車打車都很方便。很好的一個酒店，下次還會選擇格蘭雲天酒店入住。

Great location, very clean lobby and room, friendly staff. The only gripe I have is smoking is somewhat allowed. The initial room I was given smelled strongly of cigarette. However front desk staff quickly help changed a room, which still has a tinge of cigarette smell but was much better. The bar fridge is switched on only when needed. But when I open the fridge, the super strong cigarette smell came out and hit me instantly. There are also guests who smoke at the walkway and at lift lobby. This alone is bad. Everything else is great, no complaints.

🧹Soundproofing/Hygiene:
The sound insulation is poor, normal conversations outside the room can be clearly heard, drainage sounds can be heard from time to time in the shower room, and construction noise from the construction site outside the window can be heard in the room. The toilet is clogged.
Hygiene is acceptable.

If you want a non-smoking room, the front desk said that the hotel has all non-smoking rooms, but you smell smoke as soon as you enter the room. After changing rooms, you still see the ashtray, but there is no smoke smell.
