I booked a premium room but was very disappointed with the experience. The highlight (or lowlight) was the “view” from my room, which directly overlooked the busy hotel lobby instead of anything scenic or relaxing.

Other major issues included electrical sockets—4 out of 5 didn’t work at all—and completely unreliable WiFi. It showed as connected but provided no internet access whatsoever, which was frustrating for our first trip as a couple.

The breakfast buffet was also underwhelming. The Western section had just a few pieces of bread with very limited options overall.
Would not recommend this hotel for the price point. 

Needs significant improvements in rooms, connectivity, and food quality.

The only downsides to this room type were its small size and lack of a window; otherwise, everything was perfect. The room was clean and hygienic, hot water was plentiful, the bed was comfortably firm, and the free breakfast was extensive. All the hotel staff were incredibly warm and hospitable, providing great emotional value. Plus, the nearby old-school restaurant, Huayang Restaurant, has amazing food! 👍 Next time I'm in Shenzhen, I'll definitely stay here again.

There is also a wedding service in the lobby, which is very messy and the elevator is difficult to wait.

The only advantage: the basement has plenty of parking spaces and has a slow charging pile.

The check-in experience is very good, the hotel location is super convenient, about 5 minutes from the station. Xiao Zhu and Xiao Xie at the front desk were particularly enthusiastic, and the check-in was very fast and felt very intimate. The room was clean and tidy, the sound insulation was good, the mattress was moderately hard and soft, the sleep was very comfortable, the bathroom was separated from wet and dry, and the sanitary details were in place. The breakfast is rich in variety, the freshly cooked noodles and noodles are delicious, the desserts are also very exquisite, full of goodwill, and I will consider it next time I come to Ruijin.

The hotel was renovated a while ago, but it's well-preserved and kept fairly clean and tidy. The room wasn't large, but we were upgraded to the executive floor. The hotel's underground parking garage isn't big, but it was very clean. The elevator goes directly to the lobby. The two young ladies at the front desk were very professional, spoke softly, and always had a smile on their faces; they answered almost all our questions. They also gave us directions to Taiping Ancient Street and recommended some good local restaurants to help us avoid making a bad choice. There were washer-dryers available, and the breakfast was decent and met our standards.

The room is very clean, the breakfast is quite good, there is a robot at the front desk to deliver groceries, the lady at the front desk is very good, and she will remind me about the construction in the future.
