Very near to airport and best pick if have early morning flight as the traffic to airport is quite heavy! 10 mins walk to metro also make the location more accessible.
The bedsheet is very impressively soft and comfortable! Large window that make the spaces much spacious!

My experience with Sofitel Dubai Downtown was outstanding from start to finish. I had originally booked the hotel for a friend, but when plans changed, the team was incredibly kind and accommodating in transferring the reservation to my name without any hassle.
I then stayed at the hotel for 9 nights, and every aspect of the experience exceeded my expectations. The rooms were elegant, spacious, and impeccably maintained, the facilities were excellent, and the location was perfect for exploring Dubai. What truly stood out was the exceptional service—every staff member was professional, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to making guests feel welcome. The breakfast was fantastic, the atmosphere throughout the hotel was luxurious yet comfortable, and the attention to detail was evident in everything they did. After spending more than a week there, I can confidently say this hotel is absolute perfection. I would not hesitate to stay again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a first-class experience in Dubai.

During my two-day stay, the master bedroom's bathtub and shower were unusable. The water temperature was too low, reaching a maximum of 39 degrees Celsius even when turned up all the way, and it wouldn't maintain that temperature. Hotel staff came to check and discuss three times, each time claiming the equipment was working fine and advising that the bathtub shouldn't be filled more than halfway with hot water. However, in reality, the hot water in the tub only lasted for 2-3 minutes before turning lukewarm. The entire bathing experience cooled down within 5 minutes, leaving not even enough lukewarm water for a shower. The second bedroom had the same issue; after the first person used it, even waiting over half an hour wasn't enough for the next person to have a complete hot shower. This is unacceptable for a 5-star hotel and doesn't meet its service standards. The entire communication process severely disrupted our travel plans. Furthermore, from the night of check-in until the next morning, all four phones in our suite were unable to connect to the front desk for assistance. Eventually, we had to rely on Trip.com to contact staff to come to our standalone building for repairs.

On the positive side, the suite had good views. At the breakfast buffet, when we asked if they had Spanish coffee, they initially said no, but then directly brought us a prepared cup, which was a nice touch and made us feel a bit touched.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Opéra Garnier and major shopping malls, with a metro station just a three-minute walk away! They offer a wide variety of breakfast options, and the staff are friendly. The hotel environment is comfortable and the hygiene is excellent!

A wonderful hotel in the very center of Paris! Excellent service! Freshly renovated. But expensive for rooms of this size. If you are traveling by car, you must ask the hotel to order a pass in advance. The hotel is located on a street closed to traffic.

The hotel is quiet despite being in a bustling area, and the location is quite good. It's very close to the Champs-Élysées and the Arc de Triomphe, both within walking distance. The only downsides are that the room is a bit small and the breakfast selection is very limited.

The hotel has a very convenient location, close to the Arc de Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower, as well as a subway station. It's ideal for tourists. There are many good restaurants around the hotel, and supermarkets are also nearby. The hotel staff are very friendly and attentive.

Great location! You can even see the Oriental Pearl Tower from the 16th floor. The staff were very friendly, and the decor was lovely. I also appreciated the good security measures – you need a room card to access the upper floors. It's not far from the subway station either.

I'd definitely choose this hotel again next time.

The exterior is luxurious, and the lighting at night is absolutely beautiful. The hotel's dining service is excellent, and the overall service level is high. The hardware is well-maintained, and the rooms are spacious and clean. We encountered a minor issue, but the manager resolved it quickly.
