The room was pretty decent for being in the city. We booked the half-board option, choosing breakfast and dinner. However, there was a discrepancy regarding dinner; the front desk and the restaurant staff told us different things. We were initially told both the second and third-floor restaurants were options. When we went to the second floor, they said no, and it took some back-and-forth communication to resolve it. Then, at the third-floor restaurant, they also said no, despite the front desk confirming it was fine. We went back to the third-floor restaurant, and again, they refused. Isn't this something that should be synchronized internally within the hotel?

This hotel is truly incredible value for money. I had such a great experience from start to finish. The views are absolutely spectacular. From my room, I could even see the Dubai Frame, which made it feel extra special.

The location couldn’t be better. It’s so easy to get around the city from here, whether you’re exploring or heading out for dinner. And having a mall connected to the hotel was honestly the best part. It made everything so convenient and stress-free.

I would definitely stay here again.

We had an awesome experience at Sofitel, hope to visit again. Room was nice and clean, we had a restful stay. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of options, and they were all scrumptious.

During my two-day stay, the master bedroom's bathtub and shower were unusable. The water temperature was too low, reaching a maximum of 39 degrees Celsius even when turned up all the way, and it wouldn't maintain that temperature. Hotel staff came to check and discuss three times, each time claiming the equipment was working fine and advising that the bathtub shouldn't be filled more than halfway with hot water. However, in reality, the hot water in the tub only lasted for 2-3 minutes before turning lukewarm. The entire bathing experience cooled down within 5 minutes, leaving not even enough lukewarm water for a shower. The second bedroom had the same issue; after the first person used it, even waiting over half an hour wasn't enough for the next person to have a complete hot shower. This is unacceptable for a 5-star hotel and doesn't meet its service standards. The entire communication process severely disrupted our travel plans. Furthermore, from the night of check-in until the next morning, all four phones in our suite were unable to connect to the front desk for assistance. Eventually, we had to rely on Trip.com to contact staff to come to our standalone building for repairs.

On the positive side, the suite had good views. At the breakfast buffet, when we asked if they had Spanish coffee, they initially said no, but then directly brought us a prepared cup, which was a nice touch and made us feel a bit touched.

I’m not sure if Paris is just expensive in general, but… this place doesn’t really feel like a 5-star hotel.
There’s a musty, almost moldy smell in the room, and the water pressure is so low that it took me forever to take a shower. 😩
But then again, the last 5-star hotel I stayed at didn’t even have hot water, so… I guess low water pressure is something I can live with.

They did upgrade my room, but honestly… aside from being bigger, there’s not much to like.
Since it’s just the two of us, we don’t really need a larger room anyway.
The whole place — from the room itself to the building and even the elevator — feels old and a bit unpleasant.
For a 5-star hotel, it’s really disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend it.

There’s an InterContinental right across the street, and the staff there actually greeted guests properly.
It was around the same price, and honestly, I wish I had stayed there instead.
The staff here are very kind, but apart from that, I have to be honest about what really matters to me.

I do appreciate the room upgrade, 
but truely the hotel facilities are disappointing.

The room was quite spacious. We stayed for several days, and because we arrived at the hotel early on an early flight, the staff confirmed room availability and let us check in early – very thoughtful!

They greeted us warmly every time we came in and out.

The room provided two bottles of water, coffee, tea bags, and toiletries daily; the quality was good, and the bedding was also good, ensuring a comfortable sleep.

The breakfast was excellent; the selection wasn't extensive, but the food was quite delicious. The only downside was that all the dishes were the same for all five nights – no variety.

The location is also quite convenient; both the subway and Champs-Élysées are within walking distance, making it a fantastic choice.

The hotel has a very convenient location, close to the Arc de Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower, as well as a subway station. It's ideal for tourists. There are many good restaurants around the hotel, and supermarkets are also nearby. The hotel staff are very friendly and attentive.

What is the experience of a five-star hotel without heating on a day of 10 degrees to 8 degrees? It really happened to me, and it was a Sofitel. Anyway, I caught a cold directly on the second day after staying, and the windows were closed tightly. The equipment Everything else is nonsense. I complained to the front desk the next day. Anyway, the attitude was very sincere, but the problem had occurred and the facilities were very backward. The front desk service was very enthusiastic and communicated with me from the perspective of the guest. Anyway, it is a five-star hotel in Paris. It's really hard to describe

What a fantastic hotel find! The location is superb, making it incredibly convenient for exploring. Shane, one of the staff members, was so enthusiastic and thoughtful, and Alan had an exceptionally good attitude. The room views were stunning, and the cleanliness was impeccable. This accommodation truly enhanced my entire trip! I was traveling with two children, and they not only upgraded my room for free but also gave us complimentary breakfast. The service is absolutely amazing – this isn't a paid review, I genuinely loved it so much that I immediately extended my stay!

The hotel has a grand, European feel. The front desk and restaurant staff provide excellent service, and the rooms are cleaned very thoroughly. The cleaning ladies I met in the hallway were very friendly and greeted me warmly. The lobby is quite picturesque, especially looking down at the breakfast area on the lower level – it's beautiful. I'll definitely bring my family to stay here next time.
