**Exceptional Value for Money:** Compared to hotels of similar size and quality in the city center (such as Siam Square or Sukhumvit Road), the room rates here are much more affordable, and the rooms are more spacious.

The hotel lobby is comfortably designed, and every staff member is friendly and welcoming with a smile. The room, located on the top floor, is very comfortable, featuring a terrace and a homey feel. The room was impeccably clean, which is commendable! The pool, while not very large, is sunny and perfectly adequate for enjoying the sunshine. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Bangkok.🥰

I highly recommend this hotel. We chose it for its convenient location. The rooms are fresh, and the amenities and furnishings are excellent. There's a restaurant and bar with a view on the rooftop. The staff works very efficiently, cohesively, and professionally. I recommend it.

It's Thailand! Yeah! Somerset Sukhumvit! It's fantastic! The hotel has an excellent location (on one of my favorite streets), and I got an early check-in plus a free room upgrade – from a small to a larger one! The lobby and front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, and I had a great chat with them! The room was very comfortable, clean, and hygienic, with a nice color scheme and complete facilities. I enjoyed the high-rise city view and had an amazing night's sleep; the air conditioning was completely silent, not a single noise, and the soundproofing was excellent! The disposable slippers were thick and very comfortable to wear. The 9th floor has a restaurant, pool, bar, and gym – everything you need! I will definitely stay here again next time! Finally, I want to thank Trip.com, as it was through them that I discovered and experienced Ascott around the world! From now on, whether traveling or on business in any country, I will prioritize choosing hotels under the ASR Ascott Group! It's clearly superior! 💪💪💪😎😎😎

Had a really pleasant stay at Somerset Maison Asoke Bangkok. The room was very clean, modern, and comfortable. The bed was cozy, and the amenities were excellent especially in-room washing machine which made the stay super convenient. The staff were friendly, professional, and always helpful. The location was also great, with easy access to Asoke and plenty of restaurants nearby. Overall, it was definitely worth the price and I would happily stay here again 😊

Balcony & washing machine are so handy . The rooms are very generous sizing .

The washer pressure & temp were so so good. 

Breakfast choices are rotated from day to day . So you never get bored. 

Everything you need is in the street . I like the 1st massage place . 

It’s way to get or order transport & the lovely door people will help 💜

Bed was abit hard for me but you can ask for a pillow topper .

The hotel's location is super convenient. You can easily hail a taxi to Zhujiang New Town, Canton Tower, Ersha Island, and Beijing Road Pedestrian Street. Plus, you can walk to explore the authentic old Guangzhou residential areas or head to Wanda Plaza, which has a fantastic selection of dining and shopping options. (Just a heads-up, when crossing a pedestrian bridge, you might encounter a group of rather aggressive moped drivers in helmets trying to solicit rides – just ignore them.)

This hotel was perfect for attending Chen Chusheng's concert. It's just one subway stop from University Town, so getting back to the hotel quickly after the show was a breeze. A big shout-out to Guangzhou's excellent management; the order was fantastic! The hotel's location deserves full marks – it's right by subway exit A, super close! 😁 The higher floor offered great views, and the room was spacious. The breakfast had delicious bread and waffles 🧇, tasty freshly made rice noodles, and plenty of fruit. We enjoyed the views while we ate. Both the floor staff and the ground floor attendants were very friendly. If you have time, you can also walk along the greenway on the island. The only downside is the price, around 500 a night, but overall, it was a good experience.

The apartment is very spacious. Main room has ensuite bathroom with bathtub. Toilet with electronic bidet seat. Second bedroom has a super single bed, we paid for an extra bed. Second toilet in kitchen is clean. Well equipped kitchen. There is washing machine and dryer as well. Just that the carpet is a bit worn out and initially there is a weird smell upon entering the apartment but after opening the windows & airing the place, all is good. Aircon and shower works well. Overall is great for us. There are security at lobby which is great. Staff are friendly and professional. Location is great. Steps away from VT101, walking distance to Grand View mall, many shopping malls and metro station.

Staff is very nice and helpful, room is clean.
However it is strange that the facilities is not a really 5 star hotel, very nearly 3.5-4.
Rooms are not beautiful as photo shown and looks old, even the wooden door need close carefully as it is not able to lock smoothly.

Only very basic/ necessary toiletries like shampoo and soap is provided in room. no teeth brush and lotion. 
The room have a sign that you may ask for item by request, however frontdesk sometimes forgot and do not provide quickly.

it is disappointing that is 5 star rated hotel, top 13 best hotel but not with everything we expected.

The room was excellent, and the location was great too. There's a small convenience store and a KFC downstairs, plus it's super easy to catch a taxi. The front desk staff spoke good English. Highly recommend!

The facilities are complete, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff at the front desk, housekeeping, and the doorman are all incredibly friendly. The pool is a bit cold for this weather. The breakfast restaurant is a little small, but the breakfast quality is quite good. You can borrow bicycles for free, and there are a few roads nearby with less traffic that are suitable for cycling. There are quite a few unfinished buildings around West Lake.

It was a bit difficult to get a taxi on the morning of Chinese New Year's Day, probably because everyone was visiting relatives ^_^

A small suggestion: it would be great if there were some instructions for the kitchen appliances. We spent a long time trying to figure out how to turn on the range hood, and a staff member eventually had to help us. It also took a while to figure out how to use the induction cooktop.
