This was my first time staying in this area, as I usually stay around Phetchaburi whenever I visit Bangkok. I decided to try something different this trip, and overall, it was a pleasant experience.

The hotel is apartment-style and comes fully equipped with a kitchen, making it ideal for families or longer stays. Our unit had two bedrooms — one with a king-sized bed and another with two single beds. It also came with three bathrooms, which was a huge plus as everyone could get ready comfortably without having to wait.

The location is very convenient, with a shopping mall within walking distance and a 7-Eleven located just below the hotel. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. We were pleasantly surprised to find beautiful origami creations left on our beds, which added a thoughtful and personal touch to our stay.

The only downside was that the TV’s Wi-Fi connection was a little unstable. When connecting to YouTube, the videos tended to buffer and lag frequently.

Overall, a comfortable and spacious stay with an excellent location and warm hospitality. I would consider staying here again on my next visit to Bangkok.

Coming back from Pattaya by bus, it took about 10 minutes to walk from Ekkamai station to the hotel, which was a bit inconvenient with a big suitcase. However, as I got closer to the hotel, the staff at the entrance were incredibly welcoming and immediately offered to help with my luggage. When I booked this hotel, I didn't have many expectations, just went for a recognized international chain. But during check-in, I noticed they also have a pool, and while taking the elevator, I saw there's a free shuttle service. Overall, it's quite a well-thought-out hotel.

We had a very pleasant stay at Somerset Sukhumvit 71 Bangkok. Check-in was easy and smooth with welcome infused water, and the on-site café was excellent, with delicious breakfast pastries. The beds were firm and clean, the room was comfortable, and housekeeping did a great job cleaning and making our beds daily. We also appreciated that both of our rooms were booked next to each other, which made travelling as a family much easier. Our fourteen-year-old’s bed was already made up upon arrival, which was a thoughtful touch.
John, the concierge, was outstanding. He managed to book a same-day bike tour for our family of six and also kindly arranged our airport transfer. His service truly stood out and made our stay even better.
Our only disappointment was New Year’s Eve. We had planned to ring in the new year at the rooftop venue, but it was fully booked. I had messaged the hotel in advance through the Trip app but didn’t receive a response. Instead, we followed a restaurant recommendation from the front desk, only to arrive 56 minutes before closing and be told the kitchen was already closed. Two other nearby restaurants were also closed, so we ended up grabbing snacks from the 7-Eleven across the street. The hotel kindly unlocked our balcony so we could at least watch the fireworks from our room.
The rooftop restaurant is beautiful, and the pool area is also very nice, although the water was quite cold, so we didn’t swim. The location is a bit far out, but overall, we enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it and booked a third night. A great hotel with excellent service, especially from the concierge, and we would happily stay again.

It's Thailand! Yeah! Somerset Sukhumvit! It's fantastic! The hotel has an excellent location (on one of my favorite streets), and I got an early check-in plus a free room upgrade – from a small to a larger one! The lobby and front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, and I had a great chat with them! The room was very comfortable, clean, and hygienic, with a nice color scheme and complete facilities. I enjoyed the high-rise city view and had an amazing night's sleep; the air conditioning was completely silent, not a single noise, and the soundproofing was excellent! The disposable slippers were thick and very comfortable to wear. The 9th floor has a restaurant, pool, bar, and gym – everything you need! I will definitely stay here again next time! Finally, I want to thank Trip.com, as it was through them that I discovered and experienced Ascott around the world! From now on, whether traveling or on business in any country, I will prioritize choosing hotels under the ASR Ascott Group! It's clearly superior! 💪💪💪😎😎😎

Loved my stay here! The property is tucked away on Sukhumvit Soi 23, which is about a 10 minute walk to the Asok BTS and Sukhumvit MRT. If you are feeling lazy, they have a shuttle, and there is a 7 Eleven right across the street which is super clutch.
The rooms are great! really modern and minimalist with huge windows that let in tons of light. It is also very practical for work, with plenty of USB ports and universal sockets everywhere. Plus, the infinity pool is a vibe.
I have to emphasize that the staff were really nice and made me feel so welcome. Also, the breakfast was a total highlight; they have an amazing Nutella machine that I am still thinking about. Such a great experience! All the staff were helpful even the housekeeping

The hotel environment is very good, but I think the duvet needs to be changed! They are especially warm towards Westerners, but just so-so towards Chinese people! They bow and greet Westerners in the elevator, but I've never seen them greet Chinese people in the elevator! Especially that tall male staff member with a comb in his pocket.

The room was spacious and bright, and the hotel's location right on a commercial street made it incredibly convenient for going out, taking the subway, or catching a train. The new hardware facilities were all top-notch, really enhancing the guest experience. My child sitting by the bed reading a book painted such a beautiful picture...

This hotel apartment is our top choice for family trips! The facilities are new (the full kitchen setup, especially the oven, is fantastic!), the location is superb (right above the subway station!), and the environment is lovely (great for a relaxing stroll by the river!). The service is attentive and responsible; they respond quickly to issues and are effective at resolving them.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to both Futian and Shenzhen Bay Port, making travel incredibly convenient. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Ethan at the front desk was warm and attentive, and handled check-in and check-out efficiently. Overall, the experience was superb, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Shenzhen!

This hotel locates at a very good site with walking distance to the famous train station and shopping area.  The hotel lobby is glamorous and service men are polite.  Our room is quiet and has a good view to see the city at 15 floor.    The size of the room is big enough for our family stay and we can freely use the space just like home.  Bed sheet is clean and room size is enough for just 3 of us also with 2 toilets and shower.  There is also a big kitchen with big bottle of distilled water available.  This is not only a hotel room but a residence for family stay.
 Varieties of choices for noodle shops and coffee shops were also within walking distances, they can all be found out via Google map. You will never know all those nicely decorate coffee shops, bars and fashion shops are hid upstairs that need your exploration I will surely come again to choose this hotel.

The room was very satisfying, clean, tidy, and odorless. Being on a high floor, it was very quiet at night. Every time I come to Vietnam for business, I stay here. Sometimes the hotel is very popular, so you need to book in advance, otherwise there won't be any availability.

The facilities are complete, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff at the front desk, housekeeping, and the doorman are all incredibly friendly. The pool is a bit cold for this weather. The breakfast restaurant is a little small, but the breakfast quality is quite good. You can borrow bicycles for free, and there are a few roads nearby with less traffic that are suitable for cycling. There are quite a few unfinished buildings around West Lake.

It was a bit difficult to get a taxi on the morning of Chinese New Year's Day, probably because everyone was visiting relatives ^_^

A small suggestion: it would be great if there were some instructions for the kitchen appliances. We spent a long time trying to figure out how to turn on the range hood, and a staff member eventually had to help us. It also took a while to figure out how to use the induction cooktop.
