Traveling with a child, we didn't have to pay extra for an existing bed, and the twin beds could be pushed together. For 750 (without breakfast) during Chinese New Year, it was decent for a family of three. The hotel is apartment-style, and the staff were generally enthusiastic. We were given a high-floor room. Although the soundproofing wasn't great, the street noise was tolerable. Our child left a note, and the staff folded animal towels, which was a nice touch. The pool was also quite large. Many Chinese guests stay here, and the surrounding amenities are good, with an embassy nearby.

The downsides are that regular rooms don't have laundry facilities, so you'd have to find a laundromat in a nearby alley. Also, the breakfast restaurant had a strong smell; I was glad we didn't include breakfast. They offer a complimentary BTS day pass upon check-in, but some staff might forget, so remember to ask for it!

Overall, if the price is right, staying in an apartment suite would be even better.

It’s my 2nd time staying at this hotel, and although there were a few hiccups this round, overall it was still a pleasant and enjoyable experience!
The hotel staff remain as welcoming and helpful as ever. I’m absolutely obsessed with the TAO BIN beverage vending machine at the lobby!
Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with a 2-in-1 washing machine and dryer, as well as a microwave — perfect for daily convenience. However, we did encounter an issue with the dryer during our stay. The maintenance technician spoke little to no English, which made communication quite challenging, and we weren’t entirely confident that he knew how to resolve the issue.

Thankfully, the front desk care team quickly stepped in and efficiently arranged for us to move to another room within 20 minutes. They spoke good English, were patient, and handled the situation very professionally.

Once we moved to the Executive Two-Bedroom Serviced Residence, everything worked perfectly, and the rest of our stay was smooth and comfortable.
Despite the minor inconvenience, the staff’s responsiveness and warm service made our stay a great one overall.

Oh... it's hard. The hotel is very aesthetic and the first impression is great. Very nice restaurant and bar.

The room was equipped with everything you need, including bathrobes and an ironing board. Very comfortable bed. But unfortunately, I already know why there were no photos of the bathroom - it is very small, and the ceiling is probably at a height of 2.20m. And mold/dirty, dingy fugues... that shouldn't happen.

Breakfasts are tasty, but not very rich - on the plus side, different dishes are served every day. Several imported products such as Parmesan or Pepperoni.

Unfortunately, we had an unpleasant situation at the bar, where we were ignored by the staff and the door was closed ahead of time.

Honestly, I expected more. It's not a bad hotel, but I won't be going back in the future.

Service apartment was very clean and spacious. Most importantly it’s quiet and was a good getaway from the hustle and bustle of BKK. Free shuttle service to nearby train service.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Stay in the Heart of Bangkok!

I had a wonderful experience at Somerset Maison Asoke Bangkok. The hotel is modern, clean, and perfectly located — close to public transport, shopping areas, and great restaurants. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a kitchenette and washing machine.

The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. The rooftop pool and gym are fantastic spots to relax after exploring the city. It really felt like a home away from home.

Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers — I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Bangkok!

Staff are so so lovely   . 

Balcony & washing machine are so handy . The rooms are very generous sizing .

The washer pressure & temp were so so good. 

Breakfast choices are rotated from day to day . So you never get bored. 

Everything you need is in the street . I like the 1st massage place . 

It’s way to get or order transport & the lovely door people will help 💜

Bed was abit hard for me but you can ask for a pillow topper .

The cleanliness wasn't thorough, and breakfast was quite poor. There were very few chefs working (only one uncle at the noodle station).

One very confusing thing about the hotel: I called to ask for a few more bottles of mineral water and was told there would be a charge of 3 yuan per bottle. (The bottled water brand is Bing Lu, which likely costs less than 0.5 yuan per bottle when bought in bulk.) It's hard to understand the logic behind this cost-cutting measure in the room. How much KPI can management gain by providing 1-2 fewer bottles of water? I believe the cost of an extra set of toiletries is far greater than the value of two bottles of water. The hotel management clearly hasn't done their math and needs to reconsider.

This is my third time staying at this hotel, and I always book the one-bedroom suite, which is perfect for families. This visit, I borrowed the hotel's pots and pans and cooked for my family three times – it really felt like home! Every stay here is simply wonderful!

Great location with plenty of local snacks nearby. The service was quite good, even during the National Day holiday, and the surroundings were very quiet. The only downside was that the shower area in the two-bedroom guest bathroom was a bit small and didn't have a wet/dry separation.

Good price for 4 people in a 2BR suite at a price of triple room in other hotel.  Hotel is close to train street and Michelin restaurants like La Badiane and Quan An Ngon that you need to book in advance thro their facebook page or official website.

The location is still good although have to travel around 15 minutes to the town. However, we encountered heavy rain/ typhoon days during our trip. During heavy rain, there is no taxi / grab available to pick us from the hotel (I guess the area near west lake area)  to the town although the shops at the town still opens. This situation is not expected, and we have to stay in the hotel area for one day. 

Most of the hotel staff is good and very friendly , except one male staff named Eric Nguyen. He pretended to respond to you but he did not really follow-up / help you. When we asked other staff , then our question is immediately responded / solved.

A Coffee shop and a convenient store is nearby the hotel. Location of the hotel is easy to go any place in the city.

Hotel room is big and clean. We need to have brwakfast at a restaurant 20 meters away from hotel, npt so many choices.
