Very satisfied, the staff were really nice and helpful. The room was a bit small, but everything else was great!

I really liked the hotel's spacious grounds, which include a beautiful garden, a flowing artificial river, and large swimming pools, one of which has warm water. The beautiful beach has two restaurants and cafes. Various activities are offered. We spent a very lazy time. The waiters working on the beach quickly brought coffee and cocktails. Bottled water is always within walking distance. The Steigenberger hotel chain offers access to restaurants from their line located nearby (Chinese, Japanese, Mediterranean, etc.), all free of charge. The atmosphere is very calm. In the evening, there is live music in the huge lobby. The hotel is located on a secluded alley with its own shops and a pedestrian area, beautifully decorated for the New Year. The room is spacious, with separate sleeping and living areas, and a private balcony with a sun lounger. The bathroom has a bathtub and shower. The service is unobtrusive; I would even say well-trained. The food is wonderful, there's everything you could want. The buffet system doesn't limit your cravings. In short, I highly recommend it.👍

It's great that it's only for adults. You can use all the other hotels and restaurants of the same hotel group for free, all of which are 5 minutes away. The beach belonging to the hotel is very small. There are not enough sun loungers in the pool area. The service is great.

There aren't many hotel options in Luxor, and this one offers the best value for a five-star hotel. While the facilities are a bit dated, the service and maintenance are excellent. More importantly, this hotel isn't in the bustling city center, but it's not too far either. Anyone who's stayed in downtown areas of other Egyptian cities will know what that means: no honking, no motorcycles, no noise – you can actually get a good night's sleep. I've stayed here twice; once before and then again after returning from Aswan.

had a wonderful stay at Steigenberger Nile Palace in Luxor. The hotel is elegant, clean, and very well maintained. The staff were professional, friendly, and always attentive. The room was spacious, comfortable, and offered a relaxing atmosphere. The location is excellent, right on the Nile with beautiful views. The facilities and overall service were excellent. It was a very pleasant and memorable stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Luxor.

We booked a two-bedroom suite for three days over the New Year's holidays. As a New Year's gift from the hotel, they upgraded us to a two-story penthouse! It had 5 bedrooms and a massive living room. A big thank you to the hotel for that. The hotel itself shares the building with another 5-star hotel, and the neighboring hotel seems to have a slightly better property.

The Al Hamra hotel grounds are small, with two heated pools, a bar, and a gym. We opted for breakfast, which was quite decent, but if you arrive late, the selection is meager (we're late risers). The beach is about a 100-meter walk across a huge stretch of sand. There were sun loungers and water sports available, but no beach bar. Nobody minded though; we'd just grab canned beer from the poolside bar and take it to the beach.

Al Hamra Mall, with a grocery supermarket and food court, is about a 20-minute walk away.

Overall, I'm happy with our stay. The only downside was the lack of basic kitchenware in the kitchen, just glasses.
