The hotel was exceptionally clean and tidy. It was recommended by my foreign colleagues for my business trip to Shanghai. The surrounding area is bustling, located in the core business district of Jing'an Temple, making it very convenient for subway travel, shopping, and sightseeing. The bedding in the room was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a good night's rest for my business trip. I happened to be there during a typhoon with heavy rain in Shanghai, and I particularly appreciate the doorman who promptly helped with my luggage. The front desk and room service were professional and attentive. The executive lounge experience was outstanding, with excellent food. From the room window, I could enjoy panoramic views of the beautiful surroundings.

This hotel was recommended by a friend, and when I checked in, I chose a suite. At the front desk, Evan told me about an executive privilege on the 30th floor, which included access to the executive lounge. I didn't even know about it! The staff member who checked me in was very professional. The executive lounge itself is also lovely; it's not huge, but there's a happy hour in the evening with a buffet and drinks, which was quite good. I'll definitely come back next time.

A beautiful and clean hotel, close to the Grand Mosque in Mecca, with friendly staff. Many thanks and appreciation to those serving the guests of Allah.

Easy access to masjidil haram from hotel lobby and elderly friendly. To polish a bit more on customer service skills. Over and all, nice place to stay for your umrah especially.

I have stayed at this hotel for the past five years, but after this experience, I will never return. The main reason is the behaviour of Pupa, the manager. Her rudeness and appalling way of speaking to guests during check-in were completely unacceptable. It was the worst hotel experience I have ever had in Dubai. The room also had terrible air conditioning, fixed at 22°C and constantly switching off during the night, making it impossible to sleep. Staying at this hotel can easily ruin your holiday.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Stay at Swissôtel!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Swissôtel. Everything was perfect—from the warm welcome and friendly staff to the beautiful rooms and excellent service. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and truly luxurious.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special and enjoyable. Their hospitality, professionalism, and kindness made us feel very welcome. The facilities, location, food, and overall atmosphere were outstanding.

Thank you, Swissôtel, for making our stay so memorable. We truly enjoyed every moment and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and exceptional experience. We can’t wait to visit again! ❤️⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
