We only stayed a few hours at the hotel until our flight but the service we received was incredible. Had our luggage carried to our room, the room was well equippedand the view over the pool was lovely. We had food delivered to our room and all the staff were so friendly and lovely. Then they offered a free shuttle to the airport. We were very impressed overall and would be a hotel we would book again

I recently stayed at Yello Hotel Kuta Beachwalk Bali for 5 nights in a Deluxe Room, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming—always greeting me with a smile whether I was coming in or heading out. Their friendliness really made me feel at home throughout my stay.

The hotel itself was spotless. Both the common areas and my room were consistently clean and tidy, which made the stay even more comfortable. My Deluxe Room was well-kept, cozy, and modern, offering everything I needed for a relaxing getaway.

The location is perfect, being right by Beachwalk Mall and just steps away from the beach, which made it easy to enjoy both shopping and sunsets. Overall, Yello Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kuta, and I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Bali.

We stayed for 7 days. The location is ideal, as it is near both the beach and the airport. The room looks amazing and is cleaned properly. However, the service could be improved; housekeeping and room service often do not answer calls, so we had to always call reception instead. Additionally, requested items or services often arrive hours later. The breakfast is buffet-style, but the options are quite limited. The hotel has a small gym, and the pool is not deep, but the view is stunning. Lastly, please check your pillows. We had to ask the hotel to change them twice (the uploaded photo is the second set they sent), and we had to go to the reception to show photos of the state of the pillows.

It is a cosy hotel with good food at Harrissimo. Luckily our room was not road facing, so it was quieter. The walls are thin so you can hear people talking from neighbouring rooms. The staff service is excellent though.The cleanliness of the curtains and bedsheets etc, not that great. But it was still a comfortable stay and they have free buggy services to the beach twice a day! The massage in Inelsya Spa opposite was great and value-for-money. There are convenience stores nearby.

Excellent staff, great manager. While not too walkable area it’s right next to galleria mall which make it great convenience  and very short grab ride away to the beach. Recommended specially if you want to stay away from the crazy crowded area

Traffic is bad for the location so has to buffer additional travelling time.
The shower area is a bit moldy if not would have given higher score for cleanliness.
Service was excellent and reply promptly to WhatsApp messages during their office hours.

Facilities not really impressive (relatively small pool and gym).
Would have been nice if:
- there's private beach access
- massage service can start earlier the 10am
- provide more kids friendly amenities like child seats and bath tub etc.
- doors (e.g. bedroom and toilet) should be able to lock from the inside, instead we have to request for keys
- provide scissor for the kitchen

Nice rooms and location, 
good price and environment is nice even though in renovation, received free upgrade with attentive and very friendly staff. the rest my stay is nice and perfect for my honeymoon vibes

There are 2 hotels around this neighbourhood that Ive tried. Harris and Aston. 

I must say Harris offers a much better experience. 

The staffs are equally friendly and very polite as many of the locals are. 

It is the environment of the hotel that stands out. It is bright, spacious and vibrant that resonates to make you feel energetic and you dont feel these eerie feelings when you stay there. 

I have frequented this hotel for every time I was in Bali but had tried Aston a couple of times and I have decided that it is much better to stay at Harris the next time around. 

Car parking is also much easier. There is a nearby convenience store with ATM and there is a small warung that sells very good nasi goreng near the traffic light.

I enjoyed my stay and I was surprised by how calm it was inside the hotel. The decoration is done with a tasteful touch. The staff make you all feel welcome. Check in and out was great. I was able to stay and do some work after checking out. The restaurant food and drinks were very good. Portions were a bit small for me but it seems to be the case outside too. The hotel guests enjoyed great discounts at the restaurant, the happy hours is also available as room service. 
Every night a weather card was distributed for the following day. And you could top up your water bottle or hing else if needed. 
This boutique hotel is definitely keeper. I had a nice end of my stay in Bali thanks to Maison Aurelia. Thank you 🙏

It was a good stay. The staffs were really friendly at the desk as well as downstairs. There is a mini mall below where you can find a mart, some f&b. The stay also felt safe and cozzy😊

Room was spacious. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent in particular the soto betawi. I thought I booked a room with a bathtub but bathtub wasn't there in the room we were given. I stayed at level 15 room. At night, it was kinda noisy from the roads.

Though the room appears clean but there were several defects that should be fixed before the room is rented out.
1. The hair dryer was spoiled. Asked for replacement and it didn't happen.
2. The bathroom exhaust not working. As a result the smell spilled into the room. The bathroom mirror was fogged by the hot shower.
3. The bath enclosure drainage was choked. Causing water flooding during shower.
4. The hand shower hose was broken, water jetting from the connection and splashed all over.
5. Aircon controller was malfunction and could not set the temperature properly. We were awaken with sweat all over our head in the middle of the night cos it was too hot 

With above reasons overall I could only rate them 1 star out of 5.

After long time no stay in this hotel, service is very suck, no helpfull receptionist, many staff no have solution & very bad service over all. For the man who be receptionist and hotel manager please learn who to give excellent service, cause youre job is it give the best service.

I recently stayed at Harris Hotel Puri Mansion. The room was spacious and comfortable—ideal for families or groups of friends. However, there were several aspects of the stay that could be improved.

First, there were quite a lot of ants in the room, which was unpleasant. The layout of the hotel was also a bit awkward. The lift doesn’t connect directly to the swimming pool or café area. To get to breakfast, you have to take the lift to the lobby, then take an escalator down to the café—definitely not the most convenient setup.

Another major downside was the lift itself. Although both lifts were supposedly operating, the waiting time were extremely long—felt like only one was working. It was frustrating having to wait so long every time we needed to go up or down.

Lastly, the hotel is located a bit of a drive away from the main road, so it’s not the most accessible if you’re on foot or relying on public transport.

Overall, while the room is suitable for small groups and families, the stay had a few inconveniences that affected the overall experience.

Was feel good about the stay at Kimaya as it near to the place that I wanted to go, just that I had requested the non smoking room, and they assign it to, I no sure is the filter got problem or what, I keep smell a strong smoking smell and the did tell them the same. Maybe they should check on the Toilet smoke extractor

The room is spacious; however, the bathroom amenities need improvement, as they did not have a shower cap when I requested one.

The water in room 609 also had an unpleasant smell, and the towels and linens were very grey in color. As part of the Ascott Group, Fox Lite Grogol should improve the cleanliness of their linens.

That said, the service was excellent—fast response, hospitable staff, and quick check-in and check-out processes.
