The hotel itself is good. Stylish and cozy rooms, and a decent breakfast. We opted for half-board. Dinner could be had either at the European restaurant where breakfast was served, or at the Mexican restaurant. We tried both and enjoyed them. There were 3 choices: appetizer, main course, and dessert. The only downside of the hotel is its location. It's far from everything. There are only 4 shuttle services: 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM to Dubai Mall, and 2:00 PM and, I think, 5:00 PM to Mall of Emirates. It takes about 30-35 minutes to get to Dubai Mall. A taxi to the nearest metro station, Internet City, costs about 40 dirhams, which isn't very cost-effective. I wish there were more free shuttles, especially to the beach. If more shuttles were provided, everything would be perfect.

Excellent hotel with a very pleasant, spacious room and fresh renovation. The huge pool offers a nice view (though there's construction going on across the street right now). Breakfasts are decent. You can even walk to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa, but it will take about 35 minutes with beautiful views along the way. There's a lovely promenade near the hotel. The only downside I can mention is the small gym.

The staff is very professional. The room is very spacious, and the pool is lovely. There's also a beautiful view of the canal.

This used to be a Wyndham hotel, but it's changed names now. This time, there were a lot of Eastern Europeans and Russians.

The guy at the front desk: Mu Mingzhong, he speaks Chinese really well 👍

The bell staff also provided excellent service, their names are in the picture.

The hotel's location is fantastic, right in the Marina. There's a supermarket and restaurants right outside. Just across the street is the yacht club's bay, which is great! 👍

I had the most amazing stay at this hotel. I was only there for one night as this was a stop over for my travel to Nice, France. However, myself and my sibling had the best room, with the most draw dropping view of the Eiffel. The indoor pool on the lower level was also a bonus as Paris was experiencing a heat wave. It was the perfect amenity to relax in during the hot weather. Would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the Troccadero vicinity.

The location was very good as it is a short walk to the Eiffel Tower and lots of restaurants. The hotel staff were excellent and very helpful. The hotel itself is a bit old but has a nice traditional Parisian charm. The room layout is very small and the bathtub/shower is elevated high above the floor meaning it can be a dangerous when stepping out when it is wet.

Overall it was a good stay for a very affordable price in a prime location.

Generally, the hotel was nice. Good facilities and easy access, 10m from the Gare du nord and Gare de East on foot. I started to think that Awesome breakfast is Mercure thing. Since I had stayed 2 Mercure and both of them offered similar, and terrific breakfast. The hotel is very cost-effective. I'd recommend to my coworkers.

We had a wonderful time in Singapore, staying at this hotel. I'd like to highlight a few points:
1. Cleanliness and a very pleasant scent. The room was cleaned daily.
2. Friendly and customer-oriented staff. They checked us in 3 hours early and even congratulated us on our wedding anniversary, which was a lovely touch.
3. Delicious breakfasts. Plenty of variety, and the chef prepares eggs to order. The fruit served in jars was a nice convenience.
4. Excellent location. The MRT (subway) and bus stops are both nearby.
5. We received coffee shop coupons upon check-in, which was a thoughtful and convenient bonus.
6. The rooftop pool was fantastic, especially after a hot day.

One minor detail about the air conditioning: it automatically turns off when the balcony blinds are open. However, if the blinds are closed, it continues to work even if the balcony door is open. Also worth noting: the air conditioner in the room was quite noisy, and there was construction happening next to the hotel.

We recommend this hotel and would gladly return!

The suite room size isn't huge for Singapore, but standard rooms here are tiny, so a suite at least gives you some space to move around. I found a cockroach on the first day, but after I killed it, I didn't see any more. That's pretty common in a tropical place like Southeast Asia, but the hotel should still step up their pest control. I chose this hotel mainly for its convenient location; it's right next to the MRT station, making getting around super easy. The service was pretty good too. While breakfast isn't a buffet, it's still quite substantial, and you can pick and choose what you want, which is nice.

Generally was a good experience as I managed to check in early and only waited in the lobby for awhile. Forgot to bring my bank card to be put on hold but it was okay. The room was really small, as all boutique hotels usually are. I saw this body milk and it seemed expired past its prime been many years so I didn’t dare use it. Everything in the mini bar is chargeable. What I didn’t like was that I wasn’t able to change the two breakfast to a dinner instead as I was staying by myself. They didn’t have that option when I was booking on trip. I also feel that shavers should generally be provided to everyone without asking. Breakfast option was really scrumptious. Overall I enjoyed my stay!
