The staff were really friendly, and the location is quite good too. It's just five subway stops directly from Universal, and then a short taxi ride of a few bucks gets you right to the hotel. We got a free upgrade to a family room, which was decent. The only downside was that the projector was pay-per-view. They also offer a shuttle to Universal with two early morning runs, but we woke up too late to catch it. A taxi there wasn't much anyway, about 20 yuan. Overall, it's pretty good value for money.

The location is pretty good, very close to Dashilar. However, the room type was disappointing. The window was really high up, which made the room feel cramped and immediately uncomfortable. The room also doesn't get any sunlight, which likely encourages bacteria growth. I thought all traditional courtyard houses would be like a proper Siheyuan, but this one was just a改装 (renovated/modified) version. As for the service, one male staff member was quite indifferent, but the two female staff members were very nice. The facilities were okay; the smart toilet was good. However, the hot water was scalding, and I couldn't adjust it to a comfortable temperature, so I ended up taking a burning hot shower. I originally booked this place to see the peach blossoms at Sanlihe Park, but there wasn't much to see there. I'd recommend going to Jingshan Park instead for a panoramic view of the Forbidden City.

🦝Room: The overall hygiene in the house is good, and the items are neatly placed. And the items are complete. The overall intelligence is quite convenient. Sun room. The overall space is also quite large.

🦝Check-out: Check-out procedures are quite fast, just hand in the room card.
🦝Summary: The overall service is quite good, there are robots to deliver meals, and swiping the card upstairs also ensures safety. 🦝
Suggestions: The yellow round table is not very stable, the two doors of the bathroom are not closed tightly, and the door of the shower room is difficult to open when it is completely closed, and the door can only be left ajar.

I chose this hotel last minute for a date with my boyfriend. It had a high rating on Ctrip and was very close to the subway station.

There's a small garden on the seventh floor, which was a shame we couldn't enjoy because it was raining. Otherwise, I would have loved to sit there. Overall, it was great, and the air conditioning in the room worked really well!

The hotel's breakfast noodles and rice vermicelli are a must-try! 👍 They were even better than the ones we bought at a small noodle shop the night before!

The front desk staff deserve a huge shout-out as well. They were so helpful in storing our luggage, and when we came to pick it up, seeing we had a lot of bags, they even offered us a hotel bag to combine them. That was a really thoughtful gesture!

My overall stay was fantastic! The room was spotless, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing me to sleep soundly through the night. The front desk staff were warm and efficient, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The location is superb, very convenient for getting around, and it offers great value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again!

The hotel is located in a more local, down-to-earth area, but it's prominent and easy to find. The lobby has a nice ambiance, and the check-in process was standard for a hotel. We were upgraded to a family room for free, which was quite spacious. The bathroom fixtures felt a bit dated, and while the bedding was fine, the desk and other furniture looked a bit old. There was always a strong hot pot smell drifting in from the window. We were on the fourth floor, which is also where the restaurant is located.

Very convenient, parking is also convenient. Breakfast was pretty good too. Across the bridge is the urban business district, and shopping is also very convenient.

I came to Suzhou on a business trip and chose a hotel near Xutu Port. The experience was great! The transportation is extremely convenient. The hotel is very close to Xutu Port Station on Metro Line 2. It is only a few minutes' walk away, and it is convenient to go to various attractions in Suzhou. The surrounding business atmosphere is very strong, with Global Harbor, Rainbow Shopping Center, etc., as well as a street for dining, entertainment and leisure, so you don't have to worry about shopping and eating.

The hotel lobby has a unique design, with warm gray marble floors and walnut grilles, and the abstract ink painting design on the background wall of the front desk, showing the charm of Jiangnan. The ”City Living Room” is suitable for leisure and office. Drinking coffee in front of the floor-to-ceiling window in the afternoon, the atmosphere is directly full.

The room is warmly decorated, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and you can sleep until dawn. The facilities are also complete, with 24-hour hot water, free wireless WIFI, high-definition LCD TV, etc., and the sanitation is cleaned every day, spotless.

Very satisfied with this stay! The location of the hotel is easy to find, the front desk check-in is fast, and the surrounding food is also introduced. The room was spotless and there was no smell, the bedding was soft and slept well, the bathroom was dry and wet, and the hot water was enough. The soundproofing was good and the night was quiet.
