We were planning a trip to Universal Studios and found this hotel nearby. We were a family of three, and luckily they had a family room available, which wasn't too expensive. The hotel has parking in both the front and back, which was super convenient for us since we were driving! They also offer a shuttle service to Universal Studios and you can even rent Harry Potter outfits. The hotel features a delivery robot for room service, and in our room, everything was voice-controlled via Xiaodu (a smart assistant). The shower had great water pressure, and the toilet was smart with a bidet function! We booked a giant screen room, and while the screen was large, it was a projector, so it only looked good with all the lights off. It wasn't as clear as a regular TV and didn't fill the whole screen, so it felt a bit pointless. The front desk staff were also very enthusiastic and accommodating, always ready to help. They solved a lot of issues for us, so big thumbs up to them!

The only downside is that the soundproofing in the room isn't great. We could hear people talking loudly next door, and unfortunately, we had some inconsiderate guests who watched TV loudly late into the night, which really disturbed our sleep.

Facilities are very new and they even have smart toilets. Hygiene is excellent; I'll definitely be back. Service is great, and the location is fantastic – very close to Qianmen, just a short walk away. There are many great food options nearby, and the owner gave some excellent recommendations. The service is very thoughtful and attentive. I'll stay here again next time; the price is also very affordable.

The smart home room I stayed in has a Xiaodu voice speaker, which can check the weather, play music, etc.
The lobby on the first floor of the hotel is also the breakfast area, with a self-service beverage cabinet. The prices of different beverages are different, and you can actively communicate with the staff to understand.
The breakfast is particularly good, sweeping away the haze of queuing for several days. Eat and drink well, especially the white rice porridge and pickles, I like it very much!

The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient to get anywhere. Plus, breakfast is included, and the price is very reasonable, offering great value for money. They even upgraded my room for free! Overall, it's pretty good 👍👍👍

The hotel is located near Guanyinqiao light rail station so is quite convenient to take public transport ! Though the hotel entrance is quite hard to find even if you got to the right building! Must head to the back towards the carpark and it was slightly up and down slopes. The room is lovely and have all the necessary amenities . The receptionists are helpful and attentive but the male service staff smokes in the reception lobby. The cleaning stuff left abrasive cleaning product in my room and also dropped breach on my own face towel which was quite unprofessional . The receptionist was apologetic and went out to buy me another one. 
The breakfast included in the room rate was actually very good and enjoyable so overall a decent value for money stay !

Choosing this hotel for my business trip was a wise decision; it exceeded my expectations. The location is excellent, close to the business district, making travel for work very convenient. The hotel lobby is clean and spacious, and the room was quiet and comfortable. The quality of the bed was superb, ensuring a good night's rest. The office facilities were complete, the internet was stable, and breakfast was well-balanced and nutritious. The service was professional and efficient, making this an excellent choice for business travelers.

I came to Chengkou for the first time on a business trip. This is very good, the environment is clean and warm, the service is thoughtful and intimate, the location is super convenient, the facilities are new and complete, and the living is super comfortable.

My late-night flight arrived in Hangzhou, so I decided to stay nearby for a night. The hotel is very close to the airport and offers a shuttle, but I didn't want to wait, so I took a taxi for 14 yuan to the hotel. The taxi driver grumbled about it the whole way. The hotel is quite new, and check-in at the front desk was very efficient. The room was spacious and bright, with a wet/dry three-section bathroom separation. The bedding was clean and comfortable, and I didn't hear any airplane noise while sleeping at night. My takeout order was delivered to my door by a robot, which felt very secure. Breakfast was provided, and for a hotel at this price point, it was quite rich and frankly, impeccable. I wish the hotel great success, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Hangzhou.

乾淨整潔的環境：客房的 衞生狀況令人印象深刻！房間打掃得一塵不染，床品乾淨舒適（床墊軟硬適中，睡得很香！），浴室明亮整潔，毛巾蓬鬆柔軟，沒有任何異味。公共區域也始終保持得非常乾淨、雅緻。對於有潔癖的我來説，這點太重要了！
4. 舒適完善的設施：房間設計合理，空間寬敞，佈局温馨舒適。隔音效果非常好，保證了安靜的休息環境；床墊和枕頭非常舒適，睡眠質量極佳；淋浴水壓充足穩定，熱水來得快；免費的WiFi網絡速度流暢；房間配備的[迷你吧/咖啡機/保險箱/智能電視]等設施都很實用方便。酒店的其他設施如[健身房/游泳池/餐廳/會議室]也維護得很好，體驗感佳。
