The location is excellent, about a 10-minute walk to Shinjuku Station, and the area is relatively quiet. There's an airport limousine bus stop right outside the hotel with direct service to Narita and Haneda Airports. They offer self check-in and check-out, and the lobby provides toiletries, including face masks and skincare products. There's also a laundry room and luggage storage facilities, which is very convenient. Plus, there's a convenience store and restaurants downstairs.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, just a 5-minute walk to the Tokyo Big Sight International Exhibition Center and 10 minutes to Ariake Garden. It also offers convenient access to Ginza and Haneda Airport. The renovated rooms are clean, tidy, and comfortable. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of options in a spacious and clean dining area. A truly wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at the Shinjuku Washington Hotel. The location is very convenient, especially for exploring Shinjuku and nearby attractions. It’s just a short walk to restaurants, shops, and public transport, which made getting around Tokyo very easy for our group. Walking distance to Tokyo Metropolitan Govt

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. While the space is typical for Tokyo hotels, it was efficiently designed and suited our needs well. The staff were polite, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay.

We also appreciated the amenities and the overall smooth check-in and check-out process. It’s a great choice for families and travelers looking for a practical yet comfortable place to stay in Tokyo.

The hotel's location is excellent, right across from Akihabara train station, with convenient amenities nearby. Check-in is semi-self-service via a machine that supports Chinese, and the front desk staff are helpful in guiding you through the process. The room facilities are good, and the view outside is also great.

The room is still relatively large. It is quite close to Lichuan Station. The room is very clean. The surrounding is quiet but the cloth is remote. There is no bear. It is just that the lobby is on the 3rd floor. It is not easy to find. It is recommended to Google Maps.

I think this hotel is in a great location and offers excellent service. However, it's a 20-30 minute walk from Yamagata Station, so if walking is too much for you, I recommend taking a taxi.

It's a short walk if you stroll around town while sightseeing, so don't worry about that.

Also, there's a hot spring on the first floor, but it's open until midnight, so if you want to take a night bath, there's a slight chance you might miss it depending on what time you get home. Of course, there's a regular shower room and bathtub in the room, so you can wash up there.

In addition, the morning bath is open from 6am to 10am, so it's no problem to take a leisurely bath. With a hot spring, this was a great hotel that I'd like to return to. There's also a Lawson on the first floor, so you can buy something to eat and relax in your room.

You won’t have to be worried even if it’s snowing or raining.

A side note to travellers from the hotter climate, the hotel doesn’t supply air conditioning during winter. Instead it has a small webbed facility that allows outside air to flow into the room. This slight chills the room. However during the day, the room will be super hot.

Initially we had a room facing the sun and when we checked in, the room is super hot. Called the customer service only to find out they didn’t have air conditioning during winter and we have to rent a fan from them.

After a slight communication, the customer service is kind enough to upgrade us to a bigger room which is slightly cooler. Big props to the customer service lady! 5 stars service !

The cleanliness process is not good enough when  comparing with the price and the hotel rating. I found a lot of hairs in the wall of the bathroom and the small towel. I told the staff to clean in the bathroom because just one night and I do not want to move to a new room. 

The front staff was nice but they solved the problem by using tissue in the bathroom and there were still some hairs in the wall.

However, the location is good within 3 mins from Rinku Town station by walking and there is a bridge to connect with the hotel. Also, there is Family Mart at the 2nd floor.

The self-check in and check out machine is at the front desk but there are many staff stands around the area. 

The most impressive service was the free shuttle bus to the airport. There was a reservation system and the driver was police and drive safely.
