We stayed a night during the Rodeo cook off. Parking was a nightmare, not even part of the hotel we were told and very expensive. Check in was smooth but on a different level. Room was comfortable and the bed too. Nice rooms.

Well it was Fathers Day night everything was cool no problems straight to the room that next morning I woke up and left the room about 8am give are take how ever some one came in my room with my pregnant girl friend !!! It was very uncomfortable especially being she was naked . No one knocked on the door are nothing keeping in mind check out was until 12 noon

The hotel is conveniently located. Although the room facilities are a bit old, they are spacious and clean. The air conditioning is sufficient. The front desk staff and other staff are very warm and polite, and the service is timely.

The room is clean and tidy, the service is warm, the facilities are new, and the hot and cold water is smooth!

A very satisfying stay. The hotel is in a good location, with a long corridor that can shelter from the wind and rain, and it is directly connected to the shopping center opposite, which is very convenient for eating and shopping.

Facilities: Good, large TV.
Hygiene: As clean as ever.
Service: Quick check-in.
Location: Very close to the subway and train stations, and getting to the airport isn't too much hassle. Highly recommended for getting around New York!

This hotel is conveniently located near LaGuardia Airport. After landing, you can contact the hotel to arrange a pick-up service; it's a good idea to have a few dollars in cash ready for the driver's tip. The hotel is situated in Flushing, an area known for its safety and lively atmosphere in the evenings. You can find all sorts of Asian cuisine nearby, including Chinese food. It's also not far from Flushing-Main Street, the terminal station for the 7 train, making it less than an hour's commute to both Midtown Manhattan and JFK Airport.

The room was cozy and comfortable, living up to Westin's reputation. There's a sauna available until 9 PM, and a combined restaurant and bar where you can charge up to $150 to your room, which will then be deducted from your hotel deposit.

Overall, it was a very satisfying experience!

The location is excellent, though it's quite lively, which can make getting a good night's sleep a bit challenging. That said, location is key here. It's just a few minutes' walk to the Nasdaq Exchange, making it incredibly convenient.

The hotel was in the heart of downtown, easily assessable to tons of cafe’s, restaurants, and stores. The skyline view was beautiful. The rooms were clean and extraordinary. 

The location is good and the room is clean. The shampoo in the room was empty, the curtains could not be opened, the coffee machine was broken, and the towels were very worn. All in all, this was the worst hotel experience. Not recommended.

Very friendly front desk staff, easy check in. I also absolutely love the pet policy.  I didn't have to jump through hoops to provide my dogs ESA paperwork.  Will definitely book again.
