The hotel is conveniently located in Futian CBD, right next to Futian Station, making transportation incredibly easy. Stepping out, you're immediately immersed in a vibrant and bustling commercial district, with Excellence Center, Huangting Plaza, and Coco Park all within a stone's throw, offering a one-stop solution for dining, entertainment, and shopping.

**Room Facilities:** The hotel rooms are spacious and feature panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, providing an expansive view, including a partial glimpse of the CBD skyline. The room facilities are comprehensive, and the cleanliness is impeccable. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, ensuring a very comfortable stay. The hotel also boasts a high-altitude gym and swimming pool, further enriching the guest experience.

**Service Quality:** The hotel's service receives widespread praise. The staff are warm, attentive, and highly responsive. Jossce, in particular, provided professional and efficient service, even following up after check-out. This meticulous attention to detail truly made us feel at home. The hotel also offers late check-out, further enhancing the overall stay experience.

The hotel has a very convenient location, right opposite Phoenix Park Subway Station, and right next to the Guangming Culture and Art Center. The exhibitions inside are on the smaller side, but you can tell a lot of thought went into them. The ”Eye of Guangming” architecture at the entrance uses the water's reflection to create stunning sunset photo ops with gorgeous light and shadows. At night, it lights up and looks like a glittering, beautiful eye 👁—such a clever design!

Another unique feature of the hotel is that breakfast is served in the revolving restaurant on the top floor, offering 360-degree panoramic views of the Guangming Central District cityscape and the mountain views of the Rainbow Bridge. You can enjoy your meal while watching the scenery slowly shift as the restaurant rotates.

The lobby is high-ceilinged and very grand. The room's glass windows are regularly cleaned. Overall, it meets five-star standards and is definitely worth a visit.

Rooms are wonderful all rooms got bath tub but shower room a bit moldy. Breakfast varities are amazing. I will come again next time. Stayed during merdeka day. Got fireworka show at the lobby.

The hotel is right in Songdo, just a few hundred meters' walk from the Songdo Cable Car. There aren't a ton of great dining options nearby, but you'll find plenty of convenience stores and coffee shops. It's definitely not as lively as Gwangalli or Haeundae, but the hotel view is unbeatable—absolutely stunning and so therapeutic. One thing to note: like all hotels in South Korea, they don't provide toothbrushes, so you'll need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste.
