I will never stay at this hotel again. As a five-star hotel, several things left me extremely disappointed!

1.  **Extremely slow check-in process at the front desk!** The first check-in took forever. After staying two nights, I decided to extend my stay in the same room. It took 15 minutes just to reactivate my room key card. On the third day, I still couldn't get the elevator to work when I went upstairs, so I had to go back to the front desk to reactivate the card again. Plus, the front desk is quite a distance from Building A.

2.  **Lack of basic amenities upon arrival.** On the first day, when I entered the room, there were no slippers or amenity kits (like dental kits, etc.). This clearly shows a lack of preparedness from housekeeping. I immediately called the front desk to request them. It took three hours and two phone calls for them to finally deliver the items. The next day, after the room was serviced, essential items like tissues, slippers, and cotton pads weren't replenished. I had to call the front desk again to request them. They said they'd send them right away, but I waited another hour. It wasn't until my second call that they finally sent a robot with the supplies.

3.  **Very mediocre breakfast.** For a five-star hotel, they didn't even provide knives and forks! I had to eat fruit with chopsticks.

4.  **Lake view room was uncomfortably hot with non-functional AC.** Lake view rooms are inherently more expensive than non-lake view rooms, but my room was incredibly hot. The air conditioning provided no cooling whatsoever and didn't even have a ventilation function. The only way the room cooled down was when it rained.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Yiting Hotel in Taizhou, and I must say it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff at the reception were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure my check-in was smooth and quick.

The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the city. I also appreciated the little touches, like complimentary bottled water and a selection of tea and coffee.

One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel’s restaurant. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, both local and international. I particularly enjoyed the freshly made pastries and the selection of fresh fruits. The restaurant staff were attentive and made sure everything was perfect.

The hotel’s location is another big plus. It is conveniently located near several popular attractions, making it easy to explore Taizhou. I was able to visit the Taizhou Museum and the city’s beautiful parks with just a short walk or taxi ride.

Overall, my stay at Yiting Hotel was fantastic. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and a great location makes it a perfect choice for anyone visiting Taizhou. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip!

The price is not expensive, the environment is very good, the first choice for check-in, satisfied.

This stay at Linhai was a wonderful experience. We went to the hotel reception desk hoping to change to a twin room, but they were very friendly and upgraded us. They also provided us with noodles and milk for dinner. They also promptly provided ice cubes for the bathtub, which was a pleasant surprise. The room was clean, and the bathroom was spacious with a bathtub. They even provided foot bath bags, allowing us to soak while enjoying the night view. This was the first pleasant surprise. The second pleasant surprise was the bowl of noodles we had in the evening. Having eaten too much at Rong Xiaoguan, we decided to try the noodles at the hotel. We ordered the vegetarian noodles, which were surprisingly delicious. They were surprisingly satisfying. Even with a full stomach, we ate one bowl and still wanted more. The breakfast the next day was excellent, combining local Linhai flavors with the standard amenities of most hotels. The taste was also quite good. The pool was not crowded during the day and looked clean, making it a great place for the kids to play in the water. Overall, the experience was positive, and I would definitely stay at Yuanzhou again when visiting Linhai.

This stay truly exceeded my expectations! The hotel environment is elegant and quiet, a peaceful oasis amidst the hustle and bustle, with a stylish overall design that made for a very comfortable stay. The room was impeccably clean, spotless, and the attention to detail was evident. The front desk staff and other staff were both kind and professional. A dedicated reviewer even called to provide attentive service before my check-in, and the continued interaction throughout the stay was very welcoming. The biggest surprise was the intangible cultural heritage rubbing experience offered by the hotel. Experiencing the charm of this traditional craft firsthand was both fun and culturally enriching, adding a unique memory to my trip. Excellent value for money, highly recommended for both travel and leisure, I'll definitely stay here again!

The hotel experience this time was great! The location is super superior, the surrounding food and attractions are close, and the travel is super convenient. The front desk service was warm and thoughtful, and the check-in was fast and efficient. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the sleep was super fragrant. The bathroom has no smell and the facilities are complete and new. The breakfast is rich in variety and tastes good. Overall, the price is super high, I will choose this next time!

I'm totally a fan of Hebe's service!

My stay at the hotel was wonderful, and I have to give a shout-out to Hebe at the front desk. She greeted me with a smile throughout, checked me in quickly, and even proactively reminded me of the hotel's laundry service and the location of complimentary bottled water – so thoughtful! The hotel has an underground parking garage; you need to scan a QR code at the front desk to exit. There's an elevator from the underground garage to the 4th-floor lobby.

The room was clean and tidy, a very comfortable stay. The breakfast was quite good, and the smart toilet was a big plus. Hebe's enthusiasm and attentiveness made the entire check-in process exceptionally smooth. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

The VIP building and the main building share common areas, and the breakfast room, the building of the accommodation is separate. The rooms and corridors in Building B have a five-star look and are very comfortable.
Let me talk about the service first, basically no faults are picked out. There are staff on duty in the morning of each building. It is the New Year. The service staff have brought red scarves. The attitude is very good and will take the initiative to say hello.
The seafood noodles for breakfast must be tasted, as well as shrimp, Jiwei shrimp, very good, there are also dumplings, seaweed cakes. Breakfast is basically comprehensive.
The most pleasant surprise was that I stayed for two nights and gave a free minibar every night. Generally, the hotel gave one night. Fruits will also be added, and good night porridge will be delivered when the bed is opened at night.
In short, both the facilities and the service are great.

My stay exceeded all expectations! The room was spacious and bright, spotlessly clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, making me feel instantly relaxed the moment I lay down. The bathroom had excellent wet/dry separation, and the toiletries were of good quality. I especially appreciated the charging sockets on both sides of the bed – a very thoughtful touch. The air conditioning ran quietly, and the Wi-Fi signal was strong and stable, making it perfect for both work and entertainment without any issues. The hotel's location is convenient, within walking distance to two major commercial areas, Panlong Tiandi and Tiankong Zhicheng. Overall, both the comfort of the stay and the service were very satisfactory. It's highly recommended and truly feels like a home away from home. They offer 24-hour service, and elevator access requires a key card, which adds to the security and privacy. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time!
