I will never stay at this hotel again. As a five-star hotel, several things left me extremely disappointed!

1.  **Extremely slow check-in process at the front desk!** The first check-in took forever. After staying two nights, I decided to extend my stay in the same room. It took 15 minutes just to reactivate my room key card. On the third day, I still couldn't get the elevator to work when I went upstairs, so I had to go back to the front desk to reactivate the card again. Plus, the front desk is quite a distance from Building A.

2.  **Lack of basic amenities upon arrival.** On the first day, when I entered the room, there were no slippers or amenity kits (like dental kits, etc.). This clearly shows a lack of preparedness from housekeeping. I immediately called the front desk to request them. It took three hours and two phone calls for them to finally deliver the items. The next day, after the room was serviced, essential items like tissues, slippers, and cotton pads weren't replenished. I had to call the front desk again to request them. They said they'd send them right away, but I waited another hour. It wasn't until my second call that they finally sent a robot with the supplies.

3.  **Very mediocre breakfast.** For a five-star hotel, they didn't even provide knives and forks! I had to eat fruit with chopsticks.

4.  **Lake view room was uncomfortably hot with non-functional AC.** Lake view rooms are inherently more expensive than non-lake view rooms, but my room was incredibly hot. The air conditioning provided no cooling whatsoever and didn't even have a ventilation function. The only way the room cooled down was when it rained.

To maximize the chance of a good night's sleep, I chose Yuanzhou over a B&B. While the hotel is a bit old, the cleanliness is acceptable. The mattress is comfortable for me, and the air conditioning is quiet, allowing for a good night's sleep. The evening noodle soup provided by the hotel is made to order, generously proportioned, and delicious. The souvenirs are also very practical. The hotel staff are very polite, and the room I booked was upgraded. Five stars! Keep it up!

I'm totally a fan of Hebe's service!

My stay at the hotel was wonderful, and I have to give a shout-out to Hebe at the front desk. She greeted me with a smile throughout, checked me in quickly, and even proactively reminded me of the hotel's laundry service and the location of complimentary bottled water – so thoughtful! The hotel has an underground parking garage; you need to scan a QR code at the front desk to exit. There's an elevator from the underground garage to the 4th-floor lobby.

The room was clean and tidy, a very comfortable stay. The breakfast was quite good, and the smart toilet was a big plus. Hebe's enthusiasm and attentiveness made the entire check-in process exceptionally smooth. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

The service is really good, worthy of the price, the fruit and desserts will be delivered every day, and the response will be very fast if necessary. Every employee I meet will smile and say hello and will consider staying again.

The room was clean and the layout was reasonable. The whole hotel is garden-style design, very comfortable, the location is also very good, quiet in the middle of noisy.

Some fly in the ointment is that the front desk check-in is a bit messy, but there is a shuttle bus to the door of the room after registration, which is still very intimate. In addition, the hotel is so big haha, sometimes it is still a long way to miss the shuttle bus.

This stay truly exceeded my expectations! The hotel environment is elegant and quiet, a peaceful oasis amidst the hustle and bustle, with a stylish overall design that made for a very comfortable stay. The room was impeccably clean, spotless, and the attention to detail was evident. The front desk staff and other staff were both kind and professional. A dedicated reviewer even called to provide attentive service before my check-in, and the continued interaction throughout the stay was very welcoming. The biggest surprise was the intangible cultural heritage rubbing experience offered by the hotel. Experiencing the charm of this traditional craft firsthand was both fun and culturally enriching, adding a unique memory to my trip. Excellent value for money, highly recommended for both travel and leisure, I'll definitely stay here again!

The location of the hotel is very convenient and it is very convenient to travel for food. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the sound insulation was good, and it was very quiet at night. The room didn’t look like the pictures, different layout and nowhere near as big. However it was still a nice room and had a comfortable bed. Wasn’t told the wifi information so had to call reception to clarify.

The tv was not very big and was far from the bed so was hard to watch when lying in bed.

The staff were very friendly and helpful - they were excellent.

I would stay here again but in a different room as I don’t think the pictures are a true reflection of the room, I don’t think the price was worth what I paid.
