My stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. Check-in was swift, and they thoughtfully provided recommendations for nearby attractions. The room was spotlessly clean, with soft, comfortable bedding that made for a perfect night's sleep. The bathroom had a convenient wet/dry separation and was fully stocked with toiletries. The hotel's prime location, surrounded by various restaurants and shopping centers, made getting around incredibly easy. I'll definitely be choosing this hotel again for my next trip!

Located under the Nanpu Bridge, I really liked this room type. However, there were some cleanliness issues; I noticed water stains in the bathroom and on the floor, and the dusting needs more attention. On the positive side, the security service was excellent. They had a very efficient system for managing vehicles, even when the parking lot was full.

This hotel is truly fantastic! I stayed here for a month (my sister helped reserved the rest of the nights) and I absolutely love it! It's LITERALLY in 静安区(Jing'an District) which is one of the liveliest and convenient district in Shanghai! The amenities are also generously provided from daily bottle of water, toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, shampoo, bodywash, and so much more! The staffs were all so nice to me as well, they helped teach me how to use Chinese apps and recommend me good places to eat! Overall, I ENCOURAGE anyone who wants the best of quality, service, and accessibility to stay at this hotel.

The bedding in the room is quite comfortable, the front desk service is enthusiastic, and the room is well soundproofed, which does not affect sleep. It is cost-effective and I will choose this place next time I go out. This time I stayed for three consecutive nights.

The overall environment is quite comfortable, clean and tidy, the sound insulation is also good, the internet speed is fast, the facilities and equipment are very new, playing games is very smooth, and it is a very good stay experience.

The room is spacious, comfortable, the service is good, and the surrounding transportation is very convenient

I have stayed here many times, and there are indeed many advantages, such as cleanliness, good environment and decoration, good service, and convenient location.
But it is also the first time that the game (chained together) frequently crashes, and I am a little dissatisfied with the hardware facilities.

環境： 環境挺好的 我選的房間是沒窗户的 但是做了一個裝飾性假窗 還挺好看的 
服務： 服務簡直沒得説 我比較怕熱 但是天涼了已經  沒有涼風了 打電話聯繫前台之後服務態度很好 並且想方設法（褒義）地幫我解決了問題
  
總的來説 住的很滿意 對我來説如果能再便宜些就更好了哈哈哈哈哈

Overall, it was a comfortable stay. Although XG didn't win the championship, we still had a wonderful weekend.
The hotel is relatively new, so the most important amenities were quite good:
1. The five-person room has five beds, two of which are double beds. Having stayed at other esports hotels, five-person rooms with five beds are rare, and it's a very good setup. The two beds are on top, and the three on the bottom are double-layered, so they don't interfere with each other.
2. The computer specifications were decent, with a mainstream 4060 graphics card, and the peripherals were reasonably priced. Most importantly, everything was clean and very nice.
3. The location is near the Communication University of China, but relatively secluded. A quiet environment is perfect for gatherings and gaming.
4. The service was excellent; a professional hotel is much better than a B&B. There was an issue during check-in: the room didn't have a TV. I called before booking to confirm so we could watch the game together. Thankfully, they helped coordinate a temporary TV setup after communication. Don't worry about mistakes; as long as we can communicate and resolve them, everything is fine.

The rooms are new and clean, and the location is excellent. The ambiance is much better than other three-star hotels, comparable to four-star hotels. The hotel offers free laundry service, which is highly recommended. Takeout is also convenient, with robots delivering it. Security is strong, and the front desk staff will verify which room you're in before letting you in. The front desk staff are friendly, with at least two people on duty. They also offer drinking water and generally offer free late check-out, which is very considerate for latecomers.

The downside is that it's quite expensive, more than a typical three-star hotel. There are no gaming privileges.

The staff are not robots, but certified bots.

I like the facilities in the room very much. I also like the cleanliness and hygiene of the room. My family and I spent more than an hour choosing this store and we are very satisfied. The front desk staff was very welcoming and the delivery robot was very cute.
