The customer service from all the staff was excellent. The only downside was that I could hear everything from the neighboring room and the hallway. There were also a lot of mosquitoes in the room, so some pest control would be helpful.

Budget hotel, simple and not a flashy brand new facility, however I could sleep on a comfortable bed and have a hot water shower, also cold aircond in the room. There is a swimming pool however I didn’t try it so I can’t comment. Good for a short stay or transit. Breakfast buffet was a simple one, and the hotel location is nearby a famous balinese chicken rice place so you can choose which one that you prefer to have. There are convenient stores nearby also a supermarket so its easy to get amenities if you need one. Not too far from the airport.

This business hotel offers great value for money. It's very clean, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. I keep coming back to stay here. The breakfast is also quite good, and there's even a hot spring bath upstairs.
