Baotou Hotels with Breakfast

The location is close to Baotou Station (3 bus stops). There is Wuyue Plaza about 1000 meters west of the hotel. Inner Mongolia University of Science and Technology has a night market opposite at night. It is very convenient to go shopping. The room matches the picture. Hotel facilities and health are very good, service is also very good. The hotel staff are very warm and thoughtful, introducing attractions and recommending special dining. We have old and small family trips, and we took the initiative to help us with our luggage when we arrived at the store. When we left the store at noon on May 29, the two men at the front desk (forgot to ask for their names) took the initiative to help us push our luggage, and the same car as us came to help us carry our luggage and send us to the car. thank you very much. I haven't been here for a few years. The hotel has been renovated. I personally like the style very much. There is freshly ground coffee in the lobby. Many hotels also have coffee, but the beans here are really good. Don't criticize me. I am also a coffee lover. If you know, you can try it. The tea provided by the front desk is also good. It is very comfortable to drink tea and chat with friends in the lobby. Breakfast is also something I pay attention to. It has been improved a lot this time. The quality is good. Facilities: The hotel is well-equipped. The front desk is on the top floor. I booked a tatami room, which was fully smart-controlled and very convenient. The bedding inside was also comfortable. The room is really nice, the bed and pillows are very comfortable, the shower has great water pressure, the breakfast is very rich, there is a lounge area in the lobby where you can rest, and free candies are provided. The front desk is very warm and polite, and will actively offer warm black tea. The hotel is great, and the laundry service is also very good. It is the best hotel I have ever stayed in.

Service: The front desk was very nice. Seeing that we were with our children, they were very considerate and arranged a more suitable room (of course, if there were available rooms). Hygiene: The room was very clean The breakfast was great. If you have any needs, you can tell the staff and they will do their best to meet the guests' requirements. This hotel is located in the northern part of Baotou, an established state guesthouse. It's very close to the Northern Weapons City and there are a few good restaurants nearby; the 'braised noodles' are a local specialty worth trying. As it's an older hotel, the rooms aren't particularly spacious, and while the facilities have been updated, they're not exactly top-notch. However, the front desk and room staff are quite friendly. The hotel breakfast is excellent, especially the shaomai (steamed dumplings) which are delicious.

The hotel manager, Mr Hu is very helpful and provides great and useful information. His service level is a 5 star!! As it is our first time to Inner Mongolia and that area, we need some support on the area as our hired driver is not very knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the rest of the team at the front desk are not helpful and appeared impatient when we ask them anything. Their service level is below average and perhaps management need to give them some motivation to improve their service level.

We received awesome service from the helpful and friendly staffs who gave us informations on where to have our meals, etc. Going the extra mile of finding the location of our DiDi. Gave us complimentary coffee and snacks. The room was excellent with the Stary Sky theme of stars with shooting stars on the ceiling. 4 bottles of drinking water was an added advantage. Walking distance from hotel to Shopping malls of BHG as well as Wanda. Indeed an awesome designer hotel.

I spent several days at your hotel and was deeply impressed by the warm, attentive service of your staff, especially Ms. Li, the housekeeper on the 15th floor. Her dedication and attentive service truly made me feel at home. The restaurant on the second floor also has a wonderful atmosphere and unique dishes, making it perfect for group dining. That said, all the costs were quite expensive compared to what I'm used to after living and traveling in China for more than 10 years. I would recommend the horse riding off the main area, as they suggest, but the Happy Ranch was not that fulfilling—most of the rides and activities there weren't worth the time or money. That's an external activity though, so no discredit to the hotel itself. While we didn't end up using the actual amenities, the hospitality and cultural performance alone made the visit worthwhile.
