Changchun Hotels with Breakfast

I recently stayed at Hanting Hotel during my trip to [insert city]. While the hotel provided me with a comfortable stay, there were a few aspects that left something to be desired. Firstly, Hanting Hotel's location was superb. It was conveniently situated in the heart of the city, making it easily accessible to popular attractions and public transportation. This was a major plus point for me, as I could explore the city effortlessly. Upon arrival, the reception staff greeted me warmly and check-in was smooth and efficient. The hotel's lobby exuded a modern and clean atmosphere, which was quite welcoming. Furthermore, the hotel's security measures were commendable, ensuring a safe environment for all guests. My room at Hanting Hotel was cozy and adequately furnished. The bed was comfortable, offering a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. However, I did notice that the room lacked proper sound insulation, as I could hear noises from the hallway and neighboring rooms. This impacted my sleep quality slightly. The cleanliness of the room was generally satisfactory, although there were a few areas that could have been better maintained. The bathroom, while functional, could benefit from some upgrades to enhance the overall experience. In terms of amenities, Hanting Hotel provided basic facilities such as Wi-Fi, which was reliable and allowed me to stay connected throughout my stay. However, I found the lack of a mini-fridge or a coffee/tea maker in the room to be a drawback, as it limited my convenience and comfort. One aspect that stood out during my stay was the hotel's breakfast. The buffet offered a variety of dishes, catering to both local and international palates. The food was delicious, fresh, and served with a friendly smile from the staff. Overall, Hanting Hotel offered a decent stay with its convenient location, friendly staff, and tasty breakfast. However, improvements in sound insulation, room cleanliness, and inclusion of additional room amenities would greatly enhance the overall experience.

My first impression upon arrival was the front desk service. Elva was gentle and polite throughout, not perfunctory at all. The check-in and check-out processes were completed in just a few minutes, and she even proactively offered to help with my luggage. She meticulously explained details about parking and breakfast times. The service was professional and heartwarming, which instantly gave me an excellent overall impression.

The hotel is conveniently located right at the intersection of Renmin Avenue and Ziyou Road, with a subway entrance just outside. The room was spacious and clean, and the front desk staff were polite and enthusiastic. We stayed for two nights and received complimentary breakfast and drinks. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the hot dishes were different each day and tasted excellent. It was a very comfortable stay. During the summer, it might get busy with many alumni from Northeast Normal University, so rooms could be scarce.

Pros: - Great location with access to many small convenience stores and restaurants around - Hotel is housed within one of the highest building in Changchun - Breakfast selection was great and service of staff there was superb - Room assigned was on 33rd floor with great view of the city - Room size was big despite having a small window space - Futuristic and minimalist hotel with robot to send food to your door (deliveries) - About 10 mins walk to “The Hill”/“Wanda Shopping Mall” and Tram 54 Cons: - Not easy to find the exact location in Didi App as it’s very new and there are a few hotels of the same name around the area - Was told that they have disabled the aircond (Cold air) during winter and it will only blow warm air. With that, we were advised to turn off the aircond and we slept sweating as the temperature was not low enough for a great night sleep - To maximize space, there wasn’t any proper hanging (wardrobe) area that we can use to hang our winter jackets Overall (Summary) - Great hotel for its location and with much local delights around. Service was great with great selection of breakfast. High floor view of city. Just too bad there wasn’t any cooling aircond we could use as the window was tight shut. Great room size for family which is a plus point. Happy to come back again perhaps in the summer next time. Cheers

We are very happy with our stay. All the staff were very helpful especially our receptionist 小果，she arranged us free transport to airport and late checkout, also offered free use for the mini bar in fridge although we didn't use it but we are very appreciated her her offer. I would also like to mention the duty manager and her team was very helpful too , her and her colleagues helped us to take our laugages to the hotel mini bus, the journey to the airport was fast and smooth and the driver was very polite. There's so much good things I want to mention about including their cleaning team, including the cleaning supervisor and their team member孫娟，they were very attentive, they seen my glasses was on the table and she left me some cleaning wipes for my glasses. Their breakfast was so delicious and so many options too , including my favourite dim sum, the server 刘奎志was very friendly he can communicate with us in English too. The hotel itself is very large and have a fantastic gym and spa , there's also music restaurant and Japanese restaurant too. We will definitely come back to stay in this hotel if we visit Changchun again and definitely recommend this outstanding hotel to everyone!

The room was clean and tidy, with a warm and comfortable layout and complete facilities. The host was enthusiastic and thoughtful, and the location was excellent, making it convenient for getting around. I had a very comfortable stay and will definitely choose this place again next time!

My family ended up originally booking for one night but added two more nights. The non smoking room was nice smelling, clean and bed was comfy. The location was suitable as we had personal business to do in the area but near motian mall where kids can play at Meland and lots of restaurants around. I was impressed with the service at the hotel to do our laundry, with check out times and overall information. I also think you can check out at 6 pm which is super convenient. The breakfast was good. The chinese side of the family enjoyed it, and as a westerner I found it suitable to have eggs, toast, and coffee. The coffee is an automatic expresso machine and NOT packets which was wonderful and tasted normal for western standards. We stayed during the week and really found the hotel to be quiet and could sleep well. The gym is good as well with enough equipment for a suitable workout. Overall, we were pleased with the hotel and would stay here again. If I did have one minor complaint, It may have been one day when we were checking in two men started smoking in the lobby right by a non smoking sign which caused my daughter and I to leave the lobby for a few minutes so it would be nice if the hotel front desk enforced that especially with the signs up. Saying that, Changchun is a place where people tend to not abide by smoking signs but still be nice to have the staff politely address that.

The location is super convenient, really close to Wenhua Square Station on Metro Line 2, making transfers a breeze. Xinmin Street is within walking distance, so you can easily immerse yourself in the historical buildings and the green vertical landscaping of the area. Inside, the environment is very comfortable. The lobby has computers and printers available, and even the desks in the rooms come with a mat that doubles as a mousepad – perfect for business travelers or those needing to balance work and vacation. The soundproofing is probably among the best for this price range. From the street-facing rooms and restaurant, you can enjoy the view of the tall poplars across the road and the hostas nestled among the trees, which is really pleasant.

Facilities: It's an old hotel with outdated facilities. They even used grout to patch gaps in the elevator, which looked really bad. The toilet paper holder in the room was loose and wobbly. Hygiene: The hygiene was maintained quite well. Service: The welcome snacks and drinks included with the booking weren't delivered to the room. I had to call and ask for them two or three hours later, which was a minus. Food: The Chinese food was disappointing. The daily soup was bland and watery – can you believe a 68-yuan soup only had one piece of pork rib? Just one, that's pretty wild. Breakfast was decent, nothing special, nothing bad.

This is a renovated hotel, converted from an old one. The photos look great, but in reality, the decor and environment inside the scenic area still strongly reflect the old, dated renovation. The hotel itself, including the elevator, is quite old. The elevator and hotel share space with other apartments and office buildings, so I really don't recommend the facilities. However, the cleanliness was decent. Some of the staff lacked emotional intelligence, though the staff on our last day, when we were checking out, were particularly friendly. This is my honest experience.
