The room is big and clean. The service staff took the initiative to upgrade our room. The service attitude is good. The bathroom is spacious, the shower water is strong, the location is very convenient, and it is very quiet at night. I stayed for one night and the experience was great. It was a good choice.

The first time I brought my children to Changchun, I arrived at the hotel in the morning. The front desk service was very good. Someone checked out soon. I immediately cleaned it out for us. I chose this hotel as my wisest choice. I went to Nanhu Park for three days and the hotel was just walking. Hotel location is good, from Wanda Plaza, there are mountains very close, walking can be, there are a lot of food nearby, that is, the stomach is too small, I have the opportunity to come to Changchun in the future, I will choose this one,

The front desk staff, both the young men and women, provided exceptional service. What impressed me most was being able to check the washing machine's status right from my room's TV. The hotel is very close to Xinmin Street, about a ten-minute walk, so you can easily explore it day or night. There's a direct bus from Changchun Station right outside the hotel, and it's just a few hundred meters walk to Cultural Plaza. Plus, there's convenient access to the subway and attractions like Jingyuetan and Changchun West Station. The breakfast selection is rich and high-quality.

I was very satisfied with my stay. The room was spacious and well-ventilated. The front desk staff were polite and communicative. The breakfast was plentiful, and I loved that a robot delivered my takeout directly to the room! The housekeeping staff were attentive and proactive in asking if I needed anything. The hotel's location is excellent. I accidentally left a charger when I checked out, but when I called, they found it within minutes and immediately arranged for it to be mailed back to me.
