Qingyuan Hotels with Breakfast

It is my first time staying at Qingyuan International Hotel. The room is clean and comfortable, the surrounding environment is beautiful, the staff is friendly, especially Ms. Xie Yanling at the front desk, who is friendly and kind. My family and I will come to Qingyuan next month and will definitely patronize again.

I booked a stay at this 5 star hotel for 3 days 2 nights, I must say that the room is clean and spacious, with numerous facilities for all family members such as badminton, tennis, billard, hotspring, cycling, archery etc. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the service. 2 staff we encountered were constantly on their phone and not attentive at all. What really pissed us off was the incident that we put up Do Not Disturb at our door as we were taking our afternoon nap. Yet, the hotel staff called our room number. as we were asleep, we didn't pick up. Guess what. They actually called my mobile phone. Just to ask if they need to clean the room. We went to seek clarifications at the hotel reception which the reception staff at first deny they called, until we showed them the missed call number from the hotel. Then they said will feedback to their manager. At night, the manager Ms Wong called. to our disgust, she said that was their SOP! Which hotel, to say this is a 5 star hotel, that when guest put up Do Not Disturb sign, it's their SOP to call the room and worst to call guests' personal mobile phone. Isn't this an invasion of privacy, calling our personal line. This is the first time we experienced this. We never had this when we put up Do Not Disturb sign at numerous hotels we stayed before. The manager didn't sound apologetic at all but very defensive. Even to the extent that they are checking on pir safety. I was really perturbed by her comment above. To the saying goes, what really makes the difference is the heartware and service in hospitality line, not hardware which everyone can build. 预订了这家五星级酒店的三天两晚住宿，我必须说，房间干净宽敞，配备了各种适合家庭成员使用的设施，如羽毛球、网球、台球、温泉、骑车和射箭等。然而，我们对服务感到非常失望。我们遇到的两名员工一直拿着手机，根本不注意周围的情况。真正让我们恼火的是，当我们下午小睡时，我们把“请勿打扰”的牌子放在了门上，但酒店工作人员还是拨打了我们的房间号码。因为我们正在睡觉，没有接电话。猜猜发生了什么？他们拨打了我的手机。只是为了问是否需要打扫房间。我们去酒店前台寻求解释，前台工作人员起初否认他们打过电话，直到我们向他们展示了酒店的未接来电号码。然后他们说会向他们的经理反馈。到了晚上，万女士经理打电话给我们，让我们感到不满的是，她说这是他们的标准操作程序！哪个酒店，自称是五星级酒店，当客人挂出“请勿打扰”的标志时，他们的标准操作程序是打电话到房间，最糟糕的是打电话给客人的私人手机。这不是侵犯隐私吗？打我们私人电话？这是我们第一次遇到这种情况。我们在以前入住的多家酒店挂上“请勿打扰”标志时从未遇到过这种情况。 经理一点也不感到抱歉，反而显得很防卫。甚至到了要检查我们在房间是否安全的地步。她刚才的话让我很不安。俗话说，酒店业中真正起决定作用的是服务和态度，而不是每个人都能建造的硬件设施。

My family and I stayed here for two days (1 night) in early November. The whole experience was fantastic. Our good impression started with the very helpful rebooting phone enquiries to check about swimming for the children. The reception team were very helpful and polite. The setting and landscape was beautifully peaceful. The spa pools were fantastically clean and provided free water, tea and towels throughout. All staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs. Some spoke English, but all were happy to converse through the use of translation apps. I particularly want to thanks: Our restaurant host, 蔡泽旋 黄洁仪 (Bobo), who spoke excellent English and was very friendly to the children. We originally booked this hotel (about 20 minutes drive) in order to climb Bijia Mountain during the May Day holiday. As a result, the children were deeply attracted by the outdoor swimming pool here. The play facilities in Bijia Mountain were no longer attractive. After climbing the mountain in a hurry, we rushed back to the hotel to play in the swimming pool. We played there from day to night without getting tired of it. This hotel also has a squirrel tribe, which is like a small zoo. There are groundhogs, squirrels, rabbits, pigeons, etc. that became popular because of ”Nezha”. There is also a very high-end and luxurious cinema. The room we booked included movie tickets. I thought it was just a casual movie. I was shocked. There are 7 halls in total. The hall we watched was actually a couple's hall (I couldn't help taking pictures 👇🏻). There are many green areas in the hotel and the surrounding area (it is really a veritable garden hotel). The hotel is free to play in the swimming pool, table tennis and billiards. The children are very happy and the service is good 👍 In order to avoid the peak climbing of Bijia Mountain, we checked out after breakfast, but the children still wanted to play in the swimming pool. The front desk clerk said that you can't play in the swimming pool after checking out because you have to use the room card to enter. The front desk clerk found the hotel manager and said that you can say hello to him and the swimming pool after climbing the mountain 👍 It is very humane and considerate. The children had a lot of fun and said they would go again next time. Next time, I will invite more families to go together. The hotel's outdoor swimming pool is quite large, and it would be more perfect if there were entertainment facilities such as a slide in the swimming pool.

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Gong He Yuan Hotel , and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the warm smiles of the staff who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The lobby was elegantly decorated and created a cozy atmosphere, which set the tone for my entire visit. Our room was spacious and impeccably clean. Our beds were incredibly comfortable, providing us with a restful night’s sleep every night of our stay. The hotel amenities were fantastic! I especially enjoyed the pool area; which was well-maintained. The on-site restaurant served delightful meals, with a variety of options that catered to all tastes. I particularly loved the breakfast buffet — a great way to start the day! Overall, my experience at Gong He Yuan Hotel was nothing short of amazing. I can’t wait to return and would highly recommend it!

The service was very good. As soon as I parked the car, the staff was very considerate to help me with my luggage. When I left the store, they were very enthusiastic to help me with my luggage. The scenery was beautiful, but unfortunately the water level was a little low. It might be better in summer. The farmhouse dishes were generous in size. We ordered a chicken and vegetables on the first night. The mother and daughter didn't eat much, but they finished the vegetables and only ate half of the rice cooker chicken. So we only ordered vegetarian dishes on the second night. It's suitable for emptying yourself and being in a daze. Very good.

Can't wait to give praise ～ Simply and rudely, it is a homestay hotel worth a return ticket My friend showed me a few photos and I was attracted to book a room immediately From the car into the parking lot 🅿️, there will be a clerk, sister, brother, who will come to help guide the position and take the luggage 🧳 (intimate × 1 ❤️) The lobby on the first floor is a very comfortable and atmospheric cafe, and it is also the check-in front desk (bar) ☕ As soon as I entered the store, the clerk immediately handed each person a cool lemonade to cool down (a little hot outside these two days) (intimate ×2❤️) The clerk helped to take the luggage to the room, and patiently introduced us to where there are delicious and fun nearby (intimate ×3❤️) In short, from you entering the store to checking out, you can feel a feeling of being at home all the time! Every clerk is very nice 🫶🏻🫶🏻 I especially want to say that the children want to draw. I originally wanted to take a few sheets of paper at the front desk. I didn’t expect the clerk to go to the nearby stationery store to buy 3 paintings and pens 🖊️ (intimate × 4❤️) I was really touched 🙏🏻 The end is ～ will come again next time 😇😇

The B&B is inside the tourist attraction Taihe Cave, so tourists who stay here can visit Taihe Cave for free. Although it is a B&B, the facilities in the room are better than those in a hotel. Because it is located halfway up the mountain, there is greenery outside the window and beautiful scenery. When you enter the scenic spot, there will be a golf cart to pick you up, which is very considerate. The dining is very comfortable, overlooking the mountain view, and the service is first-class🫶🫶👍👍

Super recommended if you want to slow life and relax, the environment is quiet and elegant, the front desk service little brother friendly talkative, service attitude is excellent, and help move luggage to the room. The room has a perfect view and can see the stars at night, very romantic and highly recommended.  

Environment: Nothing to say, first-class vacation, comfortable, the room can directly see the mountain view while lying on the bed Hygiene: Basically no problem, it is normal to have one or two small insects occasionally in the mountains Service: The lady boss is very nice and answered all questions. She recommended many local attractions and places to eat. If you are not familiar with them, you can ask them at any time.
