Hello, I was travelling to Rizhao far from Indonesia. So, it’s better to stay in a good hotel. However, this hotel is so much better than i expected, especially traveling with family (I’m with my parents). Not just cozy and clean but the staffs are so kind and very helpful because I can’t speak Chinese. The lady who’s in the front desk even helping me to use the laundry and drying machine! The amenities in this hotel also very complete, the hotel not just gave us a welcome drink but also a plate of apples and preparing a tea set to drink in my room. This hotel is very unique too, they have a little garden that connects with the apartment beside the hotel so the guests can enjoy their times there chilling and chattering (the garden is located at the 4th floor) they also provide laundry machine, complete with drying machines, detergent, iron board, iron and even bag to bring back our clothes!! Overall this hotel is 5/5 ⭐️ I highly recommend for everyone even if you travel alone, couple, friends, family, and business trip! Also thank you for the lady (all staffs too) who helped me to check in and teaching me to use the washing as well as drying machine 😁!

The staff could speak enough English to communicate. The front desk, as well as the cleaning staff, were very friendly. The breakfast was 90% Chinese, which means the only Western option was cereal. The hotel's location to the beach is excellent. The resort is lovely until you reach the beach. This beach was a big disappointment. Extremely dirty with lots of trash that washed up on the beach.
