"There's a coin-operated washer-dryer on B1, and a clean, relaxing public bathroom. The hotel is less than a 10-minute walk from Kintetsu Nara Station, just across the shopping street. You can walk to Nara Park and other places to feed the deer. One of the downsides of Japanese hotels is that check-in is usually after 3 PM; if you arrive early, you'll have to store your luggage."

AAnonymous UserHygiene: Yellow stains that had not been cleaned were found on the toilet Environment: Halfway up Mount Wakakusa, isolated from the outside noise. The overall design style is modern Japanese. If you want to experience pure Japanese living, you should pay attention to the difference Service: The service is still worthy of praise. The driver and front desk staff are very enthusiastic. They helped arrange the car to go up the mountain in the morning. It was very lucky to see 👀 deer🦌 on a rainy day Food: Most of the food arranged is made from local ingredients in Nara. The ingredients are not gorgeous, the taste is OK, and it is more down-to-earth

ZZhi YiThis got to be one of the best rappers i had ever been to, (besides a few really high end resort in Bali). This resort service is impeccable. The kaiseki dinner is really delicious. The Garden is so well curated that it can compete with some of the shrine garden. And last but not least the onsen is truly relaxing and beautiful. One tip, is it place the herbal pack into the onsen early. It takes 6 hours for it to fully diffuse into the onsen.

蔡瓜The front desk staff were all friendly and polite, and could communicate in English. We could store our luggage, and were welcome to use the lounge even after checking out. The location is excellent, very close to Kintetsu Nara Station (not JR Station!), which made getting around very convenient. There are many restaurants nearby, and plenty of places to explore on foot. The room was clean and tidy, with all the basic amenities. Breakfast was alright (not a huge variety though). The room wasn't large, but it was comfortable. The bed and pillows were good, the air conditioning was cold enough, and the hot water was hot enough. I stayed for 1 night this time and had a good experience. I would definitely stay here again when I revisit Nara.

LlittlelukelookThis hotel is super conveniently located right next to JR Nara Station, making transportation a breeze. There's a 7-Eleven and a large supermarket next to JR Nara Station, which is really handy. You can also catch a bus right outside the hotel to Nara Park. The hotel offers many optional services, showing great thoughtfulness. The onsen (hot spring) experience was generally good. They even provided sleep aids like different pillows and sleep supplements. My room was quite spacious for one person, though the facilities were relatively simple. The keyless entry with a password lock on the door was great as it meant I didn't need to carry a room card. The hairdryer was a Refa, and it was fantastic! The best part was definitely the free happy hour at the restaurant in the evenings. There was a wide variety of drinks available, and many guests brought food from the convenience store to enjoy with their drinks.

KKinglumLoved the hotel!! It’s in the center of nara city It’s 5 mins walk to the nara shopping area, 5mins walk to the nara park there is deer walking around the hotel in the morning There is free morning city walk tour at 7:00-8:00 with local guide; the bicycle is free The view of the pond is nice the service is great!! 5stars to everything The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable They have drink lounge for free use with unlimited snacks; fruit juice, sake, beer, wine from 15:00pm-2:00am Really recommend everyone that travels to nara city to stay at this hotel!! The only downside of this hotel is the breakfast only provides japanese style food ; grill fish and onigiri The onigiri is huge, grill fish and miso soup is cold I wish they can make the onigiri smaller so We can taste more flavors And hope that they can provide a bakery corner for people who doesn’t like to eat fish Otherwise we loved the hotel and want to go Back again!! Ps: there is not parking space so we need to park at the coin parking costs us 2400¥ /night

GGuest UserA question to think about, ‘What makes a hotel a luxury one?’ To me, it’s luxury because of the hospitality of the staff, quality of the property and the food they provided totally exceed travellers’ expectations, and as a result, we would love to pay more for the experience. Some staff really tried their very best to help me during my stay while some just didn’t. Upon arrival, I tried to communicate with the staff that I’d like to cancel my third night’s dinner because of the change of my plan. At first, I booked six meals in total and I’d only want to cancel one dinner and they said I needed to pay 100% for the cancelled meal because they have already bought the ingredients. Okay, I tried to understand that because they had already taken away my credit card and there’s nothing I could do about that and I thought it must be a very nice meal and that’s why they insisted that. Disappointingly, the portion was so small and paying the same amount of money I could get so much better food in 虹夕諾雅 or any other five star onsen hotels in Japan. As a result, I went to bed feeling hungry and eating the snacks I bought for myself :( The food portions are like a bento instead of a proper meal. ) Also, the Western style breakfast was so overpriced and the avocado in the omelette was not fresh at all. One more thing to note is that the complimentary champagne service they provided to their guests. It’s a nice experience but maybe I’m just a lady travelling alone and I couldn’t speak Japanese at all, the waitress didn’t serve me the same way as she served other people in the cafe. When all of them got two glasses of free drinks, one cocktail and one champagne, she only gave me one champagne and didn’t offer me the cocktail. And the day after, there was a nice staff who served me properly and I finally realized that I am entitled to two drinks. (Sigh)The experience was like buying a Chanel bag. The bag was pricey but the chain of the bag just suddenly fall apart while you are using it for the very first time. My advice is: Don’t use their catering services especially for the in-room dining plan. There are so many better choices out there in the city. The room and the service of the staff are great tho.

GGuest UserStepping into the hotel lobby, you're immediately greeted by the distinct aroma of the hot spring baths. We booked a standard room, which was a bit small. If you're traveling with children, I'd recommend a suite for more space. The hotel is super close to Nara Station, just a quick left turn when you exit. The hot spring baths cost extra, but it's not expensive and they're open until midnight. A really thoughtful touch is that the TV in the room shows how busy the baths are. Overall, I'm very satisfied. Japanese hotels are always incredibly clean; you really can't find anything to complain about. I forgot to take pictures of the room, but I did snap a few of the TV, haha. P2 is a specialty product I bought from a persimmon shop in Nara.

GGary GreyGreat location a couple of minutes walk from the Kintetsu line station and tons of restaurants. Check-in was a fun and unusual experience! The room was spotlessly clean, the King bed was huge and the room was super quiet. All the amenities you could need: shrink wrapping clothes, microwave, laundry machines…and best of all free luggage storage. Had we realised this we would have saved the 2700yen we spent on lockers at the station. Breakfast had a great selection. We loved it so much we booked the Kyoto branch for our next nights stay, where we have just checked in to today.

UuknowpennyThe location is great. You can see it right after you exit JR Nara Station. It's about a 3-minute walk. You can have breakfast in front of the window and see the view of Nara Station. The sanitary conditions are a little worse than those of good hotels in Japan. I chose a non-smoking room, but there was a very faint smell of cigarettes when I first entered. The big suitcase cannot be fully unfolded. I guess it would be a bit aggrieved for a 1.8-meter-tall person to use the bathroom. But what do you want for this price? Breakfast is the highlight! Affordable but not low quality.

GGuest UserLocated a 6-8 minute walk from Nara Station, the hotel is right on a main street. It's surrounded by plenty of shops, making it incredibly convenient for both shopping and dining. Todai-ji Temple and Kofuku-ji Temple are also easily accessible. The place was clean, the front desk staff were very friendly, and they offered luggage storage before check-in. Overall, we had a very satisfactory stay.
