GGuest UserBooked the hotel as we had an early flight the next morning. Free shuttle bus to airport T1 from 5am onwards in 20 mins intervals. There’s a ****** for the adults and a kids playground with lots of toys for toddlers. Not a lot of food options, had the Italian food near paradise art, the cheese risotto was great but the pork cutlet was very dry. The pho at the food court was good too.

GGuest UserI stayed at this hotel because I had an early flight the next day. Overall, it's a good hotel, comparable to a 4-star standard back home. I booked a room with a view, and I could see Central Park. There's also Lotte Shopping Mall right across the street. The transportation is very convenient, with an airport shuttle nearby.

GGuest UserThe hotel is right around the corner from Exit 3 of Bupyeong Station, so it's super close to the subway line. There are also many convenience stores nearby, as well as a Lotte Supermarket, making it very convenient for shopping. A little further away, there's an Olive Young at Bupyeong 1-dong, which is great for buying cosmetics. Plus, these less touristy Olive Young stores are very generous with samples! There was also a lovely staff member who spoke Chinese. I highly recommend this Olive Young! The only major downside of the hotel is that they don't provide toothpaste and toothbrushes, so definitely remember to bring your own. They offer complimentary breakfast in the mornings, and it's quite pleasant to sit by the window, enjoy your meal, and watch the cherry blossoms.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is a bit out of the way; I stayed here because I was visiting Eulwangri for a popular cafe. The cafe was great, but the other areas I briefly explored were just average. The hotel itself was very clean, offered excellent service, had a self-service convenience store, and a swimming pool.

KKelley niceThis hotel's location is fantastic, perfect for a layover if you have early morning or late night flights. It's just two subway stops from Incheon Airport to Unseo Station, and then a 10-minute walk from Exit 1. The rooms are great, well-equipped, clean, and even have a sauna. Plus, Unseo itself is very convenient now, with malls and restaurants right outside the station. It's ideal if you're not planning to go into the city center.

GGuest UserStaff was friendly and allowed me to check in 3h early as there was a vacant room. But I had a REALLY BAD experience of the room. From the moment i entered, there was one set of lights that kept turning off and on again periodically. I didn't mind that at first as there were other lights in the room. But when it was time to sleep, I switched off all the lights and went to bed. Throughout the night, the lights just turned on and off on its own. When i tried adjusting the light settings, the panel felt overheated and pressing the buttons sometimes did not have any effect. Did not tell the staff as it was already 2am by then and I would be checking out at 6am. I would have been ok with a malfunctioning set of lights that cannot be switched on. But for lights to just turn on and off as if they have a mind of their own, its completely unacceptable.

AAnonymous UserHotel is really clean, the staff is really poilte and helpful. What I like most is the free morning shuttle service catered to the airport it really helps to cut down our time and hassle for families traveling with big and heavy luggages. Not forgetting to mention the 24/7 self help bar is really good. It caters milk, sandwiches and even instant noodles for guests. The cleanliness is awesome. Will visit this hotel again with my family nest time. Really recommend this Hotel.

__WeChat284026****The front desk is on the 3rd floor, which was a bit hard to find. However, they offer a free airport shuttle, and the staff at the front desk were decent. The environment is quite good, and the room is well-equipped with amenities, including a smart toilet. The only issue was that the air conditioning wouldn't blow hot air, and I couldn't figure out why.

YyunjiThe staff were so friendly. The room was clean and odor-free. Even though there was a heavy rain warning, the room wasn't damp at all. The beach was right next door, which was convenient. The tide schedule was in the lobby, so you could check it out. They also seemed to lend umbrellas, which was convenient. I left my dog at the pet hotel, and it exceeded my expectations. The photos show him having a great time. There's also a photo zone.
