The fitness center had a good selection of equipment, including treadmills, exercise bikes, and dumbbells, allowing for a basic workout. The pool was perfect for cooling down after a day of sightseeing and felt incredibly refreshing. Plus, the hotel's location is ideal, as it's within walking distance of the Mekong River night market, making it easy to soak in the local atmosphere.

The room was new and very clean. It was spacious and beautifully decorated. The bed was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The amenities were comprehensive. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The location was great, making travel convenient. It's close to many restaurants and food stalls, so it was easy to find food day and night. Plus, the room rate including breakfast was excellent value for money. Whether for leisure or business, if I ever return to Vientiane, I will definitely stay here again.

This hotel deserves a perfect 10/10! Traveling with kids is so much easier when you pick the right hotel. The staff were incredibly thoughtful and welcoming, always offering help proactively. Our room was spacious with plenty of natural light, and the cleanliness was exceptional – even the corners were spotless. Dining and shopping options are conveniently close by, yet the area is quiet and peaceful. The breakfast had a good variety and tasted great, especially the freshly made Lao rice noodles, which were delicious. Our entire stay was comfortable and worry-free. I highly recommend it for families!

Front staffs on check in are good. The hotel’s air conditioning must be improve. A nightmare in this hotel is no electricity for over an hour without generating Support.

A solid little stay: nothing flashy, but it delivers where it counts. The room is clean, bright, and quiet, with TV, AC, a hairdryer, a fridge, water and toiletries included. Staff are friendly and easy to deal with. Breakfast is simple: eggs, toast and coffee/tea. Not a buffet spread, but a nice enough start to the day. The bus station is around a 12-minute walk. A few things to note: there's no elevator and the stairs are quite steep, checkout is at 11:00, and the pillows are a bit flat. Not major issues, but good to know. Overall, good value for the price. Would recommend for travellers who just need a clean, quiet room without any fuss

A cheap stay, good for our one night only. Room had no natural light and the lights flickered. Bathrooms were fine and mostly tidy, shared with everyone else. No shampoo or body wash in shower and no towel provided. Breakfast was fine, bread and some potatoes with egg. Super central to the night market and close enough to the Mekong. Good stay for the one night only.

Great service, very clean, nice room! It was a great hotel to stay at for an early flight. It's tucked away off the main road, but the security guards in the area are more than happy to help you find it.

My stay at Vientiane Tiangai Hotel truly exceeded expectations; the experience was fantastic! The hotel has its own swimming pool, the water is clean, and after a good swim, relaxing on the nearby lounge chairs was incredibly comfortable. The view from the room window was absolutely stunning – expansive cityscapes during the day and beautiful night views in the evening, making every photo look great. The location couldn't be better; transportation is super convenient. Taxis and public transport make getting anywhere very easy, no hassle at all for sightseeing. The biggest surprise was how close it is to the night market; just a few minutes' walk. It was super convenient to grab some snacks after dinner. The room was spotlessly clean, the bed was soft and comfortable, and the environment was quiet and peaceful. The front desk staff were very friendly and check-in was quick. Being able to enjoy the pool and views, while also having such convenient access to shopping and attractions, makes it perfect for both tourists and short stays. It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area. Highly recommend!

The breakfast spread was incredibly rich, with a wide variety of grains and protein options, making for a very satisfying meal. The hotel's Vientiane Private Kitchen is definitely worth trying; their menu is extensive, and the local flavors are spot on. During our stay, the staff were attentive and even upgraded our room for free. Our room was spotless, and we could enjoy the outdoor scenery right from our window. It was a very comfortable stay for a vacation.
