Traveling with a child and catching a flight home, I was worried about traffic jams on the way to the airport, so I booked a hotel right next to the airport a day in advance. The hotel is quite upscale, clean, and well-soundproofed, so no noise bothered us. None of the hotel staff spoke Chinese, but when my child went to communicate, they listened patiently and explained everything carefully, which I really appreciate. The restaurant on the first floor offers a dinner buffet, which I think was 168 Malaysian Ringgit per person, with no discount for older children. Breakfast is also on the first floor, with a good variety of dishes. The coffee pot brewing directly over a flame was interesting, and you could also toast bread yourself and add peanut butter and butter. There's an electric shuttle from the hotel to the airport, which gets you there in two minutes – very convenient.

The hotel's exterior looks decent, and its location is very close to the airport, with many pilots staying here. However, there are still some points I need to complain about: 1. The in-room facilities are a bit outdated. The cushions and carpet didn't look very clean and generally felt old. 2. The shower diverter valve in the bathroom was broken and almost falling off. I could only use the overhead shower, not the handheld sprayer. 3. The biggest problem was the air conditioning. The AC unit was extremely noisy, even on the lowest fan setting it produced 55 decibels of noise, which significantly impacted my sleep. I asked the front desk to switch rooms, but after they measured the AC noise in the new room, it was the same story...

Royal Park Hotel @ UNITEN provides a peaceful environment that’s perfect for short stays or training trips. Its proximity to multiple training facilities makes it especially convenient. The lobby feels modern and inviting, and the lounge area is spacious and comfortable—great for unwinding or getting some work done. A pleasant and well-rounded hotel experience.

Absolutely stunning overall!!! Facilities: Very new and modern. There's even an outdoor swimming pool with exceptionally clean water. The two glass bottles of purified water in the room are complimentary (I initially thought they'd charge for them). When we arrived, it was raining heavily, and since it's a single-story building, the rain was quite loud. Luckily, the downpour didn't disturb our rest. Hygiene: The room facilities are very new and incredibly clean. The hotel's breakfast restaurant is truly fantastic – clean and spacious. Environment: The environment is also great. Although it's very close to the airport, it's not noisy, and the room's soundproofing is quite good. Service: The service was okay, but calls went unanswered. They offer a free airport shuttle, and they even provide a timetable. It departs promptly; they won't wait for latecomers. A taxi from the airport to the hotel costs around 50 MYR, but the shuttle is free.

The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable—perfect for a short getaway. The swimming pool was well-maintained and great for both adults and kids. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist, making the stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast had a good variety of choices, and the overall ambience was calm and refreshing. If you’re looking for a relaxing staycation without travelling too far, I highly recommend Cyberview Resort & Spa. It’s the perfect place to unwind, recharge, and spend quality time with your loved ones. Looking forward to coming back again! 💚

Good location, needs improvement on service and cleanliness Stayed at Citadines Dpulze Cyberjaya mainly for the location and it delivered. Super convenient being connected to Dpulze Mall, and getting parking was easy. However, staff attitude was just so-so. Service felt a bit indifferent during check-in. Room cleanliness also needs improvement. A few areas looked like they were missed during housekeeping. Great for convenience and short business trips, but hope management can work on staff training and cleaning standards.

I found that the main door was not functioning properly. I only realised this on the second day of my stay, when I discovered that the door could be opened without using the access card. Fortunately, there was no loss of belongings or any security incident. The water taps were also confusing. At the sink, the blue indicator was for hot water and the red indicator was for cold water. However, in the bathroom, it was the opposite — red for cold water and blue for hot water. Since I have stayed here several times before, I would also suggest that the hotel provide a floor mat in front of the bathroom and sliding door area. As the pool is within walking distance, guests often return with wet feet. Only one towel was provided, so I had to use the same towel both as a foot mat in front of the bathroom and to wipe my feet after coming back from the pool. In addition, there seemed to be some stains on the bedsheet. Nevertheless, I still enjoy staying here because the pool is very convenient and located nearby. 🫶

Great location, directly connected to DPulze Mall with plenty of food and shopping options. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Good value for money and ideal for a short stay in Cyberjaya.

Best for a one night stay. The hotel is located around 20 mins away from KLIA2 there's not many people around there but still okay. The whole room smelled like cigarettes, even the towels had the smell lingered to it. I didn't stay a night, I only had booked for a place to rest and put down my bags. Overall cheap, but not so great if you're thinking of staying more than a day or two.
