Sepang Hotels with Parking

Pros: · About 20 minutes' drive from KLIA — convenient for transit or airport stays. · Nice front desk lady — friendly and welcoming. · Hotel desk can validate parking — complimentary parking available. · Cozy lobby area — comfortable space to relax or wait. · No complaints about the room — all amenities are top-notch and well-maintained. · Very quiet room — excellent for restful sleep. · Gym facilities are nice — well-equipped for a workout. · Surau is clean — thoughtful for Muslim guests. · Breakfast is good — satisfying spread to start the day. Cons: · None to mention — everything met expectations. Verdict: A solid 5-star experience with no real downsides. Great service, clean and quiet rooms, good facilities, and tasty breakfast. Highly recommended for KLIA transit stays or short trips in Sepang. Will definitely return.

Traveling with a child and catching a flight home, I was worried about traffic jams on the way to the airport, so I booked a hotel right next to the airport a day in advance. The hotel is quite upscale, clean, and well-soundproofed, so no noise bothered us. None of the hotel staff spoke Chinese, but when my child went to communicate, they listened patiently and explained everything carefully, which I really appreciate. The restaurant on the first floor offers a dinner buffet, which I think was 168 Malaysian Ringgit per person, with no discount for older children. Breakfast is also on the first floor, with a good variety of dishes. The coffee pot brewing directly over a flame was interesting, and you could also toast bread yourself and add peanut butter and butter. There's an electric shuttle from the hotel to the airport, which gets you there in two minutes – very convenient.

The hotel's exterior looks decent, and its location is very close to the airport, with many pilots staying here. However, there are still some points I need to complain about: 1. The in-room facilities are a bit outdated. The cushions and carpet didn't look very clean and generally felt old. 2. The shower diverter valve in the bathroom was broken and almost falling off. I could only use the overhead shower, not the handheld sprayer. 3. The biggest problem was the air conditioning. The AC unit was extremely noisy, even on the lowest fan setting it produced 55 decibels of noise, which significantly impacted my sleep. I asked the front desk to switch rooms, but after they measured the AC noise in the new room, it was the same story...

Strategic locations surrounded by restaurants and near to Super Mall. Easy to access through public transports (Grab) and availability of free car parking at LG floor. Highly recommended for short and long duration stay. 

Pros: The location is good. It is within walking distance to various cafes, shops, and popular local spots like the nearby D’Pulze shopping centre and the scenic Cyberjaya Lake Gardens. The unit itself comes fully equipped with all the essentials, and everything was in good condition. Additionally, the panoramic view from the window is great - waking up to that scenery was a highlight of my stay. The check-in process was straightforward, and the host was responsive and easy to communicate with Cons: First, the air conditioning system is extremely frustrating. it only turns on after pressing a specific touch button, but it shuts off at random time intervals. I found myself waking up in the heat every single night just to press the button again. It is unclear if this is a bug or an intended ”feature,” but it is incredibly annoying Furthermore, there was a severe cockroach infestation upon arrival. They were everywhere in the studio. I had to purchase and set up my own roach traps to make the space habitable, which helped, but this is an issue that should have been addressed by the host before check-in Also it would be very helpful if the host provided a few international power adapters. Since this property caters to foreigners, it is easy to overlook Malaysia’s specific outlet type, and arriving late at night without the ability to charge my devices was a major inconvenience Lastly, the half-wall separating the bedroom from the kitchen area is very unstable and poorly constructed. It wobbles at the slightest touch, and I constantly felt that if I were to accidentally lean against it, it might collapse and leave me liable for significant damages

Front desk were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious, equipped with TV, hairdryer, hanger and toiletries. The surroundings were greeny and quiet. Next to it was Padi Malaya. Parking lot was free and safe. Accessible to Shaftesbury, Multimedia University, Dpulze Shopping Mall, McDonald’s and Starbucks. Highly recommended to travellers in Cyberjaya and Putrajaya.

Hotel room cleaniness is ok but still can improve further. Location good as convinient with grocery stall and restaurant at ground floor.

I keep sending 5 stars because one person at the front desk is nice and competent. I was so disgusted though when I picked up my passport from the shelf today to find that the cover was molded from just being in the room. They have serious mold issues. One room smelled like a cabbage took a ****. The housekeeping solution was air freshener instead of finding the cause and correcting it. The best room had no bad smell, but clothes I never wore had spots of mold. You can see the plaster bubbling in the halls and around the room. Most of the reception staff uses their phones in speaker mode without an earpiece, so you hear it echoing down the halls. Their off-site manager calls and threatens their salaries and work/immigration status, and everyone hears that, too. The female reception is extremely loud and flirty with old men who behave inappropriately. You need ear plugs. Most of the families are Muslim, and they lock the children out of the room to be intimate. You hear them running up and down the halls. This morning I was woken up by a small child knocking on my door and running off like it was a game. I saw Al Zain try to scam a Chinese man charging 91rm for his 18rm meal today if I hadn't stepped in and covered his bill. I was so disappointed because I ate their every day for 5 weeks. But there are many restaurants in the area so choose better.

I had a wonderful stay at Mutiara Ville, Cyberjaya. The room was clean, spacious, and very well maintained, making it extremely comfortable throughout my stay. The highlight was definitely the awesome cityscape view — waking up to the skyline and enjoying the lights at night was truly refreshing and relaxing. The amenities were excellent and thoughtfully provided. The building offers great facilities, including a well-equipped gym, swimming pool, and secure access, which added a lot of convenience and peace of mind. Everything was easily accessible and well managed. Overall, Mutiara Ville is a great place to stay in Cyberjaya, especially if you enjoy a beautiful city view combined with modern amenities and a calm environment. I would highly recommend it for both short and long stays.
