Never in got in, and looking from the outside i am rather glad, basically i went to check in at 4:30pm, to be told that the lady that deals with it is stuck in trafic, so cant really help, anyway after an hour and half got message saying the room is cancelled due to maintence issue, funny how room was still available online and also the following day, from outside it looked like a slum, with ************ operating outside the dark entrance , be warned!!

A bit tired with grubby public areas. The sheets were clean however the bed was very uncomfortable.

Yea chose the biggest room for my family staying. But the photos in the web is so different from real! So dirty and bad. Well..at least the toilet is acceptable. Long staircase and no way to lift up to the room at all!

The apartment that we stayed was not fit for purpose.
Just to mention some of the problem we faced was:
-The shower is blocked;
-Towel holder is broken;
-Toilet paper holder is broken;
-Microwave and fridge are dirty
-The curtains are disgusting...

Laundry facilities were a plus and a few shops in the area. I had an issue which was addressed the next day so communication was good.
Room was tidy but small and the tv was placed on the wall at an angle which made it hard to watch. It had a faint scent of cigarette. Good for an overnight stay only.
